I reserved and paid a room at Nobu but at check in I wast told that my reservation is transferred to Cesar’s. Room had old and wore d our towels. I am very disappointed with Expedia reservations. You don’t pay for Mercedes and get a Toyota.
-
Very difficult to find the hotel and no complementary
-
Elevators a little confusing until you get used to the technology. Beautiful hotel inside and out All staff we interacted with were nice and helpful
-
The Hotel was very clean. Ambiance was perfect. Very friendly Staff. Checking in was a breeze. Highly recommended without the stress so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation.

Just great!!!
-
Best hotel in Vegas great customer service and so clean
-
Having a separate entrance to the Nobu tower made check in so easy and quick. It was close to the food court and pools. The rooms were clean and quiet.
-
Unfortunately, this was not the case. GPS was not able to lead us to hotel. Then we asked people and they said you need to drive into the huge parking lot of some other hotel and take elevator and walk. My husband is disabled and cant walk that far. I walked myself to find the concierge thru full blown Casino with hundreds of people and laud playing music you could not converse. The walk thru Casino was at least one street block long. Then you take the elevator that is marked 72 to some dark concierge with unhelpful staff. My husband would never make that long walk. We did not stay. The staff was not helpful with refund even though this was situation of lack of access to hotel.

First time and it was amazing. Love the location, so easy and didn’t have to walk all over the place to find it. Room was clean and comfortable. Been to a lot of resorts, will be back at Nobu at Caesars.
-
Nobu is centrally positioned within Caesars and the private elevators are a welcome option compared to the packed elevator banks in the rest of the property. The hotel is quiet and comfortable.
-
The exclusive entrance for nobu is a plus in huge theatre like the Caesar’s Staff is not very guest friendly
-
3 hour Late to check-in,not great at cleaning rooms some days they didn’t come, wouldn’t let me check out late after 3 days there pretty rude about it too. Normally don’t live making reviews but I expected better tbh.
-
Central to all the action, but a peaceful, calming retreat. First time staying here and will likely be back.
-
The hotel is gorgeous and every staff member was so polite. Some would go above and beyond to provide us great service!

Best hotel in Vegas….
-
The hotel is beautiful and feels like a hidden getaway in the large complex of Caesars Palace. The lobby floor almost feels like you are at a spa. A nice perk is that the pool area is packed but there is a section where if you show your Nobu key you can get access and it was no problem to get pool chairs there
-
Great spot and location.
-
Check in was awful. Waited 2 hours for our room. Elderly people. Special requested early check in. No room service.
-
Ok
