Exceptional! Ms. Amanda, Ms. Ania (the manager) and Mr. Andi, and all the rest of the team whose names I can’t recall, did everything to ensure an amazing stay! The room was amazing, everything clean and perfect, Aircon was working perfectly, and everything was really great! The best way to enjoy your vacation! Everything was amazing, nothing negative. I read other reviews that say about noises, it’s nothing. The hotel is in the center and really at the best place, some times might have very low noise from the road but is seriously nothing and the location is amazing. Everything was really great.

looked very nice no idea i was only there for one night

Brilliant and friendly staff. Great location. Although not facing the road, the rooms were a little noisy at night from road noise. Seems like the windows are quite thin or the rooms could benefit from thicker curtains. Overall, this was no big issue unless you are a light sleeper!

The location was terrific, easy access to all things in Legian. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a pool access room on the first floor, it was perfect for our needs. The shower in the room was average. The shower rose had calcified and needed to be replaced as the water flow was very restricted. There were no hand towels either, which was surprising, as all hotels I have stayed in provide both towels and hand towels. These are only minor issues which did not detract from our stay and should be easy to resolve.

The friendliness and service by staff was by far the best thing about this hotel. The room service was nice. The location in Legian is great. The bed was comfortable. The rooms need a refresh and deep clean but they are sufficient. The main pool was nice and cold, some updated comfy pool furniture could be a benefit. Massage at the SPA was the best I had in Bali. Pool beads with cushions would have been nice. Shade on the rooftop pool would mean more usage.

Very nice city hotel with great facilities with a perfect location. The staff is perfect… We asked for a late check-out and they have accepted with no fees.

The location is pretty much perfect. Close to restaurants and Legian Beach by walking distance. When we came, it was already way passed the check-in time, however they still didn't have our room cleaned and ready. It took us 1 hour just to check in for 2 rooms on the reception desk, waiting the room to be ready (which was supposed to be ready by check in time). The room was very loud, you can hear people talking next door or even in the hallway. I complained a lot because the AC wasn't cold at all, then I found out the rubber dampener on the balcony door was missing and left a huge gap. We've booked two rooms on separate booking, and my friend had problems with their room as well. The hotel put up Premiere Room images on the Deluxe Room, and my friends thought that they have bought a room with a balcony. But that wasn't the room they had received. There was no balcony, the view was also blocked by a building next door and the hotel said it was an upgrade. At that time we didn't know the type of room my friend had ordered was without balcony, so we agreed to pay more when the hotel offered for an upgrade with additional payment. We went to our new rooms and checked the images on our respective booking websites, and found out that the hotel put all of their room images under one category deluxe room. We came back to the reception desk again to complain and ask to see the manager on duty at that time. Explained our situation, but he assured us that was their hotel policy to put all room type images in deluxe room category and shift the blame to the booking website. We chose this hotel because it had a good rating, and other guests reviews was splendid. Definitely won't stay in this hotel anymore in the future.
