We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is ideal; it is close to stores, restaurants/bars, and the beach is only a short walk away. The staff was wonderful and helpful! Overall, it was a very excellent stay.

The shower didnt have a door or was too close to the sink and was uncomfortable when showering because the water was keep on flowing to else where which forced me to finish the shower as early as possible.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is great very close to shops, restaurants/bars, laundry etc and not a far walk to the beach. The staff were lovely and helpful! Overall it’s a very good stay especially for the price point. ? We do think the rooms need a refresh, the walls in our room were quite rundown but we made do as we didn’t stay very long.

Nice clean place in good location. Great wifi and shower. Didn't use pool or restaurant so cannot comment of those facilities Nothing not to like although I suspect that, at other times of the year (my visit was in January), it won't be as quiet.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the beach and shopping mall. It was also close to my venue for the NYE celebration. The room was comfortable but quite small. We made it work for 3 nights, but staying longer with larger cases would have been difficult. The AC was not working well when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed, and we had a cool room for our stay. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was very busy with no footpaths, so if you have children, I would not feel safe walking there, and taxis take a long time as it is a very busy area. Grab bikes or hiring your own bike would be the best transport if you go further than Kuta. The shower was great, but the bathroom floor got a bit wet as there was no door on the cubicle. Not a great issue for me, though. Staff are friendly and helpful. I did not book a room with breakfast so can not comment on the quality but there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast. No option to buy drinks at the hotel but their is a fridge in the room.
