La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lebanon

Poorly maintained property and rude front desk staff. You can tell the cleaning ladies do their best best they can but you can only do so much when the property is crumbling. As a courtesy I always ask where they prefer that I walk my dog. The front desk man said, “Wherever you can find grass I guess.” Then he stood outside the front door smoking in front of the no smoking sign, leaving a cloud of toxins for us to walk through to re-enter after our walk. The morning front desk older gentleman was rude to my husband when he went down to get breakfast, telling him to come on and get what he was going to get because he was closing breakfast area down, but it was supposed to be open another hour. The ceiling in our room had a huge stain from a leak, and a soft place in the floor beneath it. Many areas in the room where there were big cracks and holes. Bottom line… there appear to be nicer places across the highway. Check them out instead.

Lisa(I think that was her name) went above and beyond in helping us with television problems( they need an in service on televisions) but she worked diligently to resolve our issues and was a pleasure to deal with!! SHE IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE and your company should be proud to have a staff member of this caliber!

Definitely some wear on the building but the bed was comfortable and the air was cold. We did not have any problems. The only issue I had was there is a smoking can on the far entrance and people just stand there and smoke. It smells terrible. They should have an area away from the door for smokers.

Breakfast was on time. I think for the $ , I got WELL worth the spend.

We had a great stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lebanon. The room was clean, comfortable, and an excellent value for the price. The air conditioning worked great, which made for a relaxing night's sleep after a long day of travel. The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. If you're looking for an affordable, clean hotel in the Lebanon area, this is a solid choice. We would definitely stay here again!

The facility is beginning to show its age, but our room was spacious and very comfortable. There were a lot of choices for breakfast, although some of the eggs were tough and overcooked. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would happily stay there again.

Same thing for breakfast every day. The front desk clerk said what do you want? We have sausage, eggs and biscuits and gravy. The hot tub in the room had a ring around it. Hot tub was rigged to work by plugging it into a blower then to wall. Only hot water worked in hot tub. Front desk staff seemed grumpy. And last you could hear the people on the floor above stomping around all hours of the night

The room were kept clean during the stay . The staff even left clean dry rags outside on the motorcycles so we could dry them off after a rainy night . Would definitely stay there again .

The furniture in the rooms was scratched up, tile was falling off the wall in the bathroom and the ac was very noisy. I definitely will not stay there again.

Room was upgraded by staff, so thank you. Bed was not comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair and a fan. Entire room was dusty. Sink did not drain properly. Body wash pump did not work. Water pressure was good. Plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. Breakfast items were not available for take out for those leaving early. Dark property on side road. Not easy for pets having to leave through side door or back door. Well controlled pets should be allowed to stay in room unattended. Smokers should not be standing at front of property especially when smoking marijuana.

Housekeeping was very friendly and nice The rooms were not as nice as the staff. We had holes in the wall and terribly nasty ceilings in the bathroom. Water really didn’t get hot. And it smells really bad like pet urine and feces in the halls and rooms. The pool water was green and after playing in their tournament our girls were looking forward to swimming but could not.

we took our Dog with us and it was a good fit for us for a quick overnight. No issues at all with the property or having our older dog stay with us. I would stay there again if we visited nashville and needed a place for all 3 of us

Place is nice but no fan in restroom and it took five minutes or more for the shower water to get hot.

My 1/w point between Texas & Virginia

We came in late while on a road trip. Either the bed was extremely comfortable or I was exhausted. They even had firm pillows. Who sleeps on pillows where you head rests o. The mattress? The shower pressure was adequate. Breakfast was on par with other hot breakfasts at other hotels. Ill stay there again the next time i pass through Lebanon.

Breakfast was what you would expect for a continental breakfast. Area was clean, coffee was hot. Lidia was very professional and kept up with the area very well as patrons left the breakfast area. The location is a little sketchy because it is next door to a couple of other motels that have weekly or monthly rentals, but no one approached us and I did not feel unsafe.

Check in was not good, front desk girl was not as friendly as I would expect. And also, all of the front desk trolleys were taken up with boxes and supplies for the hotel. The front desk clerk told me I needed to go up to one of the upper floors and get my own trolley. Or she told me that she would unload one but it would take a while because she was the only one there. The lady before me just unloaded the boxes from one of the trolleys and took it. Then when we got to our room the hallway carpet was atrociously dirty and needs to be replaced, there were holes and spots. In our room the tub also had patches missing inside the tub , along with the furniture being scratched up and missing corners. We chose this hotel because it had an 8+ rating, but there is no way I would give it that rating, it was more like a 6. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I didn't want other people choosing this hotel because of the rating that does not line up with the hotel.

Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean. Some minor issues with the like paint chipping on the bathtub and wall, but nothing that would make me not stay here again. You could tell it was an older hotel that has been renovated.

We arrived late so we were’t there as long as others but our stay was good the eight hours we were there. Room was clean. 9:00 am sharp the food was quickly put away so don’t delay if you want to eat.

Coin was clean how ever we asked the front desk to have clean towels and we never did get them. Check in staff was nice, breakfast was ok, and air conditioning was good. Over all the stay was good

The smell of cleaning products was kind of strong in the room .

All the staff were very friendly.. the building and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The only comments I would make- the doors slam shut hard, so if someone is up late or early in the morning it’s very loud, the walls and floors are not well insulated either. Also, the A/C in our room wasn’t working 100% right. But that’s repairable.

Staff were friendly, room was much bigger than I expected. Got an end room 2 bedroom suite which was much larger than what I booked considering we were just a couple staying there. Having said that, the hotel looks like it could use some updating inside, the halls smelled strongly of cleaners when we arrived but most had dissipated by morning. Only complaint about the room was that the blinds were thin and didn’t blackout the light and the AC was quite loud, these issues may have been unique to the room we stayed in. All in all decent value

Everything was functional and well maintained. The property is a bit dated. Check in was smooth. Short drive to Nashville airport from this hotel.

The beds are uncomfortable, lots of interstate noise, peeling paint & broken tiles in bathroom & shower was not clean.

Breakfast was best aspect of the trip. Hotel is dated and needs a refresh. Peeling wallpaper in hallways. Doesn’t smell clean. Tiles loose on bathroom floor. Broken drain in bathtub. Mattress doesn’t fit on bed frame. Old mattresses laying on ground at the rear of the property. Would not recommend this property.

Location. Windows were unlocked in our room (first floor btw), old guy that works here smoking cigarettes right at the front door while about 12-15 people were sitting just inside eating breakfast. When I said something to the guy about how thats not cool or allowed...he stated with "yes it is". First time we stayed in Oct 2025, same guy and a lady would not clean up after someone's dog poop infront of the elevator on whichever floor we were on. So we spent 2 days and 1 morning stepping over it and lifting our luggage over it. 2 times here and both were not good. This time with the windows being left unlocked, I feel like someone did that to rob the next people staying in this room. Not cool at all. Staff cleaning the rooms don't have a clue what you're saying to them. All they do is say "yes yes" "ok". But you didnt ask a yes or no question and the blank look on their face says it all too. 2 top it off, when we were exiting the building loading our vehicle up. 2 older ladies thought it was a nice thing to both sit on the steps and smoke cigarettes. Ash tray bins right outside all the doors and thats all you smell.??. Bathing towels had stains all over 5 of the 8 we used. Noticeable stains, but washed. Well since this one asked about noise. People right above us stomped on the floor both mornings. Also the room next to us or 2 down not sure. Had 2 whiny and howling dogs both mornings as they let him out to use the restroom. Both not y'alls fault it just adds to it. It's loke dont bring a baby into a movie, well dont bring your whiny animals into a hotel to aggravate others and wake them up. How disrespectful of all these people not carrying about others, just themselves. And Im the reaction.

The breakfast offered a good variety, including bagels, yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, and other continental options. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, we did find fur or hair on one of the bath towels before using it, which was unpleasant.

Location was good First night shower knob broke, they couldn't fix until next day. Also they did not enforce NO SMOKING sing by front door. Had to walk by cigarette smoke every time.

Everyone is soooo rude. I swapped rooms 3x trying to get a bathtub that wasn’t going to cut me when I sat down bc it was falling apart in sharp pieces and finally just said forget it. They wanna charge you a new deposit every night and $25 a night per dog for ESA. Yet they got ppl living there who have drilled holes in the room vents for their crack pipes. Unreal.

The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfy, and the price was great. The room needed some cosmetic help. The bathroom, especially. The bathtub looked like it had just been painted, was peeling, and had some ceiling coming off. Linens were clean. The toilet took a long time to refill after flushing.

They constantly clean which is well since they allow pets in the property which I did not know when I booked it since I am allergic to dogs and cats. Although, they keep them out of the breakfast area in the morning, when you get in the elevator, halls and stairs you can have to ride together with them and is pretty bad for people who love pets, but are allergic to them.

AC was great, had a quiet night. Perfect for my Lab and I. Breakfast was good, but could be a little better. Couldn’t beat the price for a overnight stay while traveling over a long distance.

Overnight staff would rather explain a noise disturbance than address it with the offending party. Phone in the room was connected to the wall but did not work at all. Afternoon staff was lovely

This La Quinta was an ok place to stay. It's an older property but they keep it clean. The beds are pretty soft and the breakfast is generous.

Room had a very loud rumbling roaring sound, staff wouldn’t break up the party in the room next to us (slamming doors every 30 min, laughing and hollering in the hallways etc), bathtub was chipped, tub facet falling off wall, and there was no hot water. We ended up having to switch hotels 3 hours after check in.

Amazing all around

Room was clean with plenty of space. Loud, door slamming and chair throwing guests are not the fault of the hotel, but sure can ruin a stay. Elevator was out most of the time we were there, but one flight of stairs was no big deal. Breakfast was good, definitely want to get there fairly early for a better selection of items such as waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, and bread/pastry items. There is a pool, and a fitness room, but I didn't get to those this time. Didn't get much sleep thanks to rude people, but hotel and staff are great. Earplugs next time and I'm sure all will be well.

Staff is great clean rooms

Room had rust in a lot of places and tv didn’t work. We asked the front desk girls and 2 came to look at it. They couldn’t get it to work either and said they’d switch our room but we couldn’t find them the rest of the night. We had been snowed in for 6 days and got the room for one night just to be able to shower and relax with our toddler and we weren’t able to do that. It was fine but overpriced for what we got. Breakfast was good though and the older gentleman that worked the front the next morning was extremely sweet.

It would be great if there was a designated smoking area as smokers stand at the back entrance, making entering the property difficult as most do not move allowing you to pass. Cigarette butts are on the ground and the smoke smell is heavy entering the building.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was pet friendly and affordable We would likely stay again if we needed it for one night. It was rated as 8/10 on hotels dot com, and I think that is very accurate. I do think this room would be very improved with having two queen beds in the big room and king bed in the bedroom. Most siblings don’t want to share a bed.

I'll say the room was clean very clean I did my typical search before I started putting away clothes looked for bed bugs and anything to that effect and saw absolutely nothing everything looked clean and was very nice and neat however my first room my fridge did not work so I went to the front desk and she gave me another room and was very supportive

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. My only complaint is that the shower water did not gwt very hot, other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Clean room, excellent staff communication, very good price, terrific breakfast and coffee. There were some minor things in the room, like room darkening curtains that did not close completely. We stayed there 6 nights, and it was a positive experience.

Don’t let the photos fool you; the pictures and ratings were incredibly misleading. The room was actually dated with beat-up, scuffed furniture. Worst of all, the overpowering smell of harsh cleaners was so intense it gave me a headache. I felt totally deceived by the online profile—would not recommend.

Great dog policy and spacious family room option but could have been cleaner. Breakfast had all the standard carbs (oat packets, bagels, toast, sugary cereal, waffle maker). Protein options were previously frozen "fried" egg patties and sausage. Coffemate creamer cups only for coffee. Staff were excellent and attentive, particularly the breakfast lady... she did a great job.

We were there five days. The staff was wonderful and helpful to me, especially when my eyeglass frame broke and they gave me some tape to hold my glasses together until I return home. The Continental breakfast was superb. Many choices and 24 hour access to coffee. We stopped here last year and will again when we return.

When we arrived, they had a room ready for us on the bottom floor. When I booked, I had requested a room higher up because I am traveling alone with my children and the hotel had responded that they would try. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and moved us to the last room available on the 3rd floor. This room smelled overwhelming like weed. I think it was from a nearby room and had filtered in. We had to open the windows. It also really needed renovating as there were spots in the bathroom that had major damage. Overall though, it was clean, the air worked, and the beds were comfy. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, the furniture was nicked and old but the employees were very nice.

Good stay, clean room, fluffy towels, fridge and microwave. Could use brighter bulbs or an extra lamp, room was a little dim once it got dark outside. Water was warm, but not exactly hot for a nice soak. Bathroom was bright, caulk was old and peeling around bottom and outside of tub. Otherwise, great stay.

Bedroom was very comfortable. We were put at the very end near the highway. So it was very noisy and the curtains would close a hundred percent to keep light out. Breakfast ended at nine which most hotels i've stayed in they end at ten.

Front Desk “Jim or James” was the best! The hotel and our room was super clean. Great staff. The free breakfast was good and the location was perfect to visit family in Lebanon and to party one night in Nashville.

I reserved a handicap accessible room. They changed our room on us. They said we had been upgraded to 2 king bedroom but couldnt tell me who changed the reservation. Someone there did it. The bathroom was too small for wheelchair. There were no hand rails in bathroom. Made things hard for us to get around. Staff at desk were not friendly.

It’s time to replace the carpets, especially in the hallways — they’re quite stained. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and most of the staff is very kind, except for the lady who helps with breakfast, who always seemed to be in a bad mood (we stayed several days). The rooms could also use a fresher scent, as some guests bring pets. I instantly went and tried to read every review that was bad. It seems as if this bed bug issue has been a problem for a few months now. My arm is so swollen these had to had been adult bugs. Hurts to scratch. So I reported the issue to the front desk the lady was nice however when I said I had been bitten she said she had several people whom had been bit by mosquitoes. Then she proceeded to give me options 1. Have the maintenance man come and "check" it out or I could move to another room. Of course I moved but the following night I didn't get any sleep. I kept waking up thinking bugs were on me. It's a nice hotel, great rate...But the bed bugs are indeed present. I don't know who needs to hear this but, The maintenance man is NOT pest control, and that's why this hotel still has bed bugs!

The room condition leaves a lot to be desired. Dirty floors and shower. Hotel is very dated and has a lot of sloppy patchwork repairs, and many more needed. The sheets had some white powder on them that was all over my face, ears, and head when I woke up. But it was cheap and available.

When we were walking on , we saw a roach crawling on the wall and you could hear the noise from the interstate from our room. Not very clean yet the hall and room smelled like disinfectant.

Just a raunchy, unkempt hotel, like most chain hotels are these days. The furniture is all beat up, including the cabinets. The tub is old and has cracks in it, plus the door has a gapping hole in it. Not a nice place at all.

Convenient location, but a little renovation could help. Large rooms, which was a bonus. Also, check in lady had no personality and could be friendlier.

The hotel was loud. There were kids making noise in the hallway all night and above us on another floor. It was extremely obnoxious. I ended up having to switch beds to sleep with my son because I broke out in hives so badly due to an allergic reaction or something that had to do with the bedding on my bed. One of the worst stays of my life.

Unfriendly. Grilled me about my condition requiring my trained and registered Service Canine. Barely warm water for showers! Dull not cleaned floors... Certainly not the quality expected for LaQuinta!

Manager of hotel was very helpful in resolving an issue for me. Hotel is conveniently located just off I40, but it is an older hotel so the developments immediately around it aren't very attractive.

Great daily breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Large hole in asphalt street leading up to entrance.

Loved layout of family guest room with 2 king beds but bathtub was in such bad shape we didn’t even take a shower.

The bathroom was dirty; there was dried urine at the base of the toilet and hair all over the floor. I couldn’t walk barefoot and had to use towels to cover the floor. The check in was super long and super inconvenient! You will receive a text/email to pre check in where you input contact information, send in a picture of your ID, and input credit card information where you are charged an incidental deposit at that time. That process was a 15 min pain in the butt, but when you get to the hotel they aren’t able to find or link the pre check in you’ve already completed to your reservation so it was a total waste of time. I’m also not sure where any of my personal or credit card information went and then I was was re-charged multiple times for the $40 incidental deposit and my credit card company advised me to lock the card as protection. DO NOT PRE CHECK IN!

Clean, friendly, fair price. Neither the elliptical machine nor the treadmill in the fitness center were working, though.

Room was very clean although there was a musty smell. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately i had to ask for another room due to the smell of mildew. They gave me another room woth no problem and were very quick with the changes. Once i got to the other room i could still smell mildew. Not as much as the first. Being on a time crunch i decided to stay. Other than the smell, the room was very clean. Breakfast the next morning was very good.

For the most part, the room was clean. Staff was unprofessional in calling me out at the elevator for not paying a dog fee when she never even asked if I had a dog.

Bed was uncomfortable. Paint was peeling in bathroom. Mystery red stains on curtains. Hair in shower. It just felt like a very cheap renovation and not kept up with.

It was oddly located behind a couple of other hotels, so a little awkward to find, but the hotel itself was clean and the staff were nice.

Convenient location off interstate. Room was clean and comfortable. Some area of hotel were run down and the carpets in the hallways needed replacement. Good hot breakfast. Overall, a great value for an overnight stay.

First room we received (114) smelled VERY strongly of marijuana vape/smoke so we requested to be moved, the front desk took care of it immediately so that was good. 3rd floor was much quieter but the elevator was a little concerning, funny sounds and seemed to work half the time and when it did was very slow, its probably due for service. I also noticed the 3rd floor was very warm, the hvac unit was struggling to cool the room. The 1 and only ice machine was broken but management had a repairman actively trying to fix it. We requested a late check out which was granted for 1 additional hr. Overall it was ok the shower bathroom linens and room were clean I could possibly see my self staying here again for around the $75 price point.

Internet was in and out and stopped multiple times. Smelt dirty and moldy. Lobby was smelly and old.

We have stayed there a few months ago no issues, however this past weekend we both got woke itching and some kind of bites on several areas of our bodies I did look at the sheets and mattress I did not see anything but we got bites from something:(

Check-in staff and cleaning staff were awesome. One older gentleman at the front desk in the morning was very rude and should not be working in the hospitality industry. Room was clean but dated. Close to the highway, so lots of sirens through the night. Insulation between floors was lacking so lots of loud footsteps above me.

Stayed here fir a 3 day trip with my family. Price was comparable to your typical hotel room except this was a large room that had TWO king size beds AND a sofa bed and still alot of walking room unlike most rooms that are cramped which caught my eye in the sense of room size and comfort. Hotel was remodeled at some point but still had an old smell. Beds were comfy and room was huge but the bathroom was disappointing. The shower curtain rod was rigged and not attached correctly and couldn’t be if you tried and shower hardware was also rigged and had gaps to wall just filled with clear silicone. It’s like they used incorrect fixtures and just left it at that. But overall pleased with stay. Free breakfast is always a plus.

LaQuinta was WONDERFUL!!!! I was upgraded to a 2 bdrm room as I booked 3 rooms for this trip. Great hotel, great breakfast, nice workers. Only downfall was the pool was not cleaned and ready. I would stay here every single time I go towards Nashville. Very nice!!!

The curtins on the window were very sheer, you could see through them. At night the light from the parking lot shined through the window keeping the room lit up. Hard to sleep!

It is in a great location for my needs. However, it needs a compete renovation on the inside ,especially the rooms. The rooms were old, dated, stains on the fabric, peeling wallpaper, BLACK mold coating the air vents. The metal covering on the a/c was rusty, dented and peeling from the wall. The bed was fairly comfortable, but it squeaked.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, nice size rooms, and best part is sink in bathroom so people can wash hands before leaving bathroom. The only complaint was the beds were not comfortable.

The shower faucet was very loose. Water pressure was awful. Microwave didn’t work properly. Fridge made an awful sound all night. Only ice machine available was the first floor

Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Fridge, microwave, toiletries. Close to the event we were going to and short driving distance to everything. Breakfast was included and was very good. Definitely stay here again.

One of the cleanest places in Lebanon TN that isn't over $150 a night. It's still a midgrade hotel but the staff is nice and the rooms are roomy, beds ok and the ac works. Breakfast is just ok. It's overpriced for what it is but it's nice enough.

Overall the stay was good! Definitely a little outdated and kinda cramped but the room was clean and bed was comfortable so thats all that really mattered. The only three issues I had was 1) the parking lot was small and by the time we checked in, there were no spots avaliable so I had to park on the side and was worried about getting in trouble or towed (it ended up being okay) and most of the staff was nice except one of the night time receptionist. We had come down to ask for more towels and he seemed like we had inconvenienced him, he huffed and was real short with us. We werent rude about it or anything we just asked and said thank you and went back up to our room. And 3) there was some strong chemical smells roaming throughout the hotel. Not sure if it was cleaning supplies but it was very nauseating. Other than that, a fine stay. Cant speak on the breakfast, we ate elsewhere but they did have it!

The over powering odor of cleaning products made it hard to sleep. The furniture was in poor condition. The pictures on expedia did not match the condition of the room.

I checked in using a link that was texted to me. I picked up my keys at the desk, just showing id and my card. It was easy. My only complaint would be not having a shower pad, as I am handicapped and it was slippery.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Great overnight stay and back on the road again.
