We booked the suite, it was great. We had our own entrance up the 2nd floor stairs in the lobby to the 3rd floor. My daughters stayed next to each other on the 6th floor (same floor as the breakfast buffet). My daughters loved that their rooms were close to the upstairs bar/pool area but also, private at the same time, away from the noise of the road. My room was clean and spacious being a suite and the aircon was awesome and the fact that we were the only ones using that space was great, we were literally 10 seconds walk from the lobby but had the most private space. Breakfast was good, loved that we got fresh eggs cooked via order, fresh fruit daily and some Indonesian options as well. Staff were wonderful, smiling and helpful. Also, the fact that we walk out from our hotel right onto the main street of Legian was also a massive bonus. Especially for our nightclubbers lol! Rooftop bar needs more shade... it is a beautiful location to watch the sun set, but it does get really hot up there. The pools (rooftop and ground pools) felt like they needed more chlorine or some cleanser as the water was a bit murky and so we did not want to put our heads under the water. Our room (Suite) was not cleaned until late afternoon, as it might have been left for last. This is ok, but it did mean that we were having to plan outings later in the afternoon to avoid the cleaners. But they did a wonderful job... more of a first world problem I think lol!

The location was good with lots of eateries nearby. The security staff were good with helping to get across the road. (very busy at times) Breakfast was only ok and no variety. In the room there was nowhere to unpack, no shelving or storage for clothes. There were a few coathangers. Space for only once suitcase off the floor. My partner lived out of his suitcase on the floor. You could hardly move on one side of the bed. The pool was mostly in the shade and only three lounges in the pool area. (one was broken and cut my partners hand quite badly when he tried to move it.) No chairs in the bedroom and only one on the tiny balcony.

Great location, close to everything! The staff were awesome – so friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the cleaning crew and security staff for their excellent service. The rooftop bar team was fantastic, very accommodating and always so friendly. The restaurant staff were excellent, always going above and beyond to look after our big group of 42 people. Hospitality was truly on point. Loved every moment of my stay! Nothing to note

Location is central to everything, the top pool bar and restaurant downstairs. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, down to the cleaning crew and security who always greeted us as we left and arrived including stopping the traffic for us to cross the road, service was excellent and love love the staff ?? Nothing to note

The friendliness of the staff, The roof top Bar area, The pool area was great for the children. The location is very handy to all the shopping The noise of the music coming from the roof top bar at night was vibrating through our room. The pillows were too thick

The staff were lovely. Breakfast was basic but more than enough for me. Pool bar opened at 11am instead of the usual 9am because the hotel was quiet. This meant that you couldn’t actually get a towel if you wanted to swim before 11am. We stayed in a poolside deluxe room. It wasn’t very clean, smelt mouldy and the shower handle kept falling off. The outside deck was falling apart and the outdoor furniture was ripped and very dirty so we didn’t spend any time there. The nightclub next door was an absolute nightmare. Non stop thumping bass until 3am every single day. Hallway outside the rooms was also very noisy, so catching up on sleep during the day was not an option. I’ve stayed here many times & it’s always been really good. This time will unfortunately be the last. I was very happy to come home to get some sleep.
