The fridge didn’t get cold, breakfast was average and could be improved but if included in the room rate, as ours was, no complaints

Location, staff very friendly, breakfast good value. This is a personal preference but I don't like a soft mattress. There was a pillow topper on the mattress which made it way too soft for me. The shower stall could use a bit of a makeover but otherwise okay.

Friendly and helpful staff who greeted by name. Clean and comfortable rooms and good value for money. A great help to organise travel and suggestions of where to go

Bed comfortable. Great location close to beach. Markets basically outside the entrance. Many good restaurants within 5 minute walk. Hotel is tired. Furniture is old and showing it's age. Stayed in Villa room. Musty smell in cupboards. Spaceous living area but bathroom small. Small 1/3 circle plastic shower cubicle. 2 half sliding doors. Couldn't bend over to wash my feet. Towels worn thin and bleach stains.

The location is good and easy to walk most places. I had an issue at check in with the clerk adding a few 0's on the EFTPOS machine and was charged 1000% more than I was supposed to. As I did PIN and hit OK, I realised and couldn't stop it going through. I was told funds would be credited back right away. Took over 2 weeks for them to process refund as they kept telling me my payment to them was sooooooo slow and was some how my fault. Uh huh I literally had to chase them daily and kept being told they appreciate my patience etc. If you choose to stay here I would highly recommend you check and double check every single charge.

Beds are always comfortable, staff are always friendly and helpful and the brekkie is nice. This time round the bathroom wasn't as nice as our first stay but still good.

The shower was amazing and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in. Breakfast was good and so is the location. Would stay there again.

Location was great and staff were lovely, rooms were kept clean. Breakfast was very limited, not much choice and also having to wait around until they filled the tray's. What they did have on offer was nice but just too much waiting around for food or glasses' to be replenished.

Location and value for money and friendly staff Hot water flow took ages to warm up but it was fine we just let the water run for a bit and got ready 5 minutes earlier

Breakfast was OK but not quite as good as the place we usually stay at (Suriwathi). Location was a bit close to the street - not much you can do about that !

Location was great! Rooms were clean. Woken up multiple times a night because my room was beside perhaps a staff members. They were coming and going all the time and the door slammed a lot. Breakfast was not a good experience the two times we tried. Staff could not keep up with the volume of people. Waiting on food.
