Clean, cool and very comfortable small budget room, adequate breakfast with jamu and good coffee. Short walk to shopping area, Legian Food Court and a beautiful temple . Steps at front but nothing the hotel can do about that! Difficult for my elderly legs.

Nothing Asked for non smoking room, they put us to 3rd floor which smells like cigarettes!! And the room was infested with cockroaches. We moved 3 times!!!

Calm, location I just arrived from the airport to the hotel. I entered the room to charge my phone, but the socket was different, so I couldn’t charge it. I went to reception for help, but they ignored me and told me to go to the markets. I went searching for an “adapter” but couldn’t find one. Then, a woman at a small shop lent me hers and said, ‘Don’t forget to return it.’ Small things like this, and the hotel couldn’t provide them? Is that even reasonable?

Location This is the first I have stayed in the hotel. Which I found cockroaches all over the my bed and the halfway. I just checked in midnight and found this. I was about to extend the next day but I have to rethink again to stay. Even tho the staff was helpful to changed the room after I show the video for all of cockroaches and he did a call to check again. However, I still found the cockroaches. on the floor and TV. As I was very tired I told him to not move anymore as I will move the hotel tomorrow. Location is good only the cleanliness is the most important for me. Hope in the future the hotel could do a pest control treatment regularly.

Great Location on the main road. Onsite restaurant, room service Friendly Staff 24/7, airconditioning Buffet Breakfast was good, but should be noted, no "western food" in case guests are expecting that. The curtains in the room were ripped and old. Something easy to be fixed. Requested early check in, but was not accommodated. The window didn't open which is fine, but the view was a brick wall.

Its location is perfect, right in KLCC city center and very close to the Petronas Towers. The residence has two swimming pools, one on the rooftop and another on the 6th floor. Both pools were clean and not crowded during my stay. The rooftop pool, offers an incredible view of the Petronas Towers. Additionally, the lift service was quick unlike other aparthotels in Kuala Lumpur where waiting times can be long. - Everything was amazing except for the air conditionner that was a bit noisy but it's not that important. If i come back to KL Nothing
