Room clean pool not open they had people living there was was screaming fighting loudly talking all hours of the night didn’t sleep good won’t stay again

Front desk staff is awesome.

This motel 6 on i-75 was actually very beautiful I did not get to stay because my friend put it in her name and was not able to rent from them for another month due to smoking in the room so they are serious about their non-smoking rooms it's very clean nice and pleasant the worker was a very rude person and stuck up though I didn't like that we couldn't walk away with a room like have another chance or put it in my name something could have been done because we had issues getting the money back it was the last bit of money we had I'd already stayed in Lexington 2 days prior to that at another hotel which was more expensive is why I chose this one it was nice plus affordable

The simplicity The people

I liked the price until I saw the TV. The hdmi out of the TV was out and fhe TV wouldn't start. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. Bafhroom door wouldn't shut TV was broken the drain on the bathtub was missing. The plug. And there was ketchup or blood underneath the sink.

The ladies working were polite and I'm not white and they were still nice to me. Well I was pretty happy. I can see a high falutent person being upset but for us it was a treat.

Next to a food place The beds were horrible, the outside looked defunct and damaged. First room had a bad bathroom and we switched to a room next to a pile of concrete on ground by door. This place was straight up creepy.

Worst motel that I ever stayed at.

Walked out of my room to a hypodermic needle sitting outside my door. Multiple people asking to bum cigarettes and a light. Looked like a crackhead motel. Won't stay there again.

Felt very safe! Room was big, and clean. Very convenient location!!! Gas station and McDonald’s are walking distance and across the highway were was a huge plaza with food, Walmart etc. and was only about 10-15 mins from everything downtown!! We tried Jack browns bar and burger joint, the Fayette mall, funky rooster coffee. All were great! Only thing I can think of is there being 1 microwave downstairs for all guests to use. I did read about it before, however it did make it difficult to heat up food when there were about 3 of us trying at once.

I know we stayed in a smoking room, but that was the absolute most grimy filthy disgusting room I have ever stayed in. Every wall and surface was covered in a layer of something. We wiped down every surface with Clorox wipes, and the wipes were completely black. The beds were disgusting. The blankets were dingy and gross. We were charged almost $200 more than we were quoted upon booking when I talked to the lady at the front desk she kept changing what the price was. I’ve never wanted to check out of a hotel so quickly in my life. I felt like I needed to take a disinfectant bath just from staying here.

Our daughter closed the bathroom door and we were locked out of the bathroom. Instead of sending someone to unlock the door, we had to switch rooms. This was at approximately 12:30 a.m. They switched us to the room next door which had one of those adjoining doors to the next room. The adjoining door had clear tape on it, "taping" it shut. Someone on the other side kept shaking the door, I guess to make sure it was locked. The next morning a roach crawled across the wall and behind the tv cabinet. We had reserved three nights but checked out after that first night. I had no problem cancelling the reservation and getting my refund.

Parking was good, No breakfast, and no coffee at the time. Staff looked overwhelm, not their fault. Give them some support and encouragement!
