Room was very comfortable and staff was so friendly and helpful. Had dinner one night at the amazing mayfair supper club and bought reserved pool chairs at the cypress pool which had so great service! Truly a wonderful restort stay.

The AC in our Penthouse was too weak in the bedroom even at the Lowest 65 degrees felt like 70 -72 ONLY THE BEDROOM though. In the living room the AC worked fine.

We enjoyed our stay at Bellagio very much! We went for three days to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. Other than feeling a bit of judgement from the front desk person about having a king bed for two women (I had heard that Las Vegas in general was not very gay friendly so I wasn’t too surprised by this), everyone else was wonderful. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it was gorgeous, and we didn’t not have a bad meal on the property. We had the actual birthday dinner at Harvest, and all of the food was perfection with fantastic service. Linda at the Essentials store was wonderful, as was Sare at Sadelle’s. Unfortunately the exhibit in the conservatory was being changed the days were there so we didn’t get to see the finished product, but it was cool to see how it was built. The room…I don’t even know where to start! We had a Fountain View King and the view was breathtaking. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous, with marble floors and a massive marble shower. The automated curtains were a nice touch. If we ever go back to Las Vegas, we will definitely stay here again.

It’s a great way to spend your time

It was the first time we visited Vegas and wanted to be in the heart of it but I can say that we could have saved ourselves 50% of the cost to stay elsewhere, still in a good location, and not have missed anything about the Bellagio. We took a travel kettle and tea/coffee bags with us knowing the rooms didn't have any so I can advise that if you like your morning tea or coffee whilst getting ready. Also not many breakfast places in the hotel, we travelled out every day for that. If you do eat in the hotel you pay the premium compared to nearby hotel options.

When I booked I paid for a fountain view room in Expedia but when I got to check-in the person said that my reservation did not state "Fountain view" and I got pool view. Very disappointed with that.

The only thing I didn't like was that doing virtual check in, I could not ask for any upgrades, or even argue about my room, which was asigned in the Spa Tower, on a lower floor (4), and with a terrible view outside our window. The stay was good. Great location and a good room. Sometimes it was a bit noisy, but the cleanliness was good and the location was excellent. What I didn’t like was that I lost my room key and had to wait in the check-in line, which was extremely long. There wasn’t a separate line for quick requests, which most hotels usually have. That was frustrating, and even after I complained, nothing was done. I honestly expected more from a 5-star hotel.

We stayed 2 nights - regular room on the first night and an upgrade on the second night. The hotel's facilities are excellent. The reception is vast and the decor - flowers etc - are incredible. The hotel amenities are great. Enjoyed the fountain show. Well located and we only discovered the shuttle linking to AGM later. My fault. Didn't eat breakfast or any meals. Friendly staff. We visited other hotels to check them out eg Caesar's, Venetian etc and this is by far the best. Private function meant we couldn't get near the pool and a rather officious moron with a walkie talkie and badge was rude (it happens when small minded people get a badge and a walkie talkie). Also not a big fan of allowing smoking in public places eg the casino, but a small gripe. Using the car park to access the hotel is a little confusing.

The views and property are beautiful and so clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the fridge in the rooms they are loaded down with waaaay over priced stuff you can only fit 2 waters of your own in it and it wasn’t very cold.

The room was so clean, and the hotel is extremely safe and proper for families. The only downside is that people can smoke in common areas, such as the casino. And you have to cross by there to go to the elevators. This is the worst thing you can see everywhere

We loved our stayed here, the rooms were clean and the check in was really easy. The lobby is always busy but it’s really quiet once you get to the rooms side of the hotels.

Instructions with the fridge would have been helpful. Inside said a personal shelf to which we thought it was something we could use. Only to find out that we had to request a personal fridge. Otherwise the hotel was amazing.

The thermostat only goes down to 65 degrees. Anywhere else, that would be acceptable, but the room never actually got to 65. It was hot. There are also sensors that shut the air conditioning off when you leave the room, so the room was consistently muggy. We had someone come look at the AC, and he gave us a fan, changed the filter, and adjusted the settings so we could lower it to 60. Even then, the room never got below 70 degrees. I’m all for conserving energy, but there is literally nothing worse than coming back after walking in the Vegas sun all day to a hot, muggy room. The shower pressure was awful. It was almost non-existent. I assume that’s another conservation measure. They only sell Coke products throughout the entire hotel. That’s just wild to me. (This did not impact my rating; I’m just calling it out.) There aren’t enough smoking areas for people who don’t want to smoke in their rooms. It’s Vegas. If I want to smoke, I shouldn’t have to walk a mile from my room to the casino or all the way out to the front of the hotel. (This also did not impact my rating; again, just a callout.) I loved the tram, and I loved the restaurants. The pools were amazing, not too busy. The staff we encountered were wonderful, and the entire resort.

The hotel's location and the view from the room I chose were amazing. I was particularly disappointed with the check-in process and the attitude of some of the staff members. The check-in agent named NORI kept us waiting for more than 20 minutes, repeatedly claiming that the system was down. During this time, all other check-in counters were operating normally and assisting guests without any issues. When I requested to speak with a manager, NORI's attitude became even more dismissive and disrespectful before calling her supervisor. It quickly became clear where this behavior was tolerated. The manager, MACEE, approached us with his hands in his pockets and showed little interest in listening to our concerns. Rather than focusing on customer satisfaction or trying to understand the situation, he immediately took a defensive stance toward his employee and even threatened to call security. I had to remind him that I was a paying guest simply seeking assistance and respectful treatment. Fortunately, another staff member, ROSE MARIE, stepped in and completely changed the experience. After I moved to her counter, she handled our check-in professionally and efficiently in less than two minutes. Her helpful attitude and competence were the only positive aspects of an otherwise frustrating arrival experience. For a property with Bellagio's reputation, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, customer service, and respect toward guests.

Gorgeous hotel with really attentive staff and fab amenities. Brilliant stay all round. Only point was the lack of coffee making facilities in the room, a perennial Vegas gripe!

The property and staff were wonderful; I've never encountered this level of cheerful helpful hosts and staff on any of my previous visits to Las Vegas. Prices were not as high as many warn about. One planning consideration for other visitors, the parking lot and registration lobby are on the south end of the resort, the elevators to the guest rooms are completely on the other side... all the way across the enter casinos and it's a BIG casino. In my room the WiFi signal was so weak that I could rarely log on and it is an unsecured network, I would expect better of a 5-star resort.

But everyone and everything else @ Bellagio was Excellent 👍🎉❤️and I will definitely be coming back soon 👍! 🥰

I always have a fantastic check in experience at any MGM resort hotel, and The Bellagio was no different. They provided extra amenities for my toddler when they brought his crib to the room. Everything was clean and gorgeous on property. Best service I’ve had in Vegas, from poolside to luggage storage. We will definitely stay there again.

It did not feel like a 5 star hotel. There were none of the extras one expects in the room. For example, no coffee machine in the room, no complimentary drinking water. The rooms felt bare and outdated. The spa (sauna, steam room) was out of service and I complained multiple times in writing and in person,.but no solution was offered.

For the money, this was a terrible experience. I’ve stayed in Holiday Inns that were nicer. The one exception is the bell staff, they were great. The beds were in disrepair and when we asked for a topper, we were given a dirty egg crate tied up with a trash bag that was dropped in our room and not put on the bed. The room was dirty with lights hanging out of the ceiling, the tub was dirty, and 2 elevators would work half the time and get stuck the other half. The prices are quite high for the level of service and food. We saw Cirque O and it was great, but everything else was a real let down. We’ve stayed at the Palazzo and Venetian and both were amazing experiences, the Bellagio not so much.

Staff was friendly. Property is starting to show its age. The hallway on the 24th floor and pool area near the bathrooms smelled like sewage backup. I detected several fruit flies in some of the food areas.

Very crowded at lobby area on Monday for check out and check in. Food at restaurants was very expensive and long lines due to holiday weekend and BTS concert fans. Slots seem very tight, hard to get bonus on lower denom & smaller $1-$2 bets.

Everything was great until we found a bed bug. Now we’re on cautious watch to make sure we didn’t bring them home!!

Everything about this hotel is so beautiful, the room we had was amazing. Bed and pillows lovely and soft and so comfortable. I could say I slept better than at home except we stayed up quite late in the casino so had only a few hours sleep each night. The casino was perfect, didn’t win the jackpot but still came away with sufficient wins. The ice cream in the cafe was another big hit for both my husband and I. Every afternoon we had some and wish there was ice cream as good as this at home. Being disabled meant I couldn’t go anywhere on my own and it was great having such a big bathroom with rails around the room and the most fluffiest whitest towels I’ve ever seen. Everyone was friendly and helpful so I can find no fault with anything. Nothing to dislike

We had a beautiful fountain view room on the 27 floor that we were upgraded to from the 17th floor which we were very happy about. When we got to our room there were still food from the previous guests in the fridge, and the in house coffees in the morning was ridiculously expensive and terrible.

Staff is friendly, rooms are nice. Facilities are awesome, especially the pools, shops offer great selections, overall Bellagio atmosphere is unique and unmatched to me. I recommend "The Harvest" restaurant with its modern dark & cozy setting, great food and service. Partially long queues at reception, on the phone or at the coffee shops. Our room category wasn't available for the first night, however got a solid drinks voucher at least. Later move to the second room had also some hiccups, which was again compensated with another food voucher. Staff engaged to provide the 5 star service, however quite loaded and busy at times.

We recently stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and it was perfect. The blackjack tables were approachable for a first timer (and reasonable during the day), room service was delicious (and always available), sushi at Yellowfish was excellent, and more than anything we spent the whole trip saying "everyone is so nice?!". Every staff member from Erik at check in to Cheyenne at the pool and Rick, Dakota, Jaime, and Edward at the Baccarat bar (our favorite place to lounge throughout) was upbeat and helpful. We visited some other hotels/casinos but didn't find any we liked better, this will definitely be our go-to on future visits.

We accidentally left my wife’s diamond ring in the room, most likely on the bathroom vanity counter while she was putting lotion on her hands. We called Lost and Found immediately after leaving the room, but we were already at the airport and could not return. They told us they would contact us if it was found, but later said the ring was never found. Based on where it was left and how quickly we reported it, this was very hard to believe. I never expected something like this from such a large and well-known hotel. It is very disappointing that my wife’s ring was not returned. Although many parts of the hotel were excellent, this experience with the missing ring and the response from staff left us very upset.

Bellagio is located in a very accessible location, and the bridge crossing Los Vegas Blvd takes you directly to the hotel. The lobby was adorned with a magical flower show which was truly enchanting My only complaint is that there are games for gambling everywhere, which takes away from the elegance of the hotel.

Negative was air conditioning was noisy and blew cold air straight onto the bed which is not great. Also thought no free water bottles in room was disappointing too.

Everything Apart from the deposit that they still haven’t returned . We payed usd 150 as a deposit (extra from the room fee) which we were told would be returned 14 business days after checkout.This was over more than a month and still haven’t received our money back

The rooms looked better then photos, which is usually never the case. Would love a a-little more variety for food choices within the bellagio.

The Bellagio is our 1st choice resort when visiting Las Vegas! Not only a beautiful place to stay, but the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. They've covered each and every amenity to meets your needs and expectations for a comfortable stay.

Upon check in we were placed in a room in which the tower had ongoing construction; therefore, I had to call guest services to get relocated. The person on the phone was very accommodating, but when I got to the front desk the representative didn't belive me, questioned me as if i was making it up, and called guest services herself to confirm. With guest services in the phone, she eventually relocated us to a different tower and the room was clean and very roomy. No issues with the property. Gave it 3 stars due to the initial check in process as well as after check out experience. My husband forgot his suit jacket in the room closet. We discovered it the same day we checked out (4.5 hours later). I immediately called to file lost and found report and submitted a picture. The representative on the phone could not give me any information other than refer me to lost and found website. After the report was filed i recieved a notice 2 days later saying they didn't find anything. Unfortunately we didn't get it back, even though i was willing to pay for shipment. We know it was there, it's a shame they didn't make an effort to locate the jacket for us.

we particularly liked breakfast at Sadelle’s and sushi & rolls at Yellowtail. Also, Bellagio Conservatory was so beatiful, we could spend hours there. The hotel left quite an impression on us and we are looking forward to come back there.

Location was great. Pool was excellent. In room dining was fabulous. No fridge, a very small shelf in minibar (hold 4 cans or 2 small bottles of water) Towels and bedding were stained. (Clean but stained) which i don’t expect in a 5*. One towel was so threadbare it had 3 holes in it. Pool opening times too short. 9am until 7pm.

This was despite having booked 2 months in advance and then having taken one nights payment in advance and us arriving at 6pm. The room was dirty on arrival. Hair in the shower and sink and c bathroom counter, dirty toilet, chairs were dirty with food crumbs. I was disappointed and embarrassed.

The hotel is in a good location. Beautiful lobby. Large casino and parking. Unfortunately, you have to be very careful with your payments! My credit card was charged 4 times for my stay. There is no way to explain it unless you are there.

Be careful, they nickle and dime you for everything, im surprised they dont charge you to breath on there property and what ever you dont touch anything in or around the mini bar they have sensors and even if you dont consume the item you pay for it, and good luck getting a refund, youll have better odds winning a billion dollar jack pot, they make it impossible intentionally

We stayed here 3 nights, very impressive for everything. From start with champagne of welcome to end of easy check out, clean, multi restaurant for food choice , and perfect entertainment environment! We will come back again!

Great place to stay

From Check in to check out, everything was perfect! They even surprised us with a delightful desert to our room for our upcoming vow renewal. One downside is that we got a queen bed instead of a king that we paid for, but we didn't spend enough time in the room to even matter that much.

I did not think this hotel was worth the money compared to others. The location is fantastic but for the price I would rather stay else where for better value.

Interior decor in some of the rooms are mixed, inconsistent design

The hotel staff and room service food were excellent! The room was clean and comfortable but the bed was too firm. Lots of street noise and noisy in hallways late at night so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. Strong smoke smell from the casino as soon as you get on/off the elevator. Self parking easy and convenient.

The property was a great place to stay. The only issues we had was room cleaning omitted x 1 day and was too late on another day. property is beautiful, room was comfortable, food was very good in the places we ate including breakfast and dinner. The patio at Spago at night was a beautiful place to spend an evening meal.

The location is exceptionally perfect. The check in experience was miserable and we didn’t have our rooms until 6pm. The rooms were filthy, with hair in the bath tub and a soiled shirt by our bed left by previous guests.

Everything about the Bellagio is Top Notch. Just expect a high price tag.

My first time in Las Vegas, staying at the Bellagio was perfect. check in was quick even with long lines. every staff member was great to deal with the room was perfect. I will be going back and when I do, I will stay at the Bellagio!

This hotel allows online check-in and an electronic key that opens your door with your phone so we never had to go to the Front Desk the whole time we were there. That avoided the long lines that used to be typical for checking into Vegas hotels. Everything about the hotel was spectacular. I highly recommend it. The room was large and everything seemed new and worked very well and was very comfortable.

Overall the Bellagio was nice, but we paid extra for a fountain view room and were really disappointed. We were on the 7th floor and could barely see the fountains — mostly just rooftop with a tiny view of the water. Definitely not worth the extra cost for the “view.” Also, the inside of the mini-fridge where guests can store their own drinks/snacks was dirty when we arrived, which was disappointing for a hotel at this price point.

The staff were very friendly and helpful Our room wasn’t serviced for 3 days and we had to request a service. The smoking throughout the venue was uncomfortable for us as we travelled from Australia where smoking isn’t allowed indoors.

Crowded and overpriced

The bartender at lago was nice. Virtually the rest of the staff interactions I had were arguably the worst I’ve had in Vegas and I’ve gone 7-10 times. Un-nice, inattentive, I sat at petrosian for 15 minutes nobody acknowledged me so I got up and left. Dealers rushed every hand in poker. So extremely disappointed, even shopping at dolce and gabanna was horrible sleezy. Hung up on when I called to ask about a really expensive designer bag I bought. Easy way to send me and everyone I know to a different place next time and I go to Vegas twice a year

Sadelle's to go cart was the perfect place for us! We stopped there 2x out of our 4 day stay. The bacon, eggs and hash browns were always cooked to perfection! So delicious. We loved seeing the beautiful gardens each morning and taking our food to go.

Rooms were great size we got an exceptional deal on booking but got there and they needed us to upgrade because the room wasn’t available. We did and it wasn’t an issue but it could be for some people thinking the price you pay on booking is what you actually pay at hotel.

Our favorite hotel and pool of the places we have stayed. Certainly on the higher end our bedget but you cant beat the pool. We typically reserve chairs in the main pool or Cypress pool. Sports book is awesome. Restaurants are all great and a short walk to shops and other retaurants.

Really love staying here, it’s our second time and will continue staying here. It’s so easy to get from parking garage and rooms. Most of the hotels are so confusing to get around but I like how the Bellagio has it so easy to get around. The rooms are so clean and the beds are so comfortable! We reserved the fountain view and it’s so beautiful! Great staff and amenities! Love everything about it!

Don't get mr wrong, it is an amazing hotel, but it has flaws! The view from our room overlooking the fountains was perfect. Queuing for a coffee in the morning for 30 minutes poor at best. Avoid the buffet, it was limp, luke warm and disappointing.

Our recent stay in Bellagio was quite good but for the price we paid I would have expected more stylish and trendy rooms, better quality towels and certainly more simple amenities like a laundry bag or even a vanity pack in the room.

Excellent day, really perfection and bodied in a hotel

It’s always been on a bucket list to stay at the Bellagio. We enjoyed the daily fountain viewings and also its convenient location to other resorts. The beds were comfy and while clean the rooms are a little dated. Loved the dining options and was able to check out the pool one of the days. The casinos got a little hard to handle with all the cigarette smoking. I didn’t feel it as much on the first night but the last two nights were harsh on the nose and throat.

Wow, what a classy establishment. Expect to get treated with respect and courtesy by all staff, from housekeeping to front desk. You could have a phenomenal experience in Vegas without even leaving the Bellagio.

This place is insanely nice. Room was spacious and clean. Had a great view of the fountain and the shows every night. I think we'll need to go back just to finish exploring the grounds. Only complaint is that the shower did not have a handheld faucet.

Got downgraded and though credited, the only reason we picked the hotel was for the fountain view which we did not get. Pubic hair in bathtub, no coffee machines in room, in room dining took 90+ minutes. HOWEVER, Darren (from Irvine, CA) who held our bags after check out was 10/10 for service and attitude. He offset the negatives and should be recognized for being an amazing asset to the hotel staff.

The entire place smells of cigarette smoke. If you don't like smelling like a 1990's bar everyday, this is not your place to stay. That's the only real issue with Bellagio - wreaks like an ashtray and it's disgusting.

Getting a fountain view room was well worth it. Large comfortable room with a great view of the fountain shows. Very well maintained property, friendly staff. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. We wished we could have stayed longer.

I never back to this hotel. The personal not friendly and they are not helping you with any requests. Not even booking. I just find one lady she was caring and helpful. The rest not even check their system when you have any request . The room the give it to me it was looks like a cage. They didn’t clean the room properly. I don’t have a good experience with this hotel . Pool area was discussing.

Had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt well taken care of, and the staff were genuinely friendly without being over the top. Everything just felt easy and relaxed.

Excellent stay from start to finish got the most perfect view of the fountains and the Paris Eiffel Tower my partners birthday so they treated us to birthday cake in our room loved it

This is a beautiful and very high end property. The rooms are exquisite and there’s a lot of amenities, but it also draws a ton of tourists that aren’t staying in the hotel and makes it very difficult to move throughout the property as people come to see the gardens inside. This is my first time staying at The Bellagio and although it was 10 out of 10, I would probably not stay there again due to the very very high traffic that moves through the lobbies casinos and throughout the entire property it’s definitely the biggest tourist attraction.

Awesome hotel, rooms are cozy, only complaint was the cigarette smell in the casino area but I believe it’s like that in all of them.

Other then that, nothing First of all you are charged an additional fee when you check in which isn’t written in your booking information. There was a very bad smell in our floor, no coffee machine in the room and in general not much bang for your buck.

Central locality is perfect place for a home base, also convenient to catch the Duce city bus ? that goes to the Welcome Las Vegas sign from the North to the “Fremont st” old downtown to the south.. the musical fountain ⛲️ and views are terrific Not enough restaurants inside the hotel to cater for the guests

Don't miss spending time in the Conservatory, and exploring every area of this vast hotel, including the tram to Aria. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great rooms and plenty of stores and things to do. The restaurant Noodles messed up my order with the wrong food and it took 4 different trips to the restaurant and 2 conversations with the manager to finally get it right. I was given chicken that had bright bone marrow. Manager said that it "should" be ok to eat. Who eats chicken that may or not be safe to eat.

Not sure how clean it was, as we wound a fake nail on the floor and a burn spot on the toilet seat/lid. Also I was not aware of the resort fee. Should be clearly stated in the room rate.

Stayed at a penthouse suite... check was a terrible / a mess...no one at preferred checked desk...first front desk person could type my name in properly from my ID...they gave me a room number that was already occupied....Garbage on both side of my door upon check-in...view overlooked the highway...not a great start to the penthouse suite...

Room itself looked dated with no updates since it was built. Service was very good, room was cleaned well and front desk service was very good. Only issue was that the room itself was an eyesore. Expected more from Bellagio.

We contacted hotel staff prior to arrival and were given two different directions to access the property. Upon arrival, the valet entrance was not accessible due to an event. Staff did not provide clear alternate directions into the parking area or take additional steps to ensure we could access valet services. We were informed, after speaking with the Las Vegas Police Department, that the route we were attempting to use was not accessible. We asked if we could cancel our reservation due to the access issues and were told that cancellation was not allowed. After sitting in traffic for approximately two hours, we were eventually able to access the hotel from Flamingo Drive. Once inside, the check-in process was also problematic. We waited at the desk for an extended period of time and were initially offered a room with two queen beds, despite having a confirmed reservation for a king bed. We requested that the front desk locate a king room as originally booked. Again, after waiting a significant amount of time, we had to remind staff that we were still waiting to be checked in while other guests who arrived after us were assisted first. This entire experience was frustrating and fell well below expectations.

The rooms were lovely and the bathroom and shower were huge! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, but don’t expect the same in the casino. Table and game personnel were indifferent, many were not friendly or didn’t smile. Disappointing. My sister ended up going to another hotel to gamble and came home raving about the experience how friendly the casino workers were.

Bellagio is one of the best properties on the Strip. I loved the architecture, location, fountain, convenience, elegance, and restaurants. However, the smole smell was much stronger than other hotels and due to the holidays (valentines day and chinese new year) the hotel was so crowded it was a bit unpleasant. Please note, book all your restaurants in days in advance or you won't have a proper meal any day.
