avid hotel Nashville - Lebanon by IHG

Room felt like a hospital. Entered and room was sweltering hot, turned on Ac ran for an hour then totally shut off, no fan nothing. Thought power had gone out. Reached out to front desk after giving it some time and found out that is the system. Eventually it kicked back on, and did this through the night never fully getting close to set temp.

The bathroom shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was residue on the bathroom walls and the pink shower bacteria. Everything else was clean and nice. The breakfast was good. The little treat bag for our dog was a special touch. The tv was all blue and couldn’t be fixed.

Easy to get to on and off the highway. Quick check-in and checkout. Friendly staff. Great blackout curtains. In N Out Burger nearby was a plus.

This hotel is just a few years old, and it has been well maintained, it still looks brand new. The staff are really friendly & helpful, and the hotel is quite clean. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We loved Dana! We came in late on Thursday night and she was handling several customers. In between customers she ran to the kitchen and brought out fresh baked cookies! My husband always likes to cut up with the staff and she jumped right on board with that and we had a good time with her! Your entire staff was pleasant and efficient! We also love the colorful Vibe of the hotel and the room met all of our needs and was very efficient! We didn't notice anything that we did not like.

overall this stay was great! I have such an issue with hotel bathrooms and the lack of attention they receive. room was great, clean and nice, but in the bathroom you can see paint peeling up around the shower, seal around the door was brown and the caulk in the shower was turning black. It seems like every hotel we have stayed in lately the bathrooms are the worst.

The property was okay. Trash cans outside were filled the entire time and never empty. However the common areas inside were always clean There were lady bugs and ants in our room

It is always very clean, very comfortable and a great location for me. This is a small thing but I wish they would put more towels in the rooms. There are always only 3 and we use 4.

Everything was great. Shower could have used a better cleaning and recaulk. There were some signs of mold in the shower. But other than that everything else was great!

Clean room. Only problem was in regulating the room temperature. The heat would not turn off so we had to leave the system off overnight.

The room was clean but very small. We were on the fourth floor and we did not have hot water. However, we had family staying on other floors and they had hot water. As far as breakfast, there was cereal, pastry, fruit, oatmeal and eggs. There was also potatoes and meat, but they were not appealing it at all. If our room had hot water, it is somewhere I would stay again. It was a good location close to many restaurants.

I couldn't have slept 2 hours! The heat unit kicked on alot but literally sounded like a fire siren...not that loud but loud enough that I thought there were police/fire outside the hotel room when I first got there. So when I tried to sleep it sounded that way every time it kicked on. To be fair, maybe it was just my room but you might want to do the "ear test" before you stay!

The front desk clerk was so kind when we arrived early for our stay. She accommodated my request for early check in. She had a smile on her face the entire time. And we even discussed Jesus and compared books we were reading. She is a huge asset to your staff. Also, that coffee machine was amazing!!! Everything was super clean.

Very clean, no carpet in rooms which is great for feeling clean however not for the noise level. Above room was very loud just from walking and normal activities. Had a drain issue the frist morning which was fixed promptly, Staff was great, location great. Room was a little small, mattresses was very soft and should be updated for my liking.

We stay at this Avid every year on our way through Nashville. Always clean, staff is helpful and courteous, included breakfast is on point. This is the location that got me hooked on Avid. I stay at them whenever I can now.

Clean and conveniently located with a friendly, caring staff, this hotel is a great property for a good night’s rest. Room had ample space, shower delivered water with plenty of pressure and the free breakfast was delicious. Want to particularly call out Amanda for being so attentive and taking pride in her work.

Came to the city for a nice get away in a new hotel and did not have a nice experience. Myself and my 8 year old son got stuck in the elevator and were there for over an hour with no cool air and high anxiety for the kid. There was no rush whatsoever to get us out of the elevator, the technician couldn't get it lever so I had to boost my son up 5 feet for him to crawl out and then had to jump and climb out myself. To top that is was not very clean for such a new place, room a/c did not get very cold. There was random hair all around the room and we were never able to get the WIFI to work. Breakfast area had spilled liquids all around with no wet floor signs nor anyone bothering to clean it up.

The property was very nice, but the general manager completely mishandled an issue at the property to the point that I had to seek legal counsel.

It's listed it's a short drive (15 mins) to Nashville but it's more like a 25-30 min trip one way

Easy access to the freeway and quiet didn’t like the fact that their wasn’t a microwave in the room and the food was on the other end of town the shower didn’t get as hot as I would like they are on the wagon with the whole green movement is why I was told that the only microwave was down stairs in the lobby

this is a very newly built hotel. beds are comfy and the internet is definitely not slow like other hotels i have stayed in and their internet allows you to run your own VPN to protect your data privacy and device you are using

While driving into Dallas we received a call saying their water main had broken but hoped to have it fixed by the time we would be checking in. Ahsley and Erica did an outstanding job of keeping us informed to what was happening with the repairs. Will definitely stay here again.

I can't remember the lady's name that checked me in that night but she was a big help. I had a spill in the trunk of my car and she went out of her way to help me clean it up thanks again I think her name was Angie or Angela or something I don't remember I'm bad with names but she was very helpful.

Overall not the experience I expect from IHG properties. The hotel and the room were very clean. We liked that the toiletries provided were name brand. And the staff was very friendly but did not seem to be very knowledgeable. We were given incorrect time for breakfast causing us to miss it. Ok, bummer. But we were also put into a room with a TV that didn't work. I'm sure we could've switched rooms but we were in town for a wedding and didn't return to the room and noticed until it was late and no one felt like packing up to move. But you'd think there'd be a note on the room not to rent it in the first place. There is also a lot of construction around the hotel so the road is torn up and was blocked - not the fault of the hotel but just to note if you're planning to book there soon.

This place was amazing. Clean. Nice. Good breakfast. Comfy rooms. Smaller..but good. I was checking reviews before i booked. But everything checked out good. There is 50 dollar deposits per room they dont tell you on hotels.com tho. We had 2 rooms. But it was still well worth it.

I love the fact that there’s no carpet so it’s smells very clean. The air conditioners don’t have a musty and mildew stench like other hotels.
