Close to beach. Many restaurants. I got room at low season rate. Don’t know if I would pay higher rate. Staff nice. Scooter rental on property. No tv. Internet scratchy. Comes and goes. A little noisy with music from near venues.

We arrived at the hotel reception. We were checked in. But when we got to our room, we saw that it didn't meet hygiene standards. The bed linens were dirty. There was no duvet cover. The pillows smelled of other people's perfume. At first, we asked for a duvet cover, but the hotel employee said they didn't have any. Then we said we wanted to cancel the room and get a refund. However, the manager said there was nothing she could do and that I should submit a cancellation request through Booking.com. I submitted a free cancellation request. However, the property owner still hasn't confirmed this request and assures me that he never received any request from Booking.com. We ended up renting another hotel nearby, but we still haven't received a refund for this one. This is the first time I've encountered this situation.

Place was clean, people were nice. The location was good - Close to everything, but down an alleyway so a lot of the night sound was muffled. No hand soap provided. was there for 4 nights and the garbage wasn’t emptied (Not sure if this is common in Indonesia as it’s the start of our trip)

The Wi-Fi did not work in my room. Since I was working remotely, I had to go to the kitchen area to get a reliable connection.

The location onthe map is wrong. Look for a narrow Alleyway across from Sushi Casa. Also don’t pay extra for breakfast they leave a takeaway box with some rice. Besides that it was great

Careful: the property has now a different name and it was a nightmare to find it. The address of the property did not provide a house number and was in Indonesian. So, I tried to message them. I only received automated messages without a proper answer. So I called the number on the booking: it did not even ring. Once I got to the area, I went to a nearby Collection O and they had no clue about this hotel. Finally a friend who can read Indonesian found out that it is next to a bar. I went there and someone pointed me to the hotel which has a different name. I told the staff who did not seem to care. Not good

Great value for money! Location was exceptional as it is close to the beach - Pubs, restaurants etc. Room was good for a solo traveller, had everything I needed and even booked 4 days extra due to being pleased with it. Definitely would recommend! N/A

Lots of space. Large bed. Shower had room to move around. Desk. Enough space to feel comfortable (I was alone with my surfboard). Air conditioning worked great! Like the high ceilings, made the place feel even more spacious. The kitchen was large and useful (Well equipped). I got to be real picky here, no deal breakers. Water flow is adaquit. So flushing is slow and showers take longer. Only provide soap, and I'm not a fan of liquid(seemed a bit thin). I'm sure it's all good for the environment. Blanket was a bit thin. I'm sure they would of given me another if I asked. I was in room 106 and there was some kind of machine (must likely water) behind the bathroom which was a bit annoying at night and had the light on all night. I just kept the bathroom door closed to block the light but only stifolded the noise. Kitchen had only one burner.

The location The staff Unfortunately i found a bed bug the first night and decided to leave immediately. Having been through that and knowing how serious this is i could not stay. The owner said they would call pest control and take care of it. I also received a full refund for both nights.

Very basic hotel 5 min walk from the beach Seminyak is 15 min by bike Has got balcony Simple but good for the price Be aware there are 3 floors and no lift No tv in the room Kettle is in the kitchen not in the room

There was no soap or shampoo provided, nor was there any when I asked.
