Great room with excellent beds and pillows. The room was refreshed well daily. Breakfast was delicious. I know it is difficult with a city room, but the view of wall of the building next door was not great.

Great located hotel, lovely area walking distance from most areas that I was interested in, lovely small square across the road with niche little cafe's and pubs. The bar at the hotel was disappointing, not great. The hotel was functional but no frills and that is reflected in the price but again this is NOT a complaint just an observation.

The location is good in reference to the event location. However, I was rather unhappy to be placed in a room at the end of a quiet corridor. Because of that, the experience was less than a pleasant experience.

The Location is the best part. Room is comfortable and the AC is cold. Bathroom is great too. Some lamps did not work, not all rooms are retrofitted. Issue is consistency.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay. Just a little tired in places. Didn't bother us at all.

Rooms were nice, beautiful city view, and location was very helpfull. I know its part of the culture, but paying for Valet was a bit unnecessary. No hotel in Dubai makes you pay for valet, and it just felt like an unnecessary extra bill.

Location amazing! Great spacious rooms! No power plugs in the bathroom! Come on guys, it’s 2026! A girl needs to blow dry her hair with a mirror!

Absolutely nothing, its sad Everything is terrible, facility is terrible, Tv doesn’t work, curtains are dirty, holes in the walls, paint on carpet, renovated room painted with very bad finishes

Great location and cleanliness. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and conveniently situated near everything we needed. We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return. However, there was a delay in fixing the bathroom heater, and electronic card payment was not available during our stay. We hope these issues will be improved in the future.
