Absolutely nothing. Very dirty and has excessive moisture. Lifts don’t work either Dirty, excessive moisture and bad odour. Terrible customer service

nothing. everything was bad. there was A LOT of black mold. the wallpaper fell off. in the bed were ants. it was sooooo dirty on the floor. and the personal said that i could clean myself. i saw the room and immediately booked something new.

I like the location which is very downtown, it has wide parking area, and the room is very comfortable. The toilet needs more maintenance.

Location and room size. Many broken fixtures. Power point. Toilet. Description of room and facilities was not correct. The TV didn't work. There was no fridge in the room. Staff smoking in the foyer and was disgusting. Very disappointing.

None Everything was OK until no staff asked for daily cleaning. we didn't even get towels until we asked! We stay for 3 days 2 night, the bed are broken the curtain are broken kinda disappointed, after view days we are looking for other hotel!

We booked through booking.com to find out that priority is to book direct to them with different price plus tax. Unacceptable Booking.com should not listed this hostel if they don’t recognise the booking and why pay extra
