The shower was in desperate need of a good cleaning.
- 2.5/5
Location is perfect for getting to the race. In a good area for eating out. Room needed remodeled and cleaned better. We were on ground level the windows could use a tint so people in parking lot don't see directly in your room. Mold in the shower is not acceptable and the floors could be swept before people arrive . I wish I would have taken a few pictures to include but did not. If you had not reached out I would have never said anything. But since you asked a little paint on the the cabinet would not hurt and a new toilet.

I did everything the facility told me to do in order to modify my stay through booking.com they even approved it to be modified with booking.com just for them to tell me the day I arrived for my stay that they had put me down for a no show and they had no rooms available. I lost my money and had to book elsewhere last minute all because suddenly per the hotel they didnt allow modifications after they themselves spoke with booking.com and gave approval to modify my stay. I was told the only person who can refund my money is the manager whom never got back with booking.com or myself. I will NEVER in my life again book at a Hampton Inn. If only I had known the last minute hotel I found was not only gonna be cheaper but better as well I could've dodged this bs.

The room seemed to be dated along with the bathroom. While the room was not bad, it did need some remodeling.

We asked the front desk if they could help make it right by moving us to another Hampton Inn, but they were unwilling to assist. Due to the condition of the room and lack of resolution, we chose to leave. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with the Hampton Inn brand.

Convenient location Room was in need of updating: needed the carpet stretched, mold on shower nozzle cleaned, ear swabs from last guest picked up, etc

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5:30pm. The room we received was filthy and later changed to another room. Second room was more acceptable, but not for the money spent on the room.

If t You stay here then request the front side of the hotel as the back of the hotel faces I-40 and it is so loud! Hard to sleep through the night it was so loud from all of the 18 wheelers passing by
- 4/5
Staff was great and the rooms were clean. The only issue was the mattress seemed to be worn out
- 2/5
Location was convenient, but hotel needs updating. Rooms were not consistent in finishes. Tile floor was very slippery in room.
- 2/5
Room wasnt very clean, didnt look like it had been vacuumed recently, tv had a brown mark over 1/3 of the screen, couch was broken down. Not impressed at all
- 4/5
The room was very nice. We got the top floor as requested. The breakfast was good. Wish they had more than one meat option. The staff was great. All employees we encountered were very friendly. The hallway carpets are worn & badly need replacing before someone trips & falls.
- 2/5
Receptionist was obviously under the influence of something and sent us into an occupied room.

Room was very. Very cold

The room was too cold, and there was no way to adjust it. The heating/cooling system was stuck on "LC" for some reason.

Hotel needs upgrades. Its tired. Carpet is stained and loose. Couch is stained. Piece of wood stored in corner of our room. Ice machine out of order. ...

Hampton in usually offers an assortment of pillows with different firmness. This was the third time that I stayed at this motel and all they offered were very light pillows with no body. My wife thought that our bath area was dirty and showing its age. Last time that I will stay there.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3/5
Like most Hampton Inn buildings, its well maintained and lots of amenities. The downside was the pool was closed and the grass was way too long to walk my dog. I ended up walking her at the Outback Steakhouse's well groomed grass. Last, but not least, I paid for a king suite and got a 2 queen room which supposedly there was nothing the front desk clerk could do.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the blueberry waffle.
- 5/5
staff was great. breakfast was excellent. hotel is dated and in need of an update.
- 4.5/5
While a bit dated, the room was clean and although we did not need it on this stay, the pull out couch was a nice add on. The price point was right.
- 4.5/5
Easy in and easy out. Breakfast was much better than expected...cheese omelette is way better than fake eggs. Communication, as we had a party of 5 different couples and requested to have rooms close by way in advance but when we got there none of that was done so we were scattered all over and different floors.

I stay at most Hilton properties when I travel or need lodging. This property was nice and friendly (especially, Alexis). However, I had no phone and no TV working, but the Staff accommodated me with 2 extra hours check out time at 1 PM (which was a thoughtful consideration and very much appreciated). Kudos to the Assistant House Manager, who extended my stay! I love my Hilton properties!
- 3/5
Not as pristine as one would think an upper scale hotel for this area should be.
- 2/5
We were given a handicap accessible room. Got our reservation mixed with another guest at check in. Room 213 is directly above the check in /front desk area and we could hear the loud music in The welcome area blasting all night long
- 4/5
Best front desk staff I've met during my travels, not sure of the ladies name, she was amazing and said she was the general manager. Fabulous conversation, great lady. The breakfast staff were a delight also.
- 5/5
It was located in an area that had plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, but still fairly quiet at night
- 2/5
Needs serious upgrade. Looks like it’s falling about
- 5/5
Convenient location
- 2/5
The property was ok, expected more from a Hampton. There were holes all in the wall in walk way and in the room. Took the shower 10 min to get Luke warm. This place definitely needs a remodel.
- 1/5
Tv in room did not work and as we were going to bed, the electricity went out in our room.
- 5/5
Great staff very helpful
- 4/5
She let us check in early at 3, very helpful

bed uncomfortable, old facilities
- 5/5
The experience I had was fine. Very quiet and able to sleep very well. The evening clerk, Judy, was great. The nice lady at the breakfast area was so nice. Overall the stay was fine. I did notice a few thing about the room--the curtain was torn/off the hook, and the outlets on the lamps at the bed did not work--but those are very, very minor things. There was a musty odor when I first came in but I believe that was just because of all our rain. Overall very nice and no problem. I always stay at Hampton because it is consistently so nice. Thank you.
- 5/5
Safe, clean but therewas hwy noise ifyour room was on that side of bldg
- 5/5
We had trouble with the new TV and they went out of there way to get it fixed for the wife while I was in the hospital. Staff was very friendly
- 1/5
Needs updating. Old an dirtylooking.
- 3/5
The breakfast that they offered was not at it's usual standards. No coffee! No pasties, weak juice, only one cold omelet in the tray. Employee was on her phone instead of cooking and replenishing food. I was going to call the office for a question, but the phone did not work. It wasn't even hooked up.
- 5/5
None
- 4/5
The room was clean and very nice, but I was surprised to see a drawer that wouldn't stay closed was scotch taped, which didn't work. Also, the drape was just hanging, several of the holders were missing.
- 3/5
This hotel is very old and the bed and the couch in the room were horrible.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was great. Property manager was accessible for any needs. Breakfast was fresh.
- 4/5
Easy access off interstate. Clean property very friendly staff from Hostess to housekeeper did have a beoken cabinet over fridge and desk drawer wouldn’t stay closed. Was able to hear highway traffic. But it felt safe. Was clean and recommend if your traveling and passing through

Breakfast was good and the interaction with the hotel workers was generally good
- 2/5
I told front desk about ants. They said they knew. We're Hilton Honor members and always stay at hampton inn but this was a disappointment.
- 3/5
The rooms could have been cleaner. The rugs are spit vacuumed. Not around edges of walls or furniture. Had some ants in the toom
- 5/5
Nice property
- 4/5
It was convenient to our schedule for the weekend
- 2/5
There was junk in the hall on the carpet. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The shower stall looked unclean. I did like the bed. Instead of a reduced rate because my room was close to the highway, I got a white noise machine. Someone tracked in mud on the first floor and the elevator; I mentioned it to the person behind the desk; the elevator floor was not cleaned.
- 5/5
Great work Kathie!
- 5/5
Quiet property and easy to find.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Even though it was an older hotel, it was well maintained.
- 1/5
Convenience wise, it was beautiful weather and we would have liked to sit outside and enjoy it but there were no benches or seats anywhere, very disappointing. The cleanliness of room was disgusting. We could tell it was old and dated which was ok but our feet were sticking to the floor and the rug was torn, frayed and filthy. The only good thing is that there were no bed bugs or roaches. You can be sure I will think twice about using Hampton Inn again.
- 2/5
The property looked worn out and in need of a remodel. Housekeeping was by request only and we were unaware of this policy until we inquired as to why our room had not been cleaned. This property was not up to Hilton standards.
- 4/5
Didn't like no setting out front for smokers
- 3/5
Room was freezing. We had to turn heat on. Process of getting on the internet was very complicated, signing up for stuff I did not want. Otherwise it was ok, typical hotel for the night.
- 5/5
Overall great experience. Breakfast was great every morning, staff was fantastic especially Larry and Sedona. Only complaint is the beds are so hard so Hard next time I will have to bring a memory foam pad.
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 3/5
We had to change hotels during our stay for the truck show due to a pet issue. This hotel was a last minute booking and very pricey. My husband travels alot for work and we always put him in Hampton Inns. We were very surprised at how unkept this location was. The tile floors are sticky and the carpet is too. Like they get in a skating ring. Our AC would not keep the room cold. They came twice to look at it but fixed nothing. We were on the third floor and the hallway carpet was in terrible condition. They need to spend some money in renovation beyond the Lobby. It was not worth the nightly price and we wont stay at this location again. We actually left a night early to drive to Chattanooga and stay at the Hampton Inn there since we knew it was in better shape with working AC.
- 4/5
Ac crapped out during a very hot day and the maintenance man was out! It did get fixed but was uncomfortable for a while
- 2/5
The highway noise in our room was horrible! The floors looked unclean and our shoes kept sticking to the floor. When we checked out, the clerk just said, “ok to email your receipt?”She didn’t ask how our stay was and when I told her about the noise, etc., she just said “oh”. I usually enjoy my stays at Hampton Inn, but this may be our last.
- 3/5
First, the good things. Breakfast eating area is bright, cheery, and inviting. Breakfast staff friendly. This area can be seen from the lobby and was spic and span. Location was also a plus for easy on/off from highway. Now for some of the issues. Room smelled smoky, very unpleasant. My shoes stuck to the floor where there wasn’t carpeting. Upon check in, staff was not friendly, not unpleasant or mean, just not friendly. One person was on her phone while the other one checked us in using a robotic manner. Upon check-out, a different desk person was on her phone and barely established eye contact. This Inn was very highly priced compared to other ones in the vicinity, so overall, not worth the extra $$.
- 3/5
My room faced the highway and it was very noisy at night. Breakfast was not subpar. Parking was tight. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Friendly staff and hotel was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and seriously needs an upgrade
- 5/5
Stay for the night was amazing. Staff was very friendly had a big trailer behind truck and staff helped find a spot for us to make sure it was in front of cameras. Room was very clean. Great selection for breakfast in the morning. Great hotel to stay at!
- 5/5
Had a good and rotating beakfast.
- 4/5
All of that said, the check in staff was great! Extremely professional, courteous. Sadly, we will not be using this Hampton Inn again.
- 5/5
Everything was great nice people could just use some minor maintenance
- 5/5
The hotel was great. The staff was very helpful and courtesy. Breakfast was good. The only downfall was the terrible couch in the room. Most uncomfortable I've ever sat on to be a new one.
- 4/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were slim. Oatmeal was like glue at 8 am both mornings we went to breakfast. Fruit choice was oranges period. Our room was clean. We’ve stayed at nicer Hampton Inns.
- 3/5
We requested to have a our room cleaned and it didn’t happen. The fitted sheets on the bed wouldn’t stay on the bed. Over all everything looked worn out.
- 2/5
AC wasn’t working properly. Very poor water pressure. Room had a strong disinfectant order.
- 4/5
Stayed several times and the parking is great especially for hauling a vehicle. The room will not get cool enough no matter how far down you put the temp and terrible water pressure. The beds and pillows are comfortable but probably for the next truck show will have to try somewhere else based off of the temp in the room. Stayed for 5 days and 100 degrees all day outside and wanted to come in to a cold room.
- 5/5
I would stay there again without any thoughts
- 4/5
hotel can use some updates we had 2 rooms and the air conditioner took a long time to cool off in both. the hallways were very hot. The paint could use an update also. The breakfast was good. The customer service was also good we had a good check in and check out very friendly.
- 1/5
We came in for a baseball tournament. The room was disgusting very musty smelling. Ac did not work. It ran continuously but never cooled room. Pillows are flat. So flat I could fold them up an put them in an envelope. The couch had stains all over it. Then to ice the cake. Blood was all over the comforter which I didn’t notice until I had already slept with it 😖😖 No washing machine or dryer to use. Out of order So ended up having to drive to a laundromat very disappointed considering this is a Hampton an it cost 200 a night
- 5/5
we had the handicap room and it was very large
- 2/5
My refrigerator was lukewarm, and only kept my water at a 'tepid' temperature. I understand times are hard, and businesses must save money to survive. But this Hampton was below the usual high standard of the Hampton Inns I have previously stayed in. Most likely, I won't be back...
- 5/5
Convenient location
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Facility is still like new.
- 3/5
Room could have been cleaner. Condition of building and room requires updating. Many current repairs look unprofessionally fixed.
- 5/5
The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable but the bathroom really needs a redo ! There must have been a leak because the entire shower/tub unit was covered by a dark brown caulk! Made you think twice about getting in. Otherwise great place to stay
- 3/5
Location is very convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly. Heat system in room made very loud noises all night. Carpet was in very poor condition in room. Breakfast was very good.
- 1/5
Too many issues, gym machines broken, breakfast was bad. Toilet didn’t flush. Horrible stay
- 4/5
This Hampton Inn is a bit older but still good. 1st night of a 2 night stay had a AC unit that did not heat but come morning, I asked for a different room and the hotel GM quickly switched our rooms. Breakfast was not ready at 6AM on Day 1. Day 2 breakfast was just "okay" (standard hotel scrambled eggs). On the upside? Staff is very pleasant and the overall stay was good. We will likely stay there again
- 1/5
The worst most run-down Hampton Inn. Furniture, TV, sheets / pillows, all not Hampton quality. Would have never booked this.
- 5/5
Bathroom not as clean … needs updating. Bed not comfortable. Nicest and friendliest staff!
- 5/5
Very nice people
- 4/5
We were only there one night. The room was clean and breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that I gave them a new card to use to charge the room and they didn't use that card as I asked. Perhaps it was because I booked via 3rd party but that was not communicated to me.
- 3/5
The shower was hard to use. I could not get the water to flow. It wasn't hot. The room was not as clean as it should be.
- 3/5
No personal service when checking in. Bathroom has mold and dirty. Hallway were nasty. No ice or vending available on floor.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Check in was a breeze.
- 2/5
The room was not cleaned at all. There was two smelly socks which was smelling overnight and I could not sleep the whole night. Kindly request you to refund the money since it was dissatisfied me.
- 1/5
Was the worst stay I think I have ever had. Will never stay there again, or recommend it to anyone else. The first room had huge stain on couch. The lock on the door was broken. When we tried to raise shades, the whole thing fell in the floor. When we tried to call for help, the phone was broken. They did give us another room. The refrigerator there wouldn't work. Room was dirty, soap scum in the sink, and the remote was covered in tape or stickers, and only half way worked, and trash on the floor. If it had been a longer stay, we would have left. We stayed because we were only going to be there one night. The bed was comfortable, even if I wondered how clean it was. The lady that checked us in was very nice, and helpful giving us a new room. But the quality of the rooms and the cleanliness was disgusting. Don't stay there!!! The convenient location was the only good thing about it. I usually read reviews before booking, I am not sure how I overlooked this one.
- 4/5
It was quiet and clean.
- 3/5
Highway noise was especially bad. Lay out of room has air conditioning blowing into your face.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Staff wonderful and friendly!!
- 4/5
Good location
- 3/5
Door lock did not work Desk chair needs replaced, leans back way too easy
- 3/5
The room wasnt what I thought it would be for the price. I wont be staying at this location again.
- 2/5
Overall the property was tired.
- 3/5
Tv worked but no channels would actually load. No phone to call the front desk to say the tv doesn’t work. Shower doors had no handles to open and close them and they were badly off track. No bath mat in linen set. Carpet in the hallway is badly in need of replacement.
- 5/5
Great Hotel, fairly new, visiting family and location is great
- 4/5
good breakfast selection
- 4/5
The free breakfast was a great way to start the day
- 1/5
The staff was rude, the room was unsanitary, and when asked if we could have a cleaner room they said there were none available and didn’t give any option to help ease our discomfort. We ended up leaving and the hotel has so far refused to allow a refund. Also, prior to checking out and not staying we asked to return to the room to take photos and they threaten to call the police!!! Who does that when legally the room was payed for and we hadn’t surrendered the keys. I spent 3 hours on the phone with hotels.com and they offered a $100 voucher for a new sta. Thank you hotels.com for caring for my family. For the Hampton Inn though… I would t recommend this hotel brand to anyone that wants an enjoyable stress free stay.
- 3/5
Property condition and cleanliness was less than impressive.
- 3/5
We stay in Hampton Inns often. We were extremely disappointed upon arrival. As we entered our room, the odor of being of a musty smell reached out to us. The smell seemed to be coming from the air conditioning unit. My wife killed a bug on the bottom area of the floor lamp. The carpet was rippled and dirty. My wife decided to wear 1/2 white short socks which became dark with dirt. We asked the next morning to have a change of room. They told us they would later in the day; however, at that later time they did not move us. We had a reservation for three nights. My wife as asthma and it was difficult staying in such a room. Until now Hampton Inns have been our choice. There were two extremely helpful employees, Sue at the front desk and Rowe worked hard in the kitchen breakfast area. This Hampton Inn needs lots of tender loving care to bring it up to the Hampton Inn quality that we have enjoyed in the our past visits. Hampton Inn needs to credit us for a portion of our 3 night stay.
- 5/5

I booked this property for my brother and his new bride. They had difficulty checking in and the front desk staff were unhelpful in resolving the issues. Additionally, the room was not clean and during the 3 night stay, no service was provided. Finally, they received a notice that the water would be shut off from 11am-6pm on July 4th. They only tried the breakfast one morning and did not eat there again, due to cleanliness and food. This was a more than disappointing stay and we will not use this hotel in the future. Hampton Inn is usually a first choice for us, but will think twice before booking, again.
- 3/5
I sat on bed, my husband sat in desk chair. The bench at end of bed wasnt that great either. I will say bathroom was clean and room did not smell. I was disappointed with furniture. Bteakfastcwas actually pretty decent. I didnt run, but probably wont go back.
