Great location, close to restaurants, shops & the beach. Pools were wonderful, especially the small pool for the kids.

We thought the breakfast was poor compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Not enough variety of choices and fruit poor. Milk for cereal was warm not chilled enough for our liking

Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Food was great and value for money. Pool, bar, restaurant all in one place so you could spend all day there if you wanted to. Shower drain was blocked, and the property is showing its age. Music from pub next door was loud.

Breakfast was good great selection of food The music across the street detracts from the serenity of the Lokha making it impossible to have a quiet relaxing dinner at night at the lokha

Location, pool The music from two venues close by was very loud, didn’t stop until 11pm. They did fogging at 6am and smell from it we came into the room.

Everything great except I think kids should be advised they can’t sit at the bar even if their parents are there.

Fantastic staff and beautifully renovated room. I think the security staff needed to step in and ask people to be quieter in the pool on Nyepi day. The children and adults were so loud and disrespectful. I came to Bali at this time to experience the serenity of Nyepi day but was very disappointed. I also had a spa but couldn’t enjoy it with the very loud adult voices. Disappointing!

Everything was great. Room clean, staff friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. No noise in the room even with a band playing across the road. Pool bar with food and drinks. Breakfast warmers set too low, food was cold. After I explained to staff the heat was increased the next day, think its important to have hot food with all the gastro around. Having said that, no illness for anyone in our group of 8.
