This hotel is brilliant. I go to Bali every 6 months and always stay here. The staff are courteous, obliging, helpful and very hard working. The location is excellent - close to shops, beach and restaurant. Fully recommend this hotel.

Television, satellite and being able to keep up with the news, Internet is great, and air conditioning is good. Great hot water. Staff are absolutely wonderful here. I received a bouquet of flowers because it was my second time staying here. The pool is lovely. The restaurant cook the most tender sirloin steak to perfection, and the price is really good. n/a

Away from the Kuta hectic nightlife but has plenty of bars and restaurants. Close to the beach and walking distance to large Department Store. Great restaurant with good competitive prices. A little noisy until 11pm if your room faces the street but not overly a problem.

We had problems with the door locking system. But was eventually sorted out. Never had any problems prior to this trip.

Everything Location, rooms & pool

Location was really great, close to the beach and all the shopping streets in Legian, good location for bars and pubs and activities. Room was spacious and large. Definitely older, very run down and needs quite an amount of maintenance. Noice from the street view rooms was able to be heard through the night. They only give one check in card, so if you come home seperately there is then another charge for one more card to be issued (although after arguement this was not charged)

Excellent buffet breakfast very friendly staff nice and clean pool very comfy rooms and the location very central Some problems with the bathroom (water drainge) and the procedure to clean the rooms when we were out.

Location was very convenient; pool was nice, pool bar was great, service was excellent. Staff were so, so friendly. Bella at reception was particularly welcoming and always smiling. Everyone made the stay an absolute pleasure.
