We had a twin room that was really disappointingly small, for £418 I thought it would be larger or that we would have a bath

Great location. Friendy staff. Our room, the Study, was quaint and unique. We would like to stay in it again when we next visit London. The price, like everything else in London, is high.

Friendly staff, good location . Lovely bed. They fell down on the small things. For example, we had afternoon tea. The welcome drink we were promised never arrived. The service was slow. At breakfast the service was also slow. The waiter also cleared and reset the tables either side of us whilst we were still eating which we found off putting. He also poured coffee by leaning across me instead coming around to my right.

All of the staff were lovely, they couldn't help enough, the food and the drinks were amazing, we were even offered whisky with the morning porridge!, i didn't go for it. The choice of breakfasts was great, and all the foods were lovely. Room was comfy, very clean and quiet. The hotel as a whole is very good and we would recommend it wholeheartedly. nothing at all
