did NOT got the same rooms as booked initially even after getting confirmation. I had to tell reception to make sure bed linens are changed at least every day as they did not changed for first 4 days. Overall Ok stay need more vegetarians breakfast options. Good thing staff was very friendly and listen to request made house keeping policy not changing linens everyday

The property had a good proximity location and made the Bali trip sound and hassle-free. The location was a bit old and unkept. But overall was okay.

The location... walking distance to central to anywhere Staff wasnt honest, when they only gave 2 towels to triple room and claim they put 3. Felt like being scam

Theres not much to like They accused my wife of stealing an old stained towell and was forced to pay 150k compensation total scam old tired rooms crappy cheap food

Staff at the reception when we checked in has a very bad body odor. Not value the money we paid, we booked the room because my daughter saw the play area. But all broken and very dirty. The only good thing there is the polite security guard ?♀️ Couches in the waiting area are also very dirty ?
