Our stay was outstanding! We required a handicap room and we couldn’t have asked for better! Staff was always very helpful and friendly!

Don’t stay here if you’re staying for the pool. It’s so slick around the pool my wife fell and hit her head very hard on the ground. Staff wasn’t even worried about it even had an attitude when asked for a bag of ice to put on her head. Didn’t ask if we need any assistance or an ambulance or anything.

It was our third time staying and it never disappoints. Clean, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Hotel itself was beautiful. Clean room, comfortable bed, etc. Front desk staff was not a highlight though. The evening staff in particular would have rather been doing anything other than helping guests. When checking in, I greeted the employee and was met with nothing. I said thank you multiple times and was still met with nothing. The employee said absolutely NOTHING to me during check in. We needed more towels so we went down to the front desk and again the same employee didn’t greet us with anything other than a stare. The morning of checkout, I went to the desk to make sure we were okay to leave and the new employee said very sarcastically “You’re already checked out. Why are you here checking out?” I was just making sure. Overall, very nice hotel. Very rude front desk staff.

Great place to stay. Would definitely come back.
