Location, staff (special mention to the excellent and very helpful and polite 'Nanda'). Nothing was a problem, and in fact all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

central location and close to the beach and restaurants and entertainment. its and old hotel with very little room maintainanece. chair broken , shower head coming off, not enough power points and power point come out from the wall.

I liked the location of the property as it was super close to the beach, restaurants and spas. It has the basics that I needed. The pool has only 5 lounge chairs, so it’s first come first serve and the regulars reserve it first. I didn’t have an opportunity to use as I prefer the beach and getting into the ocean. I chose the breakfast option and it’s buffet style. Unlimited coffee, tea, water and juice. You couldn’t adjust the air conditioning in the room. It got super cold at one point and I would have loved to adjust the temperature or turn or turn off periodically. Also most hotels would have a shampoo and conditioner included, but in this one you have to have your own.

The location was right in the heart of Legian The fact that there were bedbugs. It has been 7 days since I was infected. I have JUST recovered. The room I wasin smelled stale. The room others in my party were in smelled like cigarettes.

Location, location, location! Shopping at your doorstep, 5 mins walk to the beach, the pool was perfect and the food delicious! The property is aged, but if you're happy for somewhere safe and clean to sleep comfortably, you'll love it.

Picture was way different from reality. Bathtub had centipedes and we boil hot water and flush it down for few times as my child was looking forward for bubble bath. Aircon leak really bad. Telephone lines not in use and we cant call for reception or guest service in our room. Toilet water smells really bad. Really really bad!

The location was ideal for walking to the beach area. Lots of choice of restaurants and bars near by. The staff we met at the property were really nice, in particular, Ryan, a member of staff at the bar. The bathroom needed some attention, particularly the shower. Not a lot of choice for breakfast.

Bit disappointed as they put me in a room with construction happening and welding happening right outside my door. Then they moved me on request to a daggy old room. I ended up paying more for a better room . Had no hot water the whole time

Lots of problems with sink blocking, toilet leaking, had to point showed at wall otherwise it sprayed everywhere. Dust or something from ceiling all in bathtub n floor everyday. Pics didn’t look like it actually is.
