There were people hanging out in the parking lot and I didn’t feel safe staying. We left and did not stay the night.

Everything was great except there was no hot water. No hot water. We rented two rooms because we needed showers for rodeo prom. They didn’t tell us when we checked in that there was no hot water and that they’d been having issues all week. They said they’d had several plumbers there. One worker said they were leaving the water running in the rooms that didn’t have guests to get the water to heat up. My husband told them that this would never work and would only allow cold water. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund or something due yo not being able to take a shower either day. She said they couldn’t do anything because it was through booking.com. They should tell people before they check in. Jasmine the GM was sweet though.

Older property, carpet & towels very worn. Air conditioner not very cool. Parking is horrible, could not park in front to check in. Took an accessory fee, but not returned yet.

I man came into my room. The desk clerk gave him the room room and key, not good.

Great room with everything you needed Starting at about 5:30am there was a very loud banging. dont know but i think it was a service door.

We didn’t use the laundry or the gym. But we did use the pool and the only negative thing I would say about the property is that the pool was so incredibly cold that my granddaughter‘s teeth were chattering and so are everybody else’s that were in the pool. So maybe turn it up a little bit so that you don’t have to get in a hot shower to defrost.

very clean. nice staff. comfortable bed. no hot water. we were told when checking out that you have to run the water for about 45 to get hot water.

Room was clean, spacious and very modern. Hot water wasn’t always the greatest - first day it was lukewarm, second day was amazingly hot and this morning it was slightly above cold. Young lady at the front desk ( very sweet red-head, can’t remember her name) was incredibly kind and nice upon checkout. We stayed three nights after we lost power to our house in west nashville following the storms.

Nice hotel. Very nice staff. The beds are so comfortable I wanted to take one home with me. Very quiet. Full kitchen and nice decor. I wish we were able to stay longer. And the cherry on top is the new In ‘n’ Out burger within walking distance. Life is good!

The park options were limited. Most hotel have breakfast and it’s included.
