Really liked the room, spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The hotel facilities were excellent - the breakfast sets you for the day. Probably location in a very busy part of Kuta with narrow side streets but once inside the hotel a different world.

The breakfast was amazing, such a large choice, loved sitting outside. The room was exceptionally clean and I had a great night’s sleep. Had the chicken kebabs for dinner, so yummy!!

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Hotel is cool and location was very convenient as we more focused on shopping in Kuta. We enjoyed the pool and the design was so nice. First night the mini bar had a water leakage. However it was fixed once we informed them. Room floor was keep getting wet and it was something we didn't like 'coz we prefer a clean, dry floor all the time.

Located in the busy area of KUTA with small alley's and shops everywhere. You step out of the hotel and you are in a hustle bustle city area with marts, spa's, restaurants everywhere. Check-in was smooth, and all staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was a good size, decent washroom, small balcony facing poolside where one could also smoke. Beach was 15 mins away and good for an evening walk. Good spread of breakfast, Muslim-friendly options available. Breakfast staff was amazing. On our last day, the chef came up with dessert (waffle and ice cream) for our stay at the hotel. One day we had a Nusa Penida tour, so had to leave early at 6:30 am. On request, they prepared our breakfast early and packed it in a bag for us to take away with coffee and everything we requested. I guess the property is close to the beach, so the air quality was different, which was affecting the room. If we kept the balcony door open for long, the room floor would become wet/slippery and feel a bit dirty. Or the AC temperature had to be kept at 23 or below to avoid the issue. It was also advised by the reception staff. This was something I was not expecting. Shower pressure and temperature were not consistent.

This hotel is lovely. Great pool area, lovely breakfasts in the morning and the staff are extremely well training, friendly and helpful. All good.

Staff were friendly. Bed very comfortable! Pool upstairs was better, more sunlight and livelier. Overall hotel was quite not very lively so most evenings were spent out for dinner. Rooms were basic but good. Room service was not picking up on late arrival, had to go to kitchen area to ask for food order. Would be good to have a stocked Bar fridge with soft drinks and beer, and have a snack basket in room optional like other hotels in Kuta, this is charged to room, ect.

Very good location. The children’s playground was fantastic and my daughter really enjoyed it. The kids’ swimming pool was also excellent and very convenient for families. The staff were amazing, professional, and always happy to help. Breakfast was great with a wide range of options to choose from. Overall, a very positive experience. N/A

While the hotel is at a great spot close to everywhere, the street passing in front of the hotel was very stressful to walk due to havy motorbike traffic
