Property and Location are fine. But House manager is bad. We couldn’t put our luggage in the Shaw House for a few hours after checking out. House manager didn’t answer me by phone which was shown on the wall in the reception. We were in trouble, afterwards. Hot water was not enough for 4 people. Toilet paper was not enough from the beginning. Towels were not enough.

Great location. Just a few minutes walk to Green Park underground station. Good location and extremely quiet at night. Has a small balcony but there isn’t a view. Nice to sit on after a long day Needs some better quality work. You can see it has been updated but the quality of craftsmanship and work done isn’t the best.

The location of the apartment is very good. The apartment was nothing like the photos. It was old, worn down, and had an unpleasant smell throughout. The fridge smelled especially bad, and there was also a strange odor coming from the bath. The bed had old, worn sheets and pillows, and the wardrobe was extremely small. On top of that, the elevator button for the third floor was broken, and you had to put your finger into a hole to press it, which felt unsafe. We walked in and almost immediately decided not to stay. I canceled the booking and requested a refund, but only half of the amount was returned, and the owner has been unresponsive ever since.

We had a great stay overall. The beds were incredibly comfy and made a big difference to how well we slept. The location was excellent — easy to get to and well connected, which made travelling to and from the apartment straightforward. It was a comfortable, convenient place to stay and we would happily return. The toilets often struggled to flush, and there were occasions when another tenant left the main entrance door wide open, which raised safety concerns for us as a group of six young women.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, exactly what you want after a busy day in London. The bed was super cozy, the bathroom felt luxurious, and everything was thoughtfully laid out. Great location, quiet at night, and the staff were warm and helpful. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend!

I really appreciated that they let us check in earlier because we were with a toddler, and really tired from the time difference. I requested the linens for the sofa bed and the coordinator said he’ll bring some covers, but never did. Since we were 4 people, we really needed that extra bed. Besides, the mattress of the sofa bed was dirty and unsuitable for someone to sleep directly on it.

Good location. Elevator. Spacious. Price (at a discount) was good. Manager was responsive. Apartment was dingy. No hot water the first day until someone came and fixed it.

Property was very well located. Close to the centre of London and a stone throw's away from the Metro. Great location. Defn willr eturn. We only had one towel each. Ideally more towels are provided.

They would request things explicitly violating the terms Booking.com, refuse to adjust them, and would try to "clarify" things later to make it appear like there was nothing wrong. For example - Reservation comes with explicit provisions on Booking.com: "No pre-payment needed / Pay at the place / Credit card is not required", yet the landlord would still "require a deposit prior to arrival to secure the booking" and claim it to be a "standard practice" - Overcharged the amount by 20%+ against Booking.com price, despite being told so at the check-in, at required 3(!) follow-ups via Booking.com to get the money back, which landlord calls "adjustments were processed promptly in coordination with Booking.com"

The facilities available inside the apartment and quick response from the person in charge (Mr.Jeremiah). Accessibility from green park station. Tesco and few restaurants closeby the place. Only downside is lift will not be directly accessible to reach your floor (room 14). You need to carry your luggages and stroller a floor down from 4th floor. Hard with young toddlers who sleep on the stroller or if you travel with many luggages. Better option is to book the lower floors specifically. Better to mute the comelit intercom unit before going to bed as we had people ringing us at around 1 am and asking us to open the main door.
