Comfort Inn & Suites Lexington - Hamburg I-75

Not wheelchair friendly. Lift for wheelchair users at the pool was broken. Staff had no answers for us when you could find them. Did not do housekeeping like they said they would. Didn’t want to provide extra blankets or pillows when asked for. Very poor service and customer relations.

I like the peace and at home feeling the pool was small but relaxing. Could use a little updating kinda looking a little bit rundown and out dated and parking is a bit limited and run down still over all cozy

Conveniently located and the Cost was reasonable. The facility could use updated and the room,hall and reception area smelled musty. The Staff was very helpful!

The only real issue I had at this hotel was that it was right next to the highway and we heard trucks going all night so we had to use a white noise app. And that helped a lot. But when people would be going in and out of their rooms, the door you could hear the door slamming so then walls I suppose. Other than that, everything was great.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean but tired. The bathroom was in need of a renovation. There was paint peeling from the walls and water stains on the ceiling. The furniture was also worn out. The accommodations felt very overpriced.

Negative: The place is a little outdated and I-75 traffic you definitely can hear at night..

I would get a trade in there and reset the caulk , paint and overall clean it up. It was 3rd world. We stayed in room 522

We had booked an extra night through a different travel agency and even though it was a bit of a workaround to accommodate us in the same room, the staff at comfort inn & suites made it happen.

When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. After ringing the bell, an employee came out but did not greet me. She immediately asked for my last name and a $100 incidental deposit. She also failed to provide basic information, such as breakfast hours, which I had to ask about since I was traveling with young children. After receiving my room keys, I had to ask how to get to my room.After a seven-hour drive, we finally reached our room only to discover that neither key worked. I returned to the front desk, rang the bell again, and was told the keys were not for my room. The employee explained that someone else makes the keys and she simply hands them out.The next day, I noticed a $75 charge on my bank account. When I questioned it, I was told there were blue stains on the sheets. My son had eaten blue Takis, but I found it concerning that I was charged before any discussion, especially since the hotel was already holding a $100 deposit. I was then told the charge should have been $25, not $75. Despite this mistake, there was little empathy or accountability shown. Although my bank reversed the $75 charge, my $100 deposit has still not been released, and I was charged an additional $25. Between the poor customer service, key issues, and billing problems, I do not recommend!!!!!
