Reviews
The hotel's location is highly praised, being central and close to many attractions. However, the check-in process is consistently criticized for being slow, disorganized, and understaffed. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general is a mixed bag, with some guests finding it satisfactory while others report dirtiness and lack of maintenance.
- Excellent location
- Pool area is enjoyable
- Slow and disorganized check-in process
- Inconsistent cleanliness in rooms and hotel

I love The Flamingo! Beautiful property, best quiet patio to people watch. IYKYK!
- 3/5
Pool had to close. Bathroom door didn't close. Overall, it was just ok.
- 4/5
Great rates in Spring for two nights. Nearby shows within walking distance, and fantastic dining made this a perfect location!
- 5/5
It was a wonderful stay while celebrating our anniversary
- 3/5
The hotel had construction inside overall was alright for what we paid.
- 4/5
Great position, comfy bed. ran out of amenities, requested for more but never came. Otherwise property is a good.

The hotel and staff was great!
- 3/5
Muy buen servicio. Solo que no me dieron la habitación por la cual pagué. Me dieron una básica así que antes de hacer un chec in revive. Que se les de por lo que se paga y no por menos. No cometan ese error que yo cometí
- 5/5
Nice central location
- 5/5
Great budget option. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a good pool. Great location on the strip. I'd stay here again.
- 2/5
Trash. Absolute Trash. 1st and last visit to this hotel. Only stayed there because that is where the wedding was being held. . The ridiculously loud bass from the pool DJ blared the entire time through the ceremony. Truly shocked anyone would get married there.
- 2/5
Ghetto. We were placed in a loud area of the hallway right off the elevators and ice machine. With that we had to deal with the employees yelling right outside to each other and the drunk people going back to their rooms. We could not even go to the pool due to the amount of drunk people and how small the family pool was as another option. I do not think i would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great property close to everything.
- 3/5
Our toilet wouldn’t flush. That was a huge inconvenience.
- 5/5
It is an old property but they are working on an upgrade. The room was just fine for the price and pool was nice to have being it was so hot during our stay. Location on the strip is great! The only thing I didn’t love is the overwhelming cigarette smoke smell in the casino. I hope that space is on the list for renovating soon! I’d recommend it for anyone who wants a decent mid-cost room that is central on the strip!
- 4/5
Definitely aged. Hallways are a little dingy. Family pool was nice. Adult pool was meh. Not enough chairs by the pools. Rooms are clean and it got the job done. Best location on the strip by far though, since it’s smack dab in the middle.
- 3/5
Te cobran de más y el servicio es pésimo
- 4/5
Wouldn't care so much if not paying the $49 resort fee. Location of hotel is fine, property and casino was OK. It is one of the older properties on the strip but they continue to update it.
- 3/5
I really didn’t like the outside food policy at the pool since the food we had was purchased steps away at the cafe. Purchasing food only at the pool seems rather silly when food is available for purchase right outside the pool. Hotel is old and is showing age. Shower was nice. Location is great. Security is lacking. On the last night we literally had a man try our door several times and tried to force his way in. Security was called but there was no follow up. Was glad to have left the property in the morning. Was so unsettled, we would be reluctant to stay again.
- 5/5
room was very adequate and staff was helpful with check in (Tiffany)
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean. Convenient location central on the strip. Monorail stop at the Flamingo was also very convenient. Lots of food options.
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 4/5
Didn’t use any of the amenities as everything was very spread out. Comfortable but quite a walking distance to get to your room.
- 4/5
Staff were all friendly and helpful. Love the old Las Vegas hotels. We'll maintained. Only issue we had was the smaller pool with the slide was closed. Good location. Room is on the smaller side, but didn't spend much time in there. Bed was very comfortable.
- 5/5
The property itself is cute, but hard to navigate and I’d recommend getting a renovated room. The shower door is open and impractical, but other than that the room was comfortable and clean. We had an awesome view. The pool is crowded and it’s nearly impossible to find an open chair. I would come back and plan on staying in a renovated room and going elsewhere to enjoy the pool. The Cuban coffee spot is delicious!

Everything was great!
- 5/5
Amazing staff and a great location to good food and shows. We will book again at the Flamingo.
- 1/5
They have hidden fees when you get to the hotel that they do not disclose, had to pay 4 almost 5 hundred dollars in extra fees that were not disclosed to me.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 5/5
I just wanted to say how amazing the front desk is and how great the management team is. Theu helped us out when we needed it the most. It was greatly appreciated.
- 5/5
Todo excelente

Room was newly renovated, clean, and had everything we needed. The sink did have trouble clogging. The pool area was so fun! Great hotel!

No worth the price
- 5/5
Had a great stay for our 5th time in begas
- 4/5
Atmosphere was astonishing
- 5/5
Room is clean staff was kind and helpful pool is always amazing.
- 5/5
We booked the “assign room upon arrival” option and we received a Go room with attraction view! Everything was really clean and well maintained and we absolutely loved the room!
- 3/5
The room had large floor to ceiling windows overlooking ‘the strip’ and the bed was comfortable. The adults only ‘Go pool’ could be a good spot to lounge for the day ‘if’ the resort had enough complimentary loungers for guests! Unfortunately, they do NOT!! Most of the seating is fee based. The front desk guy upon check in was just ‘okay!’

Price per night also very affordable. We are glad that we choose Flamingo hotel to stay. Also hotel is in the best location on the Las Vegas strip.
- 4/5
I love the Flamingo, the grounds, the pool, etc. Had a hiccup with my room that they were not able to accommodate which was disappointing. I have never had that issue in the past, staff was not helpful at all. The only way they would help me to get a room with 2 beds was to upgrade, so we went from "they don't have anything available" to "if you pay us more money we can help you." I still love the Flamingo and won't give up on them yet, hopefully it was just a one time issue. I love the grounds and the pool area!
- 5/5
One of the older other hotels there but really nice maintained nice location lots of places to see lots of places to eat or have a drink. I really enjoyed my time there.
- 5/5
We enjoyed the pool a lot . Only down fall is you have to get there early if you want a chair that you can lay on. Otherwise it was really clean and fast with anything we needed.
- 5/5
Good spot on the strip. The room was a little beat up.
- 5/5
Staff were kind courteous and professional and the pool was amazing
- 4/5
Room was clean. Felt safe. Good restaurants. The Go Pool ruins the family pool experience. All in all a good place to stay.
- 4/5
Pools are overly crowded, leaving nothing but over-priced cabanas. Other than that, our stay was great.
- 4/5
If you are a light sleeper stay away from the Vegas strip rooms! Omni pool is super loud everynight till 3 am. Thankfully they switched us the next day. Yes that includes the higher floors. It amplified the music and base.
- 3/5
The room was nice but paid extra for a habitat room and couldn’t even see it. They don’t tell you that what you pay here doesn’t include resort fees so you owe more at check in. Also you only get wifi for two devises and then have to pay $15 dollars a day for any additional devices.
- 3/5
Never enough personnel at check-in, lines often had 100 people in them. Although there are some machines for check-in and checkout, all but two were either out of service or roped off when I checked out today.
- 5/5
We loved the Habitat Tower at Flamingo! The tower is located on an exit from Flamingo to Linq Promenade. Great location, clean rooms, strong a/c. Close to everything.
- 5/5
Las habitaciones deberían tenerle otras cosas no solo una nevera
- 5/5
We had an amazing time, everything was great, and the view from room was so beautiful.
- 3/5
Bathroom did not have a locked door. Shower did not have a door, water was out on the floor.
- 5/5
I use to stay at Harrahs when visiting Vegas. I tried this place and it’s my second stay here. I’ll always stay at Flamingo going forward. Location, amenities, room, etc. it always works out for me
- 1/5
This was one of the worst experiences ever. The noise and the lack of maintenance on the property was truly unrecognizable.
- 5/5
Flamingos is on a great spot on the strip and they have a lot of shops to enjoy attached to the building. We love the live flamingos you get to see and the atmosphere is electric!
- 5/5
The property was great but having a microwave in the room would help to warm leftovers up!!!
- 5/5
I loved the over 21 pool. We went to it 4 days in a row. Room was very clean. I asked for towels and wash cloths, they were brought right up.
- 4/5
Cool wildlife exhibit
- 3/5
for something else, room was okay but not what I booked. pools were nice though would likely stay elsewhere next time
- 4/5
Hotel has everything you may ever want/need and is in the perfect location - central to Everything! & very budget friendly considering everything it offers!
- 5/5
Great overall experience. Good value
- 2/5
Charge me twice parking fee, can hear noise other room
- 5/5
We love staying at the flamingo!
- 3/5
Elevators were NOT secure. Anyone can get up on any floors. Didn't need a card to go up. Disappointed.
- 4/5
Just be aware there is a topless burlesque show happening inside the hotel. No shade, but we didn’t know and probably wouldn’t have stayed with our kids if we did know!
- 5/5
Great pool
- 5/5
Very helpful staff and people were friendly
- 5/5
I had a great stay at the Flamingo. It's centrally located and the Flamingo room in the Habitat tower was great. Very clean and I felt safe.
- 1/5
Cockroach in the lobby and no one cared
- 3/5
Second trip in a row that we had stained pillow cases when we walked in. This time there was also a pair of panties behind the couch. So that was a fun surprise.
- 5/5
It’s amazing place. Will definitely coma back
- 4/5
Live Chilean flamingos Koi fish Ducks and exotic birds Waterfalls and lush landscaping It's one of the few places on the Strip where you can escape the noise without leaving the property.
- 5/5
The Go Pool experience was so much fun! Loved the live DJ and party vibe. The room was great with very comfortable beds!
- 5/5
Wonder please to stay with good prices, also good part of the strip… we enjoyed ourselves..
- 5/5
The garden is beautiful
- 5/5
Flamingo is always one of my favorite places to stay there is some remodeling going on it looks very nice only thing this time you walk out to see the flamingos and the turtles the water is very dirty and very smelly I was very disappointed I usually go out there a lot
- 5/5
Great location for quick walking to all near casinos.
- 5/5
I love the location of Flamingo and the pool is beyond awesome
- 5/5
Couldn’t get into the pool, all the seats are taken by 9am. They charge a 49.00 resort fee for nothing. Very disappointing from our prior stays. The Havana tower is clean and updated. Enjoyed our room on the 6th floor. We came back to the Flamingo on the 8th and stayed in the older tower. The walls were marked and dirty, light switches were caked with grime in the corners, broken shelf in the shower. It was a more expensive room due to the strip view, but we were not impressed at all. It was room 16096. Rethinking our future stays…

Everything was great.

Large Clean room with great view of the high roller and sphere!!. Outdoor pool was busy but still had time to enjoy!
- 2/5
Advertised as newly renovated rooms but the rooms were beat down. Grout missing from the tile in the bathroom, water sprayed all over the floor when you showered due to poor planning of the glass shower wall. The back of the bathroom door had crud all over it. No one cleaned our room the entire stay. Not even a coffee maker in the room as an amenity. The ventilation in the casino is very poor- could barely breathe walking through the place. The fluorescent lights in the ceiling of the lobby should be reconsidered. The hallways to the rooms look like you’re walking to a prison cell. Not inviting in the least. Only two devices allowed to connect to WiFi in the room - which is stupid. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but certainly not good. It was the only time we’ve ever stayed at the Flamingo and we will never stay there again. It’s cheap for a reason. Don’t let the ‘newly renovated’ advertisements fool you. It’s still a dive.
- 5/5
Only stayed 2 nights but the location was perfect close by to everything.
- 1/5
The flamingos One staff worker was really really rude from the start of check in The lines to check in were very long the staff at check in never smiled I really wanted to leave,
- 4/5
Location is great! We were going to the Sphere. Getting an Uber was easy. Lots of things we walking distance as well. Beds were comfortable although not fond of feather pillows. The spa location elevators were super fast. The noise in our room was kinda an issue. The elevators although fast were super noisy and we could hear them in the night. There was construction going on in part of the hotel which was noisy especially first thing in the morning directly across from Starbucks. My friend thought there should be way more seating available around the property outside to sit and enjoy coffee.

It’s amazing, my only error was I I didn’t realize there was a resort tax on the two rooms i booked. It probably makes common sense but u didn’t realize. Also they put a $50 security deposit per night on top of the resort tax already. You will get the deposit back though. But overall I throughly enjoyed my experience and will be going back

We were given a room on the west side of the hotel facing the strip. The flamingo failed to mention that their.sister casino Caesars Palace has a nightclub on the strip that plays loud music until 4 AM. This disturbance prevented us from sleeping the entire first night. I went downstairs and asked for a room in the middle of the night. They told me to come back during checkout time and they would help me, which I did. The staff during checkout time refused to move us stating that noise issues were not their problem. Wait a minute… doesn’t Caesar’s own both properties? They created the problem then refused to move us? Only after writing a message to the management through the app, did they put us in another room. During that change the staff was rude and acted as if they were doing us a huge favor that was out of the ordinary. The front desk staff at the Flamingo needs a refresher on customer service and if employees can’t give good customer service they need to get rid of them.

Needs updating and cleaning all the property very good area and in the middle of everything

I wanted to love my stay at the Flamingo, but it ended up being an incredibly frustrating experience. For a major resort on the Las Vegas Strip, the basic level of service and room maintenance was completely unacceptable. Here is a breakdown of what went wrong during our stay: Severe Service Delays: We had to wait ages just to get basic necessities. We had poor service simply trying to get clean towels, and we waited forever just to get toilet paper delivered to our room. Zero Entertainment/Connectivity: The Wi-Fi was absolutely horrible and practically unusable. To make matters worse, there was no signal for the TV, so we couldn't even watch anything to unwind in the evenings. Poor Room Conditions: The room environment was incredibly uncomfortable. The air felt unpleasantly dry, yet there was a distinct, lingering mildew smell the entire time. The Front Desk & Compensation We spent a significant portion of our trip complaining and constantly calling the front desk trying to get these issues resolved. After all of that hassle, stress, and time wasted out of our vacation, management only offered a measly $113 back from our resort fee. Giving us a fraction of the resort fee back doesn't make up for a room that lacked working amenities and basic sanitary supplies. The lack of care for their guests is glaring. Save your money and stay somewhere else where basic customer service and room maintenanc
- 4/5
The outdoor pool should be servicing the hotel guest first and not the outside walk ups . The fact that you might not have access to a chair is not fair. As we pay the resort fees .

Disliked: no coffee maker in the room (they are so CHEAP), no soap holding dish for washing hands! Size of the soap for washing hands is 1 inch x 1/2 inch. Not joking. Shower body wash dispenser was 97% used up upon arrival. Checked in for family of 4 and I think there were only 3 bath towels. We asked for extras because my husband likes to shower am and before bed and they said only 4 total allowed at one time! We will not stay here again.
- 4/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Great staff, fun casino
- 5/5

- 5/5
Wonderful room with the view decent amount of table games all around the great trip at a great hotel
- 5/5
Hotel es muy bonito todo muy limpio lo recomiendo
- 4/5
If your not on the newer side of the hotel it’s not worth staying, Rooms are not that great for being in Vegas, not as clean as I would except. Go Pool was a blast but I would not stay there again.
- 2/5
There was no parking near the hotel for my truck. The valet said they would not valet. There was plenty of room to put my truck at near the entrance where I dropped my luggage…The vehicles in that area were much smaller than my truck and could easily have been moved to accommodate. I drove around for almost an hour trying to find parking. I drove back through the luggage drop to ask a bell person who said there was a separate lot but he didn’t have good directions. I finally got some direct answers when I call the hotel directly. I paid the same amount for parking, even though I had to drive off property and park. Our beds were not made, not was the room picked up. We stayed 3 days for a conference . The hotel is overpriced and under delivered significantly. No coffee in our room and $24 for a less than desirable coffee and breakfast sandwich. Not an impressive stay by any means. Waste of money for a hotel they named a resort.
- 1/5
Booked the Vice Presidential Suite, which wasn’t ready until 6:00 PM. The texting service never worked, we had to go wait in line to ask. Then we called six different times about a rollaway, that never came - even called the hotel manager, but no luck. VERY disappointed.
- 5/5
The room is nice however, the bathroom door had chipped paint all over it as if they had pulled the mirror that was there. The room needs updating.

We stayed in the Habitat Tower. For an older hotel, it's been kept up very nicely. Like any Vegas hotel it was very busy. We tried to use the check-in kiosk, but it said our room wasn't available yet so we stood in line to see an actual clerk. We were in Vegas for about 12 hours. Wanted to see the strip and a few other things before catching our flight home, so we weren't able to use any of the amenities. But, the hotel was perfect for what we needed and had a great view of the strip from our room and of the Sphere out the window by the elevators.

Nice placement rooms were clean. They have quite a few Options of things to do and eat on site and nearby.

You cant beat the location but the signal is terrible the wifi did not work and the tv channels never had signal
- 3/5
The day club is so loud, it is near impossible to take a mod afternoon nap without ear plugs and white noise.
- 2/5
Way too expensive! 27-30 dollar drinks hahaha..will never be going back to Vegas in general! I even won playing craps, but I can gamble on phone apps and other towns that are a way better value

- 3/5
It’s ridiculous that you have to pay a “resort fee” when you check in. Also, front desk told me to use my room key to get out of parking lot. Didn’t work - so I had to pay ANOTHER $50 to get out of parking garage.
- 4/5
somethings gotta change with the whole situation… The staff allow people to keep the chairs all day and no one sitting in them… 90% of the guests are stuck in the pool because there’s not enough seats. All the cabanas and anything with an umbrella are for rent renting only. We did rent a cabana one day for $120 but then had to spend another $120 in food… Very expensive day poolside
- 1/5
During my 10-day stay, I experienced various issues that raised concerns about the hotel's service and overall guest experience. Despite the lengthy stay, problems arose on the first day, and it seemed like the hotel had insufficient time to rectify them. The service fell short in multiple departments, with prolonged wait times for simple answers, often resulting in being directed to another staff member. The hotel's layout and construction contributed to the chaos, making it challenging to navigate. Guests were not always accommodated in the rooms they requested or paid for. I overheard similar complaints from fellow guests, suggesting that these issues were not isolated. The hotel's pool policy, which charged extra for access, was particularly disappointing. Additionally, the rooms were uncomfortable, and I experienced issues with bathroom leaks in both rooms I stayed in. The pool area was chaotic, with preferential treatment given to guests with VIP status. The hotel's staff seemed disorganized, and the food areas were not maintained to a satisfactory standard. Following a paid late check-out, there was an issue with housekeeping, and a visit to the front desk was required to resolve the matter. Ultimately, my experience was marred by numerous problems, and I would not recommend returning to this hotel.
- 5/5
Everything was great, the view we had from our room was fabulous. The only downside is that there's music all day and night coming from I don't know we're and it can get overwhelming and difficult to fall a sleep.
- 3/5
The Omnia night club is just awful and so loud at night. We stayed at the Flamingo and you really can’t get any sleep till it shuts down at 3am. Don’t get a strip view room if you want or like to sleep lol.
- 3/5
AC in the room was subpar. It never cooled down and it was over 100 degrees outside so we definitely needed cool. The beds were decent but the curtains didnt block and light so it was like daytime all night.
- 3/5
Bare bones old hotel room with some damage on ceiling, caked on old dirt in multiple areas of restroom, lots of wear and tear on the furniture (as if this room collected all the worn out items they removed from other areas they finally chose to update far too late). Absolutely nothing fancy. Can't get a tiny container of lotion like any other hotel would automatically provide: nope! Those are reserved only for the prestige rooms, per housekeeping attendant. Water pressure was always good when we wanted showers. Front desk staff not really interested in moving the line along: took 20+ minutes to check in 2 rooms ahead of us (2 different staff) while other staff left the desk/refused to check-in a couple before us....more waiting. Cocktail waitresses rarely come around down in the casino then some are quite demanding/rude while they attempt to guilt you into tipping. Would only stay here again if it's the absolute best deal on the strip. Never even figured out where they were hiding the swimming pool. LOL
- 4/5
Nice stays beds and pillows were very soft and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. There needs to be more signs in which way to go or a hotel map needs to be provided as we got lost several times. Would def stay again!
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
Great location and great pool downstairs for the affordability
- 4/5
Resort was pretty good. I didn’t like the shower curtain. It looked dirty and stuck to you while you showered. I also didn’t like how the go pool is open to the public as it was too busy. Great location on the strip though and nice view from our room.
- 5/5
Could have used a second chair in room. I ate at table and husband on bed
- 4/5
Lost/stolen mobile phone. Not recovered. Otherwise things were good. Enjoyed the Ru Paul show
- 5/5
Loved having all the food options in the hotel and right outside of the hotel. Never had to leave the hotel to eat. Great rooms in the habitat Tower.
- 2/5
This time was not so great. Many of the front desk staff were rude & short. Our room was dirty. Carpets terribly stained. Toilet that hardly flushed. Elevators broke down. Would definitely not spend money here again.

There was no fan in the bathroom or the room, the blowdryer broke and it took over an hour to get another one to the room. We called and requested multiple times for the room to be cleaned and new towels. We removed the “do not disturb” sign for 2 days. We came back to clean towels sitting on the end of the bed but nothing else was done. All of the old towels were still there, none of the beds were made, and all of the bagged up trash was left behind. There were rats outside by the fountains at night. The Sink and bathtub would back up with water and wouldn’t drain at times. For the price, it would definitely be worth staying somewhere else like Cesar’s or The Venetian.

Pretty hotel, but poor customer service

Great central location
- 5/5
Don't need to go anywhere...they have everything you need just bring money cause it pricey but hey it's VEGAS BABY
- 2/5
Took 2 hrs just to be us clean towels. Bathroom condition is bad and there's patching in the bathroom. I didnt feel clean staying there.
- 3/5
Ather day No roomclening. No towels Nobody is in the Hotel you can ask No counter for Problems Rest was ok
- 5/5
The only one thing that bothers us is we love to go out on the little patio and sit and visit, but for some reason, they have tall tables out there now and no stools to sit on and the tables that are small are not clean and they have no chairs Thursday morning. I finally saw someone steam cleaning the patio, but it still looks very dirty. Otherwise we love staying there. The pool is great. The greenery is great and our room had a great view.

Checking in and out was smooth.

Very clean rooms. And fast check in -out

Wife was injured when the pressure from the water in the shower shot off the shower head into her eye socket. Now with blurred vision and heading home instead of extending our 10 year anniversary. Incident report filed. No refund was offered due to this. Headed home to take the wife to the doctor upon landing. We just wanted a good 10 year anniversary and we ended up with this instead of extending and enjoying a once in a lifetime thing for 10 years of marriage and now I don’t have enough to give her something else to take her to. And left with even more bills come medical upon returning home due to maintenance negligence of the property.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 1/5
Overall a good experience. Stayed in their GO rooms that are not as nice and feel run down. Paid $300 a night not to have a shower door or curtain. Just an open bathroom, felt like a gym locker room
- 2/5
Terrible customer service. Will not stay sgain
- 5/5
Loved everything!!
- 5/5
We love the Flamingo and everything about it! Centrally located with old Vegas vibes and new upgrades happening. Great for families too!
- 1/5
Not a place you want to stay unless you are purely there to get wasted and use the casino. Tried to stay here for a business convention and had to walk through a disgusting carpeted casino just to get to the room where the shower handle was coming out of the wall and there were brown markings on the ceiling above the toilet where the above toilet is located. The staff offered a $25 coupon for the broken shower and the maintence guy was kind, but they sent him up at midnight when we needed to get up early for work the next morning instead of just transferring us rooms. Would not reccomend staying here. Wish I knew it was 1 star before booking. The beautiful restaurant from the hotel booking photos was not actually open, and the experience was nothing like what it was listed to be.
- 5/5
Great hotel been going here for years with my family super clean
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Just a bit too noisy at night while trying to sleep.
- 2/5
It was a Busy lobby when we arrived as they have construction the rooms. The original rooms are super outdated and broken down, but the newer rooms which we had to go through two different upgrades was a lot better cleaner and more modern. Overall, it was fine I wouldn’t go back.
- 4/5
Lots of construction still happening, kind of annoying, redoing marble floors, hallways blocked off, one pool was closed, couldn’t see live flamingos very well due to construction. I’m sure it will be a much more enjoyable stay once everything is completed. Gordon Ramsey food was EXCELLENT!
- 4/5
Had a nice one night stay at The Flaimingo!
- 5/5
Great stay for a quick weekend getaway
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
Super clean and staff was always helpful!!
- 4/5
Only thing needed was a shower curtain. Did not enjoy cleaning up water every night after a shower.
- 5/5
Room was clean , hotel convenient location
- 5/5
Clean everything near by that’s needed
- 4/5
The two device Internet was terrible. It logged us off and said we exceeded the device limit when we tried signing back in. The cable tv was bad if you’re looking forward for tv before bed or background noise . Everything else was amazing the hotel the area. The pool was incredible. The staff was wonderful. The place in the heart of the strip . Most convenient hotel to explore Vegas
- 5/5
Easy check-in very good price. Look forward to going back again.
- 1/5
For the amount of money that we paid including the resort fees, I really don’t think that it was worth it. I would never come back and I’m surprised that they didn’t even provide water or coffee or anything to the rooms and the wait times at the front desk were ridiculous to check in and check out. we also almost missed our flight because we were waiting 20 minutes for the luggage to be returned to us.
- 4/5
Very clean. Everyone was nice. Good food options. Great location in the heart of things!
- 4/5
The stay was great the only thing I found less than ideal was that the shower didn't have a curtain to stop the water from getting all over the bathroom floor so I had to use a towel on the floor to make sure my girlfriend or i didn't slip when one of us took a shower.
- 4/5
It was another wonderful stay at the Flamingo! Only complaint was the shower head; it had a constant drip. We kept the bathroom door close and everything was good. The pool had a great DJ! Staff is friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Room service entered my room without my permission. Don’t enter the room if not called to clean the room.
- 5/5
We always try and stay at the Flamingo when we are in Las Vegas. This is one of our favorite places. The view from our room is always amazing.
- 3/5
Parking kiosks were not working with the room key had to call the service every time in/out
- 3/5
Little dated, expensive
- 5/5
The showers could be more handicapped accessible and sometimes the maids forgot to clean rooms
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, I I’ll recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Vegas.
- 4.5/5
We booked a Strip room, but our window view is a little off the Strip

- 3.5/5
NA Front desk attendant wasn’t very helpful, we wanted to combine a booking had everything paid for and just wanted to avoid checking out and checking back into another single bed room. He quoted us a higher rate and even tho we already had a booking. Decided to come back and talk to a different person. A really nice girl helped up and made it seamless. Really appreciated her help.
- 5/5
Great service! The pool. Not enough lay down areas! I only had a chair to set on.
- 0.5/5
Unfortunately, I was robbed by the cleaning staff during my stay. Please be careful with your belongings and valuables. This was very disappointing and negatively impacted my experience. Very good
- 5/5
$12 dollars for a slice of pizza in the food court was a lot to pay for what you got.
- 2.5/5
Flamingos were cute. But don’t they need more space? Loud AC caused really weird noises at night when trying to sleep. Sounded like a hissing noise. Overpriced for what it is. Stains on the chair. Cigarette smell in the hallways. I have asthma so this really bothered me. Didn’t even have a microwave? The fridge wasn’t cold either so how do we store our leftover food? Millions of ice and vending signs pointing in opposite direction? So where was it? Couldn’t find it. Next hotel room to us has a weird door connected to other room that’s connected to our hotel, could hear the next hotel room directly and felt invasive.

- 4/5
We loved our location, the places to eat inside and around it were nice. We were on the 20th floor and we loved the view! We faced the strip, across from Caesars Palace. The pool was nice, the staff was nice, it was a bonus being able to go walk around and look at the birds and fish they have around. The downside of our room location was that being across from a club that way that would play loud music starting around 3 PM. Also, we only had our room cleaned after our first night there but after that, it was not. I do know they came our last day there, but we were still in the room packing and showering before we headed to the airport. It’s possible they came when we had still been in the room, but no one ever came back after we left.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice staff love the self check in beats having to wait in line

Very good

It is disgusting that in 2026 people are allowed to smoke INDOORS in public areas that everyone has to cross through in order to get where they are going. Stairwell exit doors are in violation of fire code.

The room had hair in the shower and bathroom floor
- 3/5
The central location to the strip and the shows and eateries Ng establishments. The bathroom floods went taking a shower. As an accessible bathroom the floor floods and doesn’t drain much . Needed towels down to create a dam like effect to stop the water going everywhere in the bathroom.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 5/5
The room was clean, the shower had nice pressure. My bed had a dip, but the other was fine. The man that checked us in was super nece and helpful, we went back to him with questions a couple times. Great location.
- 5/5
Always a good time at the Flamingo!
- 4/5
There were always staff cleaning the hotel too which was lovely and they’re more than happy to answer questions you have. I found out I have a feather pillow allergy and they were very quick at getting me non-feather pillows. This made my stay much nicer The hotel is also pretty central on the strip which is amazing. I walked everyday and didn’t find it an issue getting anywhere. I even walked to the sphere for the No Doubt concert and found it easy enough. Places do look closer but it’s not overly difficult to walk anywhere The only issue I have is that I wasn’t aware the pool facilities weren’t just for hotel guests. Locals and other tourists from different hotels could use the pool too. ID is checked due to it being 21+ but the free loungers went very quickly and the cheapest day bed to rent was $200/day + $200 min spend on food/drink. No outside food/drink is allowed to be taken in (including reusable water bottles) and a small frozen cocktail will set you back $30 so keep that in mind. However, overall I loved my stay. Seeing the flamingos and turtles every morning was a lovely way to start the day and everything is sign posted which helped a lot
- 5/5
I was disappointed that there was no spa. Also, they would not let us sit @ the pool wearing our street clothes. Another couple, my husband & I wanted to sit outside by the pool because there isn't any outdoor seating on the beautiful Flamingo Hotel grounds. They would not let us sit by the pool because we weren't wearing swim clothing!
- 5/5
All the staff were very friendly and courteous

- 5/5
Great service will definitely rebook for any future trips
- 5/5
It’s was the best. I love the Flamingo. Even if the receptionist sound like they’ve had a long irritating shift. Felt like if they were forced to help. THAT vibe was not it. However, after that inconvenience, it all ATE. Slay the house down boots!!!
- 5/5
👌
- 4/5
Check in could have been lil better, not enough worker for the long line. But overall not a bad stay
- 4/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Long wait to check in. But a great place to stay
- 5/5
The Flamingo is very central and convenient. The price was reasonable and we had a good size room with two queen beds. Bathroom was updated and clean. We like the casino. We ate at one of the restaurants and it was quite good staff at the bar restaurants and front desk were all good.
- 5/5
Room was veey clean. Staff werw vwry friendly. We had an excellent time.
- 4/5
Great stay just wish they had a concierge or someone that could help answer basic questions. The front desk folks we tried to visit with were busy checking folks in so they seemed super annoyed at the idea of having to help their guests with anything besides check-in.
- 5/5
Room was super clean. Will absolutely stay again
- 1/5
Our room was so dirty looking and bathroom sink was rusty I will not stay in that filthy of a room again!! Housekeeping told me cleaning our room was not a priority only the empty ones were. I have pictures if anyone would like them hole in floor patched carpet just down right dirty
- 5/5
It was a good stay!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Easy in and out of the parking as long as you pay daily parking. newly renovated clean rooms, enjoy my stay and very reasonable price
- 4/5
Can't beat the location! Easy, quick check in and check out. Clean room with everything we needed.
- 5/5
Bar prices a little steep…otherwise great time!
- 5/5
It was great
- 3/5
Room was clean and a great view. Staff was nice and attentive but water was cold for the whole trip. Called management they sent someone quick but the problem was not fixed:(
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
👍
- 2/5
There were no toiletries like lotions or soaps
- 3/5
for the price, they could have put a coffee machine in the rooms
- 5/5
Excellent location in the stripp a lot of places you can go in walkable distance, i love that a lot of stores are open 24/7
- 1/5
There were blood stains on the bed sheets, we checked in late and slept on the bed and did not realize until morning. Front desk was no help and never apologized. They only offered to deduct the first resort fee of the first night. House keeping was friendly and helpful. Would not recommend, and definitely will not come back.
- 4/5
The Flamingo is a busy, thriving hotel. There is a lot to see and do and it's location with the monorail is perfect. Unfortunately, our room had blood on the wall, a broken faucet handle, and an incessantly dripping shower. I highly recommend some of the evening shows but am not sure that I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
We had a great view of the sphere from our room
- 3/5
Booked a room requesting a view of the main strip which we did not get. We also needed help with getting a new key and had a question about the blinds and no one was available.
- 5/5
very convenient and we were happy with our room and the view too
- 2/5
We had reservations made but had to wait a full hour to check-in! 6 people at the reception and each party took a long time to get checked in.
- 4/5
However, I experienced a significant issue with my reservation. Due to a flight delay, I called the front desk at approximately 5:00 PM to request that my room be held. Despite this notification, I was walked to the Circus Circus Hotel for my first night. Furthermore, the following day, I had to spend considerable time and effort disputing with management just to reinstate the remaining two nights of my original reservation.
- 5/5
I was so low at this time on my trip and everyone was so helpful at the hotel about steering me in the direction of what I needed to do and have those particular days the staff is excellent even the old man at the Uber and taxi area he answered questions for me and didn’t even have to. I had nothing to do with him, but he was very helpful also, the people at the baggage counter. They held my bag until I could check in the tall black man and the lady middle-age lady were very helpful and the young girl at the desk when I tried to check in was very helpful. Everybody was great the housekeeping, ladies everywhere they were standing at the elevators or in the hallways. Everybody answered my questions when I needed to help because I was by myself.
- 5/5
Easy check in, great amenities!
- 4/5
staff is helpful
- 4/5
The Flamingo is an old hotel but still has its charm. It's a huge hotel so you get lots of walking in, particularly in getting to your room. Although our room was on the 17th floor, we could still hear the noise from the street below late into the night. We were only there for two nights for our Granddaughters wedding and didn't use any of the extras available to us.
- 5/5
The pools!! Easy access to the strip
- 4/5
It's about what you'd expect for the price. Pretty big room with a small bathroom, the pillows were really nice.
- 5/5
Very clean property. Location on the strip is good
- 5/5
Great. Checking in could be a bit busy but expected for its a casino resort
- 5/5
I actually have no complaints at all. I loved the flamingo habitat and the outside it was beautiful. The location is absolutely perfect.
- 3/5
Carpets are quite dirty, you should bring slippers to wear inside the room.
- 1/5
The pool closed right after check in and didn’t open until right before I had to check out.
- 5/5
Really liked our stay, we would stay again. Alot to see,and do with in walking distance
- 5/5
Loved our room! It was the suite! The location is near everything! And the pool was a vibe!
- 1/5
We asked for room service and did not receive room service till the third day. We had garbage in our room towels that were wet and when we found a housekeeper, she did not speak English, but magically spoke English on the last day when we were checking out. The resort fee was close to $80 a night and we did not get room service. The pool rules were extremely strict with foods and drinks you could tell the facility was very dated would not recommend this place.
- 5/5
If you have T-mobile you won’t have service. Very inconvenient but otherwise great hotel experience.
- 4/5
Room smelt interesting. Bathroom smelt even more interesting. Don’t expect the Ritz but it’s Vegas so how much time you really spending in the room? Staff are good which helps.
- 5/5
this was my first time staying, and I had a great time I will be back everything was convenient, comfortable and clean. What a great hotel.
- 4/5
Great location. Check in was efficient, but music was so loud it was hard for us to hear each other. Enjoyed walking around the property. We were offered early check in (for $60) which we took. Also offered late check out for ($70). I deferred the decision until the day to check out, when the price doubled. Definitely need more hooks in the bathroom. No bathroom toiletries; we had to use the soap dispenser in the shower to wash our hands.
- 2/5
The room was disappointing, the air conditioning vent and bathroom had mold. The tower we got assigned was terrible, very noisy. I'm not sure if it's because it is an older hotel but the pipes made so much noise. We decided to dine at Havana 1957, food was great but the waiter and hostess were rude. Definitely will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Pool was great
- 5/5
It was nice
- 5/5
I had a wonderful experience staying at Flamingo Las Vegas. The staff members were professional, helpful and friendly! Room was clean and comfortable and had a great view of high roller and Sphere! From my arrival to departure it was a great and memorable experience! Thank you so much!
- 4/5
Clean room!

Dont stay here. Stay at Harrahs if you want to stay in this area by the Linq Promenade. Emailed in advance for a quiet room and reiterated at check in. They put me on a super low floor directly above the Promenade with music playing until midnight (or after). Room walls are paper thin can hear the people next door talking. The WIFI is terrible and took me 6 hours and I still couldn't upload 3x 1.5 minute videos. They charge $35 a night for amenities so you would think it would work. Checked in and the body wash and the shampoo were completely empty and asked a HSK to replace who didn't ever replace it. Ended up buying it myself from Walgreens. There are wet paint signs everywhere and make shift hallways that are not advertised and is not labelled as under construction when it is. Dont bother. Stay somewhere else.

Every three months I come to Vegas and I only stay at the flamingo. It’s clean, well located, the pools are amazing, staff is friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough about this property, but I’ll always continue to stay here.
- 4/5
It was really welcoming and overall good stay.
- 5/5
Good stay, clean room!
- 5/5
Over all everything was good. The garden part was so pretty. I enjoyed the pool probably the best. The bartender in the pool bar was the best!! I think his name was J.C. but not to sure on that. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was powerful but I did not like you couldn't close the shower door. I would definitely come back!
- 4/5
Our room was spacious and bed super comfy. Be aware if you have a room overlooking the pool area it’s pretty loud from 12pm to 5pm. The air conditioner was also really really loud in the room. Otherwise we had a great stay here.
- 5/5
Very happy with our stay overall. Pool needs more shade. They are doing construction in the lobby.
- 4/5
I didn’t like that there wasn’t clear communication on parking nor checkout. You had to figure it out yourself. I also didn’t like that check in took forever because the line was so long with only 4 people checking everyone in. I did like that the rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and that the entertainment and dining was great.
- 5/5
This location is in the middle of everything
- 5/5
Love the location of this affordable place! Always enjoy my stay here.
- 3/5
The three day weekend was very busy and the room was near the end of an endless hallway, had to walk from room to bell desk to find out they deliver your luggage, a nice option if had known about it. Paid $60 for early check in hours before regular time, then was texted 15 min before regular check in time that room was ready. Waiting to check credit card receipt to see if I was charged.
- 3/5
The location of the hotel is great. I had an issue with my shower which took about 4 phone calls for maintenance to finally come fix it. I also asked for late check out and got locked out of my room. Other than those 2 hiccups, the stay at the hotel was good.
- 5/5
Lindas habitaciones, piscina linda, cerca al The Strip para caminar
- 2/5
Baggage guy refused to assist myself (in wheel chair) and family. Said can’t go in the garage parking lot. Pulled around and unloaded and he said money talks, could have helped! My son went to park the car, again and as family stood aside we loudly heard off to the side with his co workers we were in “dumb “m**her fu**ers!! Laughing saying “he should have gave me money!”. Ended poorly between dealing with manager to staff, promises and more lies. No help snd absolutley embarrassing, humiliating and discriminating! Fees as promised not waved, no return phone calls and many try’s. Son has contacted Caesars entertainment corporate. Baggage people were escorted by security and helped to give relief Flamingo cared, however the next morning he was back working!!! Staff that finished checking us in charged twice and just was terrible.
- 3/5
We were not supposed to leave until Tuesday but got locked out of our room on Monday. Overall it was okay but felt like the property has gone downhill in recent years.
- 4/5
The bathroom shower only has a half glass wall, which means your bathroom floor WILL be sopping wet by the time you get out. This is true for both the Go Tower and the Flamingo Tower where I stayed a few months ago.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Location is perfect. Water pressure is extreme…haha! Only downside was having to walk through the smoke filled casino.
- 1/5
The price
- 5/5
Good!
- 5/5
I recommend the restaurants at the hotel. The food and drinks were delicious!
- 3/5
For an older property, it is clean to the point you expect it to be.The gaming floor is not as attractive as other neighboring casinos are. The cigarette smell is stronger in there as well. Couldn’t get to the pool because we didn’t have swimwear. We were trying to visit real quick with friends but it was a no-go. The Havana is a good restaurant; enjoyed breakfast and lunch there. The food was fresh and the service is very attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was weird because it had a sliding door that didn’t close and the shower had a half glass wall that allowed all the water to splash onto the floor. The one major issue was the lack of quiet experienced at night from the outside strip. We were on the side directly across from Caesars and their night club thumped music until 3:30am. That was tough as we were experiencing exhaustion from the three hour time difference. Overall Okay hotel.
- 2/5
This hotel is in the best location. You can see thousands of tourists every day. But there is not any coffee or tea machines in the room, not even any instant coffee or tea bags. In general you don't have any boiling water to make a hot beverage. And this is a red line for me. I wil never go to such a hotel again.
- 5/5
It’s a great hotel, great location and it’s got everything you need! Rooms are beautiful!
- 3/5
.
- 5/5
The central location is one of the biggest draws to me. Clean friendly light atmosphere. The flamingo habitat and garden area lets in a lot of natural light to the area. The proximity to the Linq promenade and access to dining and the bus system as well as walking distance to the other attraction is a huge plus. Unlike some of the other areas the flamingo keeps the street venders/ or panhandlers at a minimum. Have stayed multiple times and will return
- 2/5
Extremely loud around the pool- very nickle and dime philosophy. Up charges everywhere. Will not return.
- 5/5
Very good experience!!! Sits on the strip and you have access to so much.
- 1/5
The hotel is very very bad, everything is so old, and the berry on the cake is cockroach!!!!!!! We killed 2 of they in the room! I am not recommended!
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
I like that the room was big and clean
- 5/5
This property is well maintained every thing about was great 👍
- 4/5
The location of the property was great!! Close to everything.
- 1/5
We were on the 26th floor facing Las Vegas blvd. The first night starting at 11 pm drum were playing so loud we couldn’t sleep. We believe it was across the street at Cesar’s pool. Complained, but were told nothing could be done. They stopped at 3 am. The second night it was quiet, 3rd night started again, but not as loud. The room had no soap to wash your hands, sink handles hardly worked including shower handles.
- 3/5
Flamingo is one of the older hotels on the strip. Had a few issues when we got to our room, the shower gel dispenser was broken and there was no soap in the bathroom. We called and was assured it would be taken care of. No one came for 2 days, and finally we saw the cleaning person and she got us a new dispenser. There was no shower curtain so the water got on the floor of bathroom. On day 3, they put up a curtain. The beds were comfortable and the restaurant Havana was very good, ate there twice. It’s a good location, close to convention center and The Sphere. I would say, it’s just your average hotel. Would probably not stay there again.
- 5/5
Super emplacement
- 5/5
Great rooms clean awesome Don’t think about just book!! It’s worth it!!
- 3/5
The pool is definitely really nice to just wake up and go out and party. Although I will say the rooms need more maintenance. The charging station was not working nor was the phone in our room. Brought this up to staff and they put in a request, but never heard anything since. The movable lighting fixtures between the beds as well were not working and was annoying because nothing was able to be done. Lastly the bathroom had a tv/camera on the mirror and I felt very uncomfortable due to the tv not showing anything and the thing was still plugged in so I moved the mirror forward and unplugged what I could. The flamingo was a great experience since it was our first hotel off the strip, but I don’t think we would be coming back due to the first experience. Maybe again in the future, but definitely worth trying somewhere else. My stay costed $1700 for 5 nights plus $100 for parking so it would’ve been nice to have everything working in the room. Also do not try the Gordan Ramsey Burger was a waste of money. Could have gotten a way better meal for half the price. Fries waited under a heating element untill ready to be served and the burger was NOTHING SPECIAL!
- 2/5
The pool never has any free sun loungers no matter what time you go there. This is due to the pool being open to the public. If you get a sun lounger the pool is great as it is basically a free day club hence the scarcity of sun loungers which are all taken up by the public. The hotel needs to provide priority to hotel guests. Don’t expect a happy, helpful face at check in as the staff all look like they hate their jobs. Lastly, do expect staff to come knocking at your door if you stay one minute past the 1100hrs check out time. A member of staff knocked and entered our room before we could answer the door to effectively chase us out on check out day. If you can pay the extra money and stay and the likes of the Venetian or Resorts World where the treat their guests well and not like they are doing you a favour letting you stay there.
- 4/5
Charges not clear for additional resort fees added from original payment

Bathroom shower dripped all night.when using shower head it would flood the bathroom floor. Shower head is either to big or glass door to short to contain water. Had to use towels to whip up all the water flow. Also room is either above a entertainment site that has music playing till around 2:30. Every night.
- 3/5
A large part is under renovation maybe after that's done it will be better. We made the mistake of going on memorial weekend that's our fault. I love the outdoor gardens.
- 2/5
Internet service was horrible. had two rooms with two queens each and only allowed to have Internet for 2 people ( technically 4 people per room could be allowed ( 8 guests total) and only 2 of us could have our phones connected. Any other lines would be $14 a day to use Internet.. The rooms only had two pillows on each bed. Got stuck in the elevator atrium for about 30 minutes. we also had room for four guests per room and only two towels. we had one roller type of paper for our room. and most of staff was rude. I would say there was a few that were nice and actually had some customer service. when we were at the pool, we spent $120 on four drinks and when we asked for water, we got a eye roll like we were some cheapskates asking for Water.
- 4/5
Everything was good but the walls are thin. I could hear the neighbor cry lol but other than that, everything was good
- 5/5
Loved it! Pool was awesome but lines start forming for free chairs early. We were able to get some by showing up at 9am at the family pool.
- 5/5
Awesome place to stay
- 5/5
Great views, great staff
- 4/5
We needed more pillows, and it took them 3 phone calls and almost 2 hours to get them. Other than that, we had a great experience. Hotel rooms were nice, clean, and beds were very comfortable. Price point was good and we would stay here again, for sure.
- 5/5
The oldest Casino in Vegas .. !! Outstanding !! All rooms have been newly renovated!! Center of the strip with direct access to The Linq, ( giant Ferris Wheel) Strongly recommend, and fully Endorse! Cheers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The class of this hotel is dismissing. Room - was clean - TV was broken - Room phone was broken- Bathroom vanity lights burned out..half of my first day was dealing with different maintenence personal. I used 2 bottles of water in the room called the front desk to order more was told scan a bar code to reorder - They did nothing to improve my experience. Ill be back to Vegas - But NOT Ceasars.
- 4/5
This is our second time staying at the flamingo and we never get a good view other then that experience was good
- 1/5
Do not stay here. The pool is filthy. Our keys didn’t work. They are understaffed. They nickel and dime you for everything. The water is bad. Just avoid this place.
- 3/5
Renovation in works, room needs updating, shower had body hair in it, walls and doors need cleaned.
- 5/5
Room was clean, restaurants were good
- 5/5
It was amazing

I bought a drink in flamingo, the cashier didn’t tell me the staff at pool would not allow my drink. The spa was excellent
- 5/5
Good!
- 5/5
It's a good hotel. Clean and staff are nice.
- 5/5
Overall, the hotel was good. One downside being next to the pool, you could hear the loud music very well in your room. But the staff was very helpful when we needed bell staff and valet.
- 1/5
I would compare the room to a motel 6. It was old..used and abused. The bathroom was horrible. I have stayed at flamingo before idk what this room was but must of been the last on the list for an upgrade. The spa was outdated and lacked any privacy men/women. The womens locker room and bathroom had nasty old curtains for closures. It was very disappointing.
- 3.5/5
The hotel is in the middle of the strip so ideal location. I didn't see any staff other than reception and cleaning but they were very friendly. I emailed ahead to say we were staying for my daughter's 21st. It wasn't even acknowledged which was a shame. The room and corridor we were on was quite tired and in need of a refurb. On the last day we put our luggage in storage. The man working asked for a tip before he'd even got the labels on our cases which I found rude.....I understand the tipping culture and tipped well wherever we went but don't ask before you've even done the job. We wanted to sit by the pool and relax before our flight but we weren't allowed enter the family pool without a room key. A few disappointments but overall a good hotel.
- 0.5/5
location is good the lady in reception lied to me when checkin, because my flight was overnight delayed, so I ask if can extend my stay for one day more with existing booking, she worked on computer for a while and asked her colleague, then told me it was all well arranged and I could stay 3days as booking. However, the 2nd day noon while I am still sleeping, the clean lady speaker loudly outside the door "check out" again and again. I went to downstairs and checked again, was told there was only 2days in their system, so the lady in reception lied to me when checkin. I have to pay for stay another night at reception on separate which cost hundred dollars more.

My wife and i came to visit to see No Doubt. Flamingo is right down the street from the Sphere. Our stay was awesome

Noisy location with very old rooms.

Rooms were super clean along with the property. Pool was super cold but family pool was heated and nice. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommend the Flamigo!

Booked a king bed with city view during the weekdays and when I arrived my king bed was replaced with 2 queens

El check in y check out online fue lo mejor! Super facil y cero contacto con personas. Los chicos de las maletas re amables!

The location was excellent with very little driving required. Everything was great.

The view was nice and the staff was accommodating Requested trash pick up for two days and no one came ended up just throwing out trash with the housekeeping walking around our floor

I like because it’s center downtown where everything is close Dirty the room is dirty dusty table toilet not clean good too cheap to provide shampoo conditioner and body wash for 3 days stay towel is old and rip

Doing construction. Kinda annoying with the noise and detours. Nothing posted to help navigate
- 4/5
Overall it was a good experience. The thermostat in my room was a bit outdated and was stuck on cold no matter what you did to it but it was hot outside so it was okay. There was some construction going on in the hotel which was loud in the lobby area but not bad from my room. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean

Greeting and departure were not NBC wry friendly. They spoke like I was supposed to know where o was going. Not very helpful. Room was clean.
- 2/5
Unfortunately, the experience with the staff and housekeeping was frustrating. During check-in, the receptionist made an issue about my last names not matching the reservation. I’m Mexican and use two last names, and my full name on my ID matched perfectly — the only issue was that one last name appeared as part of my first name in their system. She also said this could affect the WiFi login, and in the end I had to contact customer service because the password they gave me was incorrect. When we arrived, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, the shower still had soap residue, there were no garbage bags, and the hand soap dispenser was empty. On the second night, I requested cleaning for the following day while we were out. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned at all. Customer service over the phone was rude and basically told us nothing could be done until the next day. Another staff member through messaging was much more helpful and sent clean towels, garbage bags, and small soaps. Checkout was also confusing because I was charged hotel fees again after already paying charges at check-in. The explanation about the deposit and fees was unclear. Overall, amazing location, but poor housekeeping and frustrating customer service made the stay disappointing.

Great place to stay and it has great views all around, very busy but they’re very fast in helping

Loved it, 😍 had a great stay
- 3/5
Additionally, they ask upon checking in of you want your room serviced each day or not - as I was staying for business, I asked for daily service. Over the course of my 5day stay not once was my room serviced despite having made multiple requests. I would not recommend for business travelers.
- 1/5
Rating: 1/5 Stars I usually stay at the Bellagio or Caesars Palace, but I decided to give the Flamingo a chance by booking what was supposed to be an upgraded room in the Habitat Tower. Big mistake. The customer service here is a disaster, the "upgraded" rooms are poorly maintained, and the supervisors resort to deceptive tactics to avoid fixing their own mistakes. Our upgraded room was missing a shower curtain, causing the bathroom to completely flood every time the shower was turned on. It took over 24 hours to get one—meanwhile, the standing water caused my child to slip and fall. Supervisor Daniel apologized for the safety hazard and offered a $30 credit. On Day 3, housekeeping completely ignored our 11:00 AM request for room cleaning. When we returned at 9:00 PM to a dirty room, another supervisor apologized and promised a $50 credit. To top it off, I was told at check-in that my $20 parking fee would be waived once I returned my rental car, which I did. At checkout, absolutely none of these promises were honored. The parking fee was still on my bill, and Supervisor Yaneli refused to honor the credits. She tried to claim that system notes showed I "rejected" Daniel's $30 credit (conveniently, because Daniel was off that day). She then absurdly claimed they "couldn't give both anyway"—as if compensation for a safety issue that caused a child to fall and a total housekeep
- 4/5
Was nice rooms, when you check in make sure to ask for daily room cleanings or else it’ll take them forever to get your room cleaned if you request it, took them two days.

We had a nice stay at the flamingo
- 5/5
Room was beautiful and had a better view than I expected. We were looking towards the sphere and ferris wheel. I didn't like all the unused reserved pool amenities, like loungers and cabanas. Maybe do a sign up for them and draw for the next day, that would be fun. Or do an online sign up for a day during your stay. Why let me be empty and unused all day?? That seems like a waste. Would've been better word of mouth advertising to do a sign up or drawing for them.
- 5/5
Nice views and
- 2/5
No shower curtain so every time you showered it flooded the bathroom so grab extra towels. Outdated room.
- 5/5
Smooth travel and experience
- 3/5
Not a lot of interaction with the staff, but can’t say anything particularly negative there. The rooms are in need of Repair. They said we got an upgrade, but the wallpaper was coming off in areas. The mirror had a TV in it apparently and that wasn’t working. There were stains in some parts of the wall in the bedroom. Nothing too awful, but definitely needs some upkeep. Also, the hallways Are odd. They roll. I can’t explain it , when you’re walking down the hallways to your room. It’s not flat, there are little hills and valleys underneath the carpet. I thought that was odd. Honestly, the best thing I can say is the location, it’s convenient to the Sphere, But other than that, I don’t think I would stay there again.
- 5/5
I paid for two beds but was given only one; when I asked about it, I was told that was all they had available. The room was of very poor quality, and the bed was terrible. The bathtub was old and looked dirty, and the furniture was ugly and peeling. Honestly, I paid far too much money just for my companions to have to sleep on the floor—it’s simply not fair. Had I been able to do so at the time, I would have demanded a refund. I am extremely dissatisfied and very upset; and as if that weren't enough, I had to pay for parking—plus I’m not even sure what other charges were applied, as I am still waiting for my invoice. They should have given me a different room or issued a refund!
- 3/5
This place is in need of a major update. Employees were decent
- 5/5
Definitely recommend it
- 2/5

Clean room
- 1/5
Ants in room. Did not clean my room at all even though I said yes to cleaning, and called and asked them to room was out dated even though I paid for an updated one. Check in lady said the parking was included and it was not. Pool closes at 6pm and they still charged resort fee. Not worth it.
- 3/5
I will not stay here again. I had blaring music keeping me from sleep and peace 24/7 even though I was on 17th floor. Room service is a joke. Very limited options and only on the weekends! Also there was nobody to take bags to your room or when you leave. The concierge was AI only and sucked. I also injured my leg and could barely walk. I needed a taxi to cvs and the valet refused because of the short distance. I told him I was unable to walk that distance and I was still denied a cab. I got one at Horseshoe where the valet was way more understanding. On the plus side they had numerous tables and slots, loved the Linq promenade, and multiple shows that were great.
- 3/5
The room was outside of a bar or something with loud music all night long.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay
- 4/5
Our room was really nice with a view of the pool and palm trees. Lots of great food options in the hotel. There were not enough free loungers at the pool. The staff were beyong helpful.
- 3/5
I regularly stay at the Flamingo Hotel. I enjoy this property because of its low cost rooms and proximity to the linq promenade. This year, I booked an upgraded two queen bed room. When I got to the room, the cleaning was not complete, there was a half drank water bottle on the dresser and dirty paper towel in the shower. Other than that, the room was adequate. The GoPool was great, however the price of drinks is incredibly high. Overall, I would stay here again, but mostly just because of the room cost.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Good vibe, no complaints here!

The Flamingo was a great choice for us on this trip to Vegas. Its location made it super easy to get to everything we wanted to do on the Strip, and with easy access to the Monorail directly from the hotel, we were able to quickly get to our friends at the MGM within minutes. Our room was clean, quiet, and the property was lively. We rented a daybed at the Go Pool during our stay which I'll do every time we come back to Vegas - the experience was SO worth it. The only hiccups were a billing issue that was fixed immediately by the helpful staff at the front desk (go early in the morning before crowds line up at 3/4 p.m. for normal check-in) and the mini fridge in our room didn't work (although, staff replaced it within an hour of me calling on it). Would stay at this property again.
- 5/5
I love all the revelations
- 4/5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s in a great location and everyone we talked to was very friendly. The only thing we had an issue with was the WiFi was really bad. But other than that everything was great.
- 5/5
Thankfully we got cabanas for our group of 16 people. Otherwise you would not find a spot to sit in the Go Pool. Drink prices are outrageous but I seen that across the whole strip.
- 5/5
Family pool is wonderful. Bar staff fantastic.
- 4/5
Nice atmosphere. Basic room. Pool bar very expensive
- 4/5
Easy place to stay. The only bummer was the pool is only open from 9am-6pm, and they never did any housekeeping in our room even though we asked for it at the front desk. They just never came. Otherwise everything was good.
- 3/5
I forgot my Apple Watch in the room. Even though I was tracking it while still at the hotel, the lost and found team said they couldn’t find it. I’m certain it was there because I could see it moving around on the tracker. Either the housekeeping staff are not being honest, or the hotel is not taking this situation seriously.

Prime location! Parking. Personal vehicle and Uber ride on a rough patch upon entering the property. Pothole, cracked payment, etc.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Great location. Would stay there again. Walking distance to many things and UBER was easy to book for the rest. The room was basic but clean. The pillows were horrible feather pillows and the feathers kept poking through -annoying. The music at the 21+ pool was thumping loud all the way up to our 17th floor and beware of the $40 margaritas at the pools.
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 4/5
There was no complimentary coffee available, everything had to be purchased… pretty expensive. The pool was very full, so we didn’t use it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
I was there for just one night. Staff was very friendly. The experience there was excellent. I thought the area where you take the elevator for the parking needs a little bit of touch up.
- 3/5
Room needs serious renovations, half of the lights didn’t work, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, rugs dirty, but it served its purpose. Very nice staff and good restaurants on property
- 2/5
Internet is very slow for only 2 devices and others are paid. Outrageous additional fees are collected on top of the high amount paid via hotels.com Outrageous early check in fees. Hotel has horrible odor. Not enough towels in the room.
- 5/5
Clean classic hotel
- 4/5
Our stay at the Flamingo was lovely. The strip view room did not disappoint and the ability to use mobile check-in and get our keys via the kiosk was quite handy. Kiosk checkout was also smooth and easy. Staff were courteous and quick when I requested extra blankets shortly after check-in. The parking garage was tight and a little stressful to navigate but spots were always available and the sky bridge to the hotel was a welcome perk. Location is perfect as we were able to walk to a show at the Venetian and to see Wizard of Oz at the sphere. Also super easy to check out other sights along the Strip. The only downside I could mention would be that the room was a little dated and there were signs of some disrepair (e.g., loose shower handle, bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly). These were minor inconveniences in comparison with the perks of the location and overall comfort. Bed and pillows were also high quality and the blackout curtains helpful given the light from the strip.
- 3/5
The go pool has way too many in pool beds, so theres no space to walk thru without walking around other guest area just to go in the pool. We met other people who complained about the same thing, they said the pool was better before renovations, so its too overcrowded, we ended up in the family pool. The other pools that they have, you need to pay for a pass/wristband but nobody knew how to get that and some guest said its like 300$, I would def not pay 300 for a wristband for a pool.Food was great, drinks were good. Room was a bit outdated, bathroom door was terrible, a sliding barn door that doesnt lock into place, so its like a wood curtain. 1 of the lamps was not working, And there was a door that seemed to connect to room next door. We blocked it with furniture for safety reasons. I honestly would not stay there again, I did early check in which they said was 40$ with hotel fees etc it ended up approx 300$. And it seemed that someone entered our room while we were out and didnt flush the toilet. So that definitely was a turn off.The hotel looks beautiful but I dont think I would stay there again.
- 5/5
The Flamingo is in the middle of all the fun! Centrally located on the stripe. Easy to move from one hotel and attraction to another. My room was cute and clean. I wish I had been told about the loud music over the pool on Sunday my check in day. I needed to nap and could not.

Room was amazing flamingo was nice be prepared to pay the strip prices 50 dollars for two drinks is kinda crazy

Great location on the strip. Variety of choices for where to eat including the food court. Comfortable beds. Go rooms are starting to feel a bit shabby.A new shower head and bigger TVs would help. Go pool music very loud and heard in room all day long sometimes. Need more outdoor seating And put a time limit on tables especially if not eating or digital nomads. MISS Carlos and Charlie’s……..waay!

The staff Being nickeled and dimed to death!!
- 3.5/5
It was very hot in our room - I’m glad we brought a small fan to clip beside the bed. The water pressure in the shower is also subpar.
- 1/5
Room was not clean. Someone else’s lashes were on the night stand and it was not vacuumed or wiped down. Also not enough towels for the number of us on the reservation
- 3/5
The rooms seemed a bit tired, the floors needed a good scrubbing, my feet were black from walking on the dirty floors. The casino needed some lower minimum tables especially during the day.

It was u set construction and hard to get around.
- 5/5
Outdoor pool is great. Worth the half hour wait in the morning. We had no hot water in the Go Room, we were upgraded to a new room without hesitation. Always a good time at the Flamingo!
- 5/5
We were too busy to hit the pools, but found plenty to do at the Flamingo and Las Vegas. The only thing about our room was the hot water faucet base was loose.
- 4/5
We had an amazing view from our room, but it was very dingy. The walls, baseboards, and dresser were very scuffed, and the shower made a giant mess in the bathroom. The pool had quite the party vibe, but seats were impossible to find unless you paid for them.

Staff very helpful

Front desk staff was more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. They get paid by the hour, don’t they? Then they’re in no rush.
- 5/5
We loved our stay at the Flamingo! The updated room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the flamingo habitat and garden. Only issue was lack of housekeeping after the first night. It was handled in a timely way. The Havana Cafe breakfast was perfect!
