Small pretty hotel with a nice pool area Room service bar and nice set choice for breakfast Clean comfortable and close to everything! Have stayed a few times now and excellent value for money Only reason I haven't given it a higher score my room was only cleaned once in a week. I did leave the sign out when I wanted it done. The girls in the office were always happy to bring extra supplies when asked so all good

Great location, good price, nice little swimming pool. The room is small but clean and comfy. The hotel has it's own cafe which makes fantastic food! Both of the lamps in our room were broken

The hotel provided a quiet hideaway from the busy Legian streets. There was multiple stains on the couch, and the coffee/tea packets were quite sticky.

We had a short stay at Mina Pelasa after staying in a villa for a week, it was a nice surprise and excellent value for money. The best things are the location and staff. Location of this hotel was excellent, a quick 3 minute walk to shops, restaurants & Garlick Lane a short walk. Tucked in a quiet alley with easy access to the main road. Could not rate the staff any higher, very helpful and super friendly. Happy to help with any query with a smile. Breakfast was a bonus and a great way to start our day. Again the staff were very helpful and accommodating with any requests & it was nice to see Lisa's smiling face every morning. The rooms are a good size, clean and have everything you need but require a little TLC. Beds were comfortable which is the main thing and the rooms were serviced daily. The garden was beautiful and well kept and the pool was great too. All in all a wonderful place to stay for value, location and friendly staff. Would stay again! Rooms need some work, peeling paint in our room but we had everything we needed.

The room and toilet were spacious. Had a beautiful balcony. The ambience was superb. The pool and surroundings were cool and full of greenery. The staff were very friendly, responsive and talked good English. They went out of the way to make us feel welcome. The steps and yard were a bit slippery. They should do so thing about it. There was no empty space in the room to keep the luggage. The TV is placed on a table that takes up space. TV could be easily be fixed on the wall to make space for a luggage rack, which would be helpful for travelers.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was good. This hotel is old and run down. The rooms appeared old and worn out. There was a nut sticking out 1 inch from the bed. The towels although clean were old and worn out.

The rooms were lovely - very nicely presented and clean. We were on the first floor and had a great view of the pool area. The breakfast was included and was great. The staff were friendly and kindly allowed us a late check out. Amazing value for money and would stay again.

Nice pool, comfy bed My room was quite dark. Breakfast is strange choices but food was good. Sometimes the restaurant plays really loud music that disturbs the relaxation by pool

Only stayed overnight - got there late and left early. Nice pool, good breakfast and good location. The room was big and clean. nothing
