Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's location and the clean, renovated rooms. However, there are consistent complaints about additional fees, poor customer service, and maintenance issues.
- Great location
- Clean, renovated rooms
- Additional fees (parking, resort fees, etc.)
- Poor customer service and maintenance issues

Room was clean and staff was nice. Elevator did malfunction quite a bit.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful, the place was clean. Nice stay
- 4/5
The room was clean, the location was ideal to walk to the strip. It was reasonably priced. Not the newest hotel in the strip, but its nice overall.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 2/5
We had stayed here before without any issue, but the second time around, there was used gym stuck by the bed, hair in the sheets, and a piece of plastic blew out at me from inside the blow dryer. When we tried calling to get these matters taken care of, their phone system kept taking us in circles until the call just dropped. My advice is to just sent a text to their "Laurel" system. You get a faster and easier response that way. Also had a few elevator issues the first day we were there. The pool area is only fun if you pay extra for seats that have shade and the staff members working there were rude. Just not a great pool experience. Bring a white noise machine with you. They are $10 on amazon and so worth it. We could hear our neighbors "getting it on".
- 4/5
Mountain tower was great. Pool should open earlier, otherwise no complaints!
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and friendly staff. Be prepared to pay a resort fee if you don't book directly with the hotel.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and the pool was nice. I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Todo bien
- 4/5
I've stayed here before in the past, but my players card level dropped. I had to pay $45 to self park each day. I feel that is very expensive. I can see paying for valet, but not to self park. That would even detour locals from visiting the hotel as well.
- 5/5
Have stayed there a few times and always pleased with the room and the staff
- 4/5
Very good
- 3.5/5
It was easy to find our room and we were by the food court which was a plus The room was wonderful but the the description said Mountain View but the only view we had was the back of another hotel and the People above us were really loud and were jumping around a lot Also the rooms do not come with a fridge but you can request one if they are available

Beautiful room - clean - lovely bathroom - comfortable bed!! food court available / very good food. Would definitely stay at Harrah's again
- 5/5
Loved it! Only flaw was no bathroom fan and no fridge otherwise it was very nice. Loved the vanity and super comfy beds!
- 5/5
Just great overall will be back soon.
- 4/5
Good hotel with most of the expected amenities for a reasonable price. The only thing it didn't have that would've been appreciated was a refrigerator. Overall the food options were good and it was a great centrally located position for the Las Vegas strip.
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
Room was very clean; staff was very friendly and check in and out were easy. It was our first time staying in this hotel and we will return.
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Vegas. When I arrived, elevators were out of service, including the one in the parking garage. Some seemingly very annoyed lady directed us to a service elevator so we could get to the room. The second and even bigger shock was the room itself. It stank! It really made me feel nauseous and I could smell it for the entire night. I am not sure where the smell came from. The carpet felt dirty under my feet so I had to wear shoes the entire team. When I went to their food court, I ordered a 15 dollar slice of pizza, which also tasted terrible. I will never stay here again.
- 3/5
My room was not clean. Fingerprints all over everything, hair the bathroom walls, and filthy carpet. Good central location, but not the best value for the money.
- 5/5
Room was good. Staff helpful
- 5/5
Everything's perfect.
- 5/5
The hotel was in a perfect location if you have an event at the sphere. The hotel/casino is the perfect size because you don't get lost yet they have everything available. The only only disappointment I encountered was at check out. Its at 11 am and I asked to extend 1 hr and they wanted to charge me $30. I thought that was petty. I understand a charge for 2 or more hrs but not just for 1. Especially because check in took a long time.
- 5/5
Had a blast
- 4/5
Housekeeping kept the hotel and casino very clean! The amenities were very few. Refrigerators were extra charge, the free seating around the pool was sparse. I do realize it is Vegas, but some amenities would have been nice.
- 3/5
Room smelled like a skunk and took over an hour for someone to assist with smell.
- 1/5
Check in was 4pm, at 6pm stated not ready. The hotel Front desk lady, rude and never once made eye contact. Elevators didn't work, had to use service elevator. The housekeepers were obviously not aware because they blocked the exit with their carts. Horrible experience.
- 5/5
It was great service and great staff
- 2/5
Nothing unique about the property. Lots of good restaurants and bars, but prices are ridiculously high.... Felt like I was nickled and dumped.... Not Fun
- 1/5
The front desk staff are all mean and rude. They don’t even have water inside the room. Not even a fridge.

The TV was based on the wifi connection and that was terrible. Half the time I couldn't watch any TV or get a signal for the internet. The room itself was fine, maybe a little small. Location is good because it's right in the middle of the strip. It's 20$ a day to park in the lot even if you are staying there. It's within walking distance of the sphere - convenient if you are going to see something there.
- 5/5
The amenities were very good in the room, including a mini fridge for use and ice bucket. The Property was very clean throughout and smelled fresh and fragrant all the time. Great location, with a Monorail and ride share taxi very convenient adjacent Lobby. Overall, very good value and experience. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Clean- friendly staff, good food options 👌 pool was very good
- 4/5
I really enjoyed my stay . Room was clean and had everything i needed.
- 5/5
There wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room. Coffee maker but no coffee. However there were cups. The shower had nice shampoo, conditioner and soap. The beds were really comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was great. Very central and surprisingly quiet.

The room was nice and the the price for room was good The place was overcrowded. Parking should be validated when you get a room. Too many extra charges, parking, $20 for a cocktail, have to rent a wheelchair. Greedy, shame
- 5/5
staff 10/10
- 3/5
As we were exiting the elevator we saw a cockroach on the casino level.
- 5/5
Harrah’s is always my go-to when I’m attending an event at The Sphere; it’s easy to get to, convenient to everything, and a nice room.
- 5/5
This is my second time staying at Harrah’s and I’ve not been disappointed! Both times have been exceptional and the rooms are very clean. They did a great job with the renovations and I will definitely go back to Harrah’s for future visits!
- 4/5
But there was not a tub in the bath. The casino smelled strongly of cigarettes.
- 5/5
Picked this hotel for ease of walking to the Sphere.
- 5/5
Location is great and connected to the monorail. Room was clean and comfortable, did have a bit of a funny smell to it though. Hairdryer in bathroom was good. Room was spacious too. Overall great hotel.
- 5/5
The pillows were hard.
- 4/5

- 5/5
The best hotel stay, friendly staff!
- 5/5
Very convenient location on the strip - connected to monorail station and close to Caesars Palace.
- 5/5

- 5/5
It was a good stay and it was clean
- 5/5

- 4/5
The property is in a good central location… the room felt dirty, and smelled horrible (like sewage and cigarettes).
- 2/5
Take picture at check in and check out, specially mini bar. Later they claim items used from minibar while staying. In actual you haven't touch any item.
- 2/5
Requested a high floor which I realize was a request but was on the lowest 4th floor-same level as spa-farthest room from elevator. When opening the window, view was the back alley.
- 1/5
Wouldn't recommend this hotel we payed for early check in wasn't able to check into room till around 7pm room was barely ready staff sucked they said could give us a 25 dollar hotel credit for inconvenience will never stay again
- 4/5
Check in process was terrible - needed to work with the manager to resolve. The Manager was helpful and kind. The front desk staff needs more training on what Customer Service is. We were upgraded for the hassle.Regardless of the upgrade,we Will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
The rooms were very nice
- 5/5
We ate breakfast at the Fulton Cafe, had a burger at Bobby's, chicken strips at Chicken Guy and Noodles at the Noodle Bar. All the food was excellent.
- 1/5
Paid $160nfor one night and they gave me a room that was by the elevators so could barely sleep it was a loud and rumbling toom all night even w/earplugs. The view outside was of some industrial piping crap. Hair on the mattress, nasty dusty weird crap on the bed, furniture, tables. Greasy fingerprints or whatever it was on the table tops. My stay sucked. The only redemption were the bell hops whom I tipped well.
- 5/5
Me and my family loves Harrahs and will be back!
- 4/5
It was ok for the price. My room was a little dirty not what I’m use to when I travel. Hair in shower , stained cabinets and my bed had some specks on the bed at first I thought bed bugs but it was just crumbs. Won’t be staying here again unless I need to.
- 4/5
good
- 4/5
Everything was great! Location, cleanliness, amenities, etc. The only complaint is that the shower lip was jot high enough so the bathroom would get flooded when just taking a shower for a few minutes. Still would recommend since the staff was able to mop up and provide fresh towels right away.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, would stay there again
- 2/5
When I booked online with Expedia, I put in what I wanted when I checked in at Harrahs they changed it and said because I didn’t book with them, they had the right to change it. I explained to them that this is what I wanted they didn’t care.
- 4/5
Big, clean room, well appointed. Special makeup station with excellent lighting. Doorless shower. TV kept going off-line. Seems they run on Wi Fi. Front desk sent repair immediately but TV would still cut out periodically.
- 5/5
Harrahs is always top notch and well worth the money
- 2/5
No a/c in room , no replacement room until 3rd attempt by maintenance to fix problems. Not same room type only one bed
- 5/5
It’s very good clean the room it’s quiet not nois , and staff is good and my opinion, the casino have new machines for playing
- 4/5
Clean newly renovated room and the hotel is located conveniently on the strip
- 5/5
Wonderful service, great pricing, clean and quiet rooms. Would highly recommend you are walking distance to a lot of restaurants and other casinos. I will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Stay away from the mini-bar, I was shocked at the price. I stayed in a basic room, very basic. No refrigerator. No fan in bathroom. Hotel in a good.location on the strip, walking distance to many attractions.
- 1/5
Stayed there one night. It was 107 the day I showed up. A/C unit barely worked, it was hotter than hell in the room. The remote to the tv didn’t work. People arguing outside in the hall for over an hour. I left the next morning and booked another hotel for thr rest of my time in Vegas. Never got reimbursed or even a call back
- 4/5
Nice hotel great location after reading reviews I was skeptical but i had zero issues will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Great atmosphere, great service
- 5/5
Booked random house assigned room. Upon check in they offered upgrade to king bedroom with strip view for about $20 or executive suite for $62/night. This was such a deal for this type of room that we upgraded. The room was fabulous and spacious with perfect view of sphere. After exiting elevators the floor immediately smelled good, especially inside rooms. Felt nice and clean, just felt bed was too firm for me. I think that's preference though. It's great location. I'm a slot player so feel it was decent size not too small but enough to play onsite. Went to No Doubt at sphere and was the reason for us selecting this hotel (location &price) and it was an easy walk there (mostly indoors) to Venetian. I like small food hall area and ben and Jerry's upstairs plus onsite Starbucks is great too (keep in mind prices are higher-casino prices)
- 5/5
We had a great time at Harrah’s. Everything is right there for you whatever you need. We can’t wait to go back again in the fall.
- 4/5
We received an upgrade for an additional $9. The room was larger but the view was of a wall. We may have been more interested in keeping the smaller room. And I was very surprised to see that a box of Skittles in the mini bar would have been over $10 and a bottle of water over $17. Seems a little steep. It was nice enough and close to many attractions. It was a reasonably short walk to Sphere.
- 5/5
The staff were brilliant the hotel was great the hotel was very busy. Our luggage was lost and then delivered to the wrong hotel, the manager of hotel services located it for us at Hilton Polis Hotel where we collected it on the Saturday. BA were unhelpful
- 5/5
Clean, great staff and perfect location
- 5/5
Trinity was the greatest at the front desk. A few hits of her keyboard save us alot of time and frustration. Please be aware that using the electronic keyosks for check-in is pretty much vital.
- 5/5
We love Harrah's for its excellent location, clean quiet rooms and the piano bar is so fun!
- 5/5
Easy parking & friendly staff throughout.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
The rooms and hotel were kept very clean. We really enjoyed the piano bar every night. Be careful not to touch anything on the drink/food bar in the room. They tried to charge us, but when I said something to the front desk, they fixed it. We really loved our stay.
- 5/5
James was very helpful, friendly, and even got us a upgrade absolutely the best
- 5/5
We love staying at Harrahs everytime we go to Vegas. The hotel is clean and check in is easy! It’s in close proximity to the things we enjoy doing during our visits.
- 3/5
Separately the shower has no curtain or door so it spills out. And exhaust fan in restroom was not working.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the food, friendly staff and good presentation
- 5/5
The front desk staff was helpful. Room cleaned. Only thing no 24 hr Cafe on site.
- 4/5
Great location
- 4/5
Great room style and space. Perfect view of the sphere and sunrise. Very configurable accommodations would stay again.
- 3/5
Problems with the internet, problems with the air conditioning. Staff was great but disappointing how expensive the drinks and food were.
- 1/5
My first room was completely disgusting it took awhile to get through to the right person so my husband went to the front desk they did switch our room but the experience was horrible and thats all they did was change my room i was disappointed mainly because of the room.
- 5/5
Right next too Venetian and Palazzo so if you are heading to Vegas sphere it is a 15 minute walk from hotel. Parking was convenient and place was nice. Room was clean and roomy.
- 5/5
Excellent stay, comfy beds!!
- 5/5
Great stay for a couple
- 4/5
You can’t beat the location for this hotel. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Paid for a strip view room and our room looked over the parking garage and not much of any view. This property has no complimentary water or coffee in the room. Also has no fridge or microwave in the room. All the food, alcohol, water, coffee available in the room is for purchase only. Very expensive if you opt to use any items in the room. They do have multiple restaurants on the property which was ideal.
- 5/5
Dominik at the front desk was nice and welcoming. Room was clean and didn’t smell like cigarettes like many hotels do. I had the view of the sphere and the wheel which was nice
- 1/5
Otherwise clean and specious rooms. Just because of the closet in the bathroom, I won’t stay again.
- 4/5
The rooms were nice. The only downfall is the design of the showers. They splash water all over the bathroom floor
- 5/5
Great service, great room, super clean and silent!!!!! Loved that.
- 4/5
Nice big clean rooms. Only problem is you have to pay for parking if you’re not a premium member & no coffee or lotions or hand creams. Just three generic dispensers in the shower and a bar of soap on the sink.
- 5/5
great location.
- 4/5
Excellent
- 5/5
I usually stay at the MGM, pleasantly surprised, online check in, location. but late night dining did not seem to exist except a mediocre pizza stand, not good for people on a diet. But hotel was great.
- 5/5
Beds were comfortable, room was quiet. Property was clean. Brenda at check in was friendly & very helpful. Good location on strip…would stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful & accommodating.
- 2/5
The food was terrible. I had to eat out to get any decent meals. The food quality and selections were what you would have expected from Woolworth's or a kitchen for the homeless.
- 4/5
Room was clean but not many amenities.
- 3/5
Casino was a highlight, smoke filled air was not the best experience.
- 2/5
Dirty Old - horrible
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
I was working at Caesars Forum and it made it quick and accessible to get to work. Staff was excellent.
- 1/5
The bed was horrible. It was so hard and stiff. The sheets and pillows had stains on them. It was disgusting.
- 2/5
We had to call housekeeping everyday for new towels, change the trash and eventually toilet paper. They kept insisting our room occupied sign was on the door which it was not. Even when we called it would take multiple calls over time before someone actually showed up. The rooms are by no means quiet, you can hear when everyone around you is flushing their toilet or having adult relations. For the price we paid to stay there I dont think it was worth it, not sure I would return.
- 5/5
Amazing trip 10/10
- 5/5
Great place
- 1/5
This hotel is run down and outdated. I ended paying over $400.00 a night for a premium nice room. They try to put me in a room that has no closet and one electric outlet across the room where I cannot even charge my phone. Horrible experience. Everything is terribly expensive, not worth it. I will never stay there again.
- 3/5
Good location on mid-strip. Beds were comfortable, however the room smelled of smoke. We saw many people with dogs (on our floor 43 & in the casino barking at each other). Apparently, they gave us a room on the "dog floor".
- 3/5
From the check in to the checkout the staff was not friendly the rooms where not cleaned daily. The security was not good. They had fee after fee. The food court was very expensive. I will never stay here again.
- 4/5
Very clean room
- 4/5
Good place to stay. Nice and clean. I did request a refrigerator when I checked in but didn’t get until the next when I called to say I haven’t received it yet. It was delivered within 10 minutes. There is a 2 maximum device for WIFI. On the second night it wouldn’t let me log on because it said there is a 2 device limit which we had 2 phones in use. The next day my friend couldn’t log in either. I called the service desk for help with the WIFI 3 times and was hung up on each time. Other than that everything was clean, beds were comfortable and room service was good.

Dirty towel left in the middle of the shower. Terrible repetitive loud noise like an engine in room 52024 (could not fix) No remote in room, had to call guest services/housekeeping. First night there was no AC. Called guest services for instructions, followed them. Set at 60, never got below 74... had a terrible nights sleep, called again in the AM, it was fixed when I returned that night. Never could get a lounge chair at the pool. Tried 3 times. Too much real estate taken up to charge customers. I already paid for a pool amenity in resort fee and for the room, should have a place to lay if I want to go to the pool.. shouldn't have to pay again. There isn't this problem at a regular hotel. At 9:30 am on Sunday, May 30th while eating breakfast in the Fulton Cafe, a large cockroach strolled across the floor between the table in front of me. The patron at that table saw it, and told her husband.. before I could snap a picture her husband got up and threw a napkin on it and smashed it with his foot. I wanted to tell someone. It was unnerving. This was the only time I ate onsite. Playing slots was disgusting. The counter area where people put there drinks was sticky and so were the buttons. Good thing I brought my disinfectant. I went to the same machine twice, it was never cleaned. I just got a pending charge that is more than is owed, so I have to deal with that now.
- 5/5
The room was very nice 👍, I will be back there
- 2/5
I kept the casino area well maintained, but that we were there for four days and it took them two days to clean our room. We requested their refrigerator for my wife’s medicine and it took three refrigerators to get one that actually worked. They do not have anything open to eat after 6 o’clock none of the restaurants stay open late. I do not believe that we will always ever stay there again.
- 4/5
Close to the Strip. Property is clean and well maintained. Heater/air conditioning works well and is quiet. Parking is very close to hotel.
- 4/5
The pool wasn't anything special. The king size bed was not very comfortable and the only pillows provided were feather.
- 4/5
The hotel and stay was nice. The location was great! Perfect spot for going out on strip or night at Sphere. I was just surprised there was no fridge. I did not catch that prior to booking but we made it work. Worth the price and clean!
- 1/5
The staff was not accommodating or helpful when we raised our concerns. Check-in was extremely frustrating, with very long lines and self-check-in kiosks that were not functioning properly. For a hotel of this size, there should be more staff available at the reception desk. After driving six hours with our children to get there, we had to wait nearly an hour just to speak with a receptionist. This level of service is completely unacceptable and made for a very poor start to our stay. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.
- 3/5
House keeping was excellent. Pool closes at 6pm….way too early.
- 2/5
I never come back the reason not respct my reservation room king bed size:/
- 5/5
Room felt clean and relatively new compared to other Vegas hotels at this price point. Excellent access to the strip and The Sphere. Really solid place to stay without breaking the bank.
- 2/5
There was no mini fridge in the room. The shower pressure was horrible and no food service, granted this is my fault for not verifying before booking.
- 5/5
Great1
- 5/5
Food choises were good. Access to monorail for site seeing is nice!
- 3/5
Had to ask for clean towels and cleaning staff was rude stating our room was cleaned at 2 when actually it had not been. We had to show them it was not cleaned. They then said they would clean it later and we said just forget about it. We left for a show and came back tired and ready to go to bed and the maid was there cleaning our room at 10pm. She would not let us in our room because somehow our keys no longer work. Went down to front desk and complained about cleaning our room at 10am and get new keys. We got new keys and just said this must be the time they had scheduled to clean our room which is unacceptable. We will never be staying at Harrahs again
- 5/5
Rooms are great
- 4/5
All the bartenders had different rules at the bar when gambling! So that was crazy. Some very rude and unprofessional! Otherwise hotel was great
- 3/5
Did Not Love The Fact that You Have to Pay Parking even if you have a Stay on the hotel. Also there was like a cleaning fee it was like 130 for 3 days....
- 5/5
room was great front desk staff wonderful
- 4/5
Really close to the conference center! Excellent location, was a good place to stay, would stay there again!

- 3/5
Stay was good, we were in Vegas for Crimecon. When we arrived, we had something in the bathroom floor that needed cleaning, ice bucket was not cleaned out and had no bags. I called in for these items and we left for a few hours and came back and it was taken care of, so that’s a positive. However, when we got back, they placed a messy pile of towels on the sink (like barely folded) and we didn’t even ask for them. It’s like they just tossed a bunch of towels on the sink. They do not provide any coffee pods for the keurig.. instead you either have to pay $26 for 2 pods or bring your own. I’ve stayed at some lower grade hotels/motels and even they provide coffee for free. I know it’s Vegas, but a $50 resort fee per night for access to wifi, the pool, and fitness center (none of which I cared about) was ridiculous. They should make that optional not required. Overall, it was clean and comfortable but I think I’ll spend the extra $50 per night and stay at Horseshoe.
- 4/5
Our room wasn't cleaned whenever we were out. The times they clean the rooms seems to change everyday. We were able to get some fresh towels upon request though.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was excellant. I will come back
- 5/5
My personal experience was amazing
- 4/5
Clean room. When they say "strip view" they mean the view of the rooftop AC Units, definitely not a Strip View. Location super convenient. Food Court choices very good. All elevators working well and quick trips to rooms.
- 3/5
Room was clean but no exhaust in the bathrooms so the rooms were humid the whole time, sheets felt damp, no mini fridge in the room. Pool staff were rude, except Dave the bartender, he was great! Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Room is clean. Just AC too low at casino .
- 5/5
Stay was great, Olivia was amazing
- 2/5
The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. We stayed at the mountain tower, out of all the elevators, only 1 was running. Several times, we waited over 30 minutes just to get an elevator. There are no stairs nearby if we wanted to take the stairs. Our room also did not have any shower doors so each time we showered our bathroom turned into a swimming pool. Our bathroom sink was filthy and clogged at check in.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel.
- 2/5
Room was medicore. Smelled like mildew when we walked in. The closet is a tiny sliver hidden behind the bathroom door. We went to sleep warm ans woke up sweating even with the ac set to 65...when we called about it they stated they would send up engineering ' turns out they just flip some switch and our ac magically started working. (So if youre staying here, call to ensure they turn it on). Wifi never worked, tried calling 4 times to be sent to wifi help who either never answered or answered and disconnected. The last girl that helped was super rude and ignoring everything I had told her had happened for her to tell me to do what I alreasy did during the previous 3 calls. Ended up getting partially resolved. The only thing this place has going for it is its location, other than that, go elsewhere

I pay for a different room and they decided to give me one
- 5/5
I loved it was very clean checkout was great pretty fast. Just be careful I picked up the box of coffee to look at it and when I went to check out they had a charge for like $16.00 for food and I said I didn’t order nothing. there’s a sensor on They took it off though just saying because some people don’t pay no mind to their bill.

Excelente lugar
- 4/5
The room really did not have much in the way of an amenities, no small refrigerator for instance. and using the restaurant’s was a bit confusing. The convenience market was very pricy. The location was great.
- 4/5
Front desk gals were pretty helpful and the rooms were clean
- 3/5
No tea or coffee in room.
- 5/5
Didn't like that not all eateries in hotel accepted Ceasars rewards.
- 5/5
amazing view from room
- 3/5
Room lacked basic amenities. Parking complex could use some maintenance to be up to date like neighboring locations.
- 4/5
Didn’t like the fact that pina coladas at the pool were a total of $40 each! Two for $80! Plus they charged us a $50 early check-in fee when most hotel do it as a courtesy if rooms are available. Not sure zi would stay here again due to those two things. Drinks and lunch at the Wynn was cheaper
- 4/5
The rooms were clean. ☺️ we will stay here again in the future. Best pizza there too!
- 5/5
Harrah’s is central strip location, lots of food options, the pool was great, casino vibe was fun. The room was great, modern, clean and spacious.
- 3/5
We stayed 4 nights and our room was only cleaned once, upon checkin, i stated we wanted it clean regularly. The virtual text assistant was super helpful, one of the more comfortable beds I’ve slept in for a hotel. Decent walking distance to other things on the strip. The shower door was weird, it was only half a door, so the water got all over the floor.
- 1/5
My room key didn’t work for getting in and out of the parking garage and had to call multiple times.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay. Amazing staff. Helpful and precise on information about property.
- 4/5
We enjoyed how quiet it was in our hallway. The beds were terrifically comfortable.
- 5/5
Overall great experience each time I stay
- 5/5
Hotel was clean on the inside! Good spot to stay on the Las Vegas Strip!
- 3/5
I asked too many questions during the check in, the lady spoke with a “slightly annoyed by the questions “tone.. I felt embarrassed, I was just trying to locate my room well since it was my first time there..
- 4/5
Clean room and amenities but no fridge or microwave in the room.
- 2/5
I like that the property had easy access to other hotels. What I didn't like is that the woman who checked us into the hotel seemed like she was annoyed. I also had an issue with my key to my room. I waited for an hour for someone to let me in my room and no one came. My husband had ended up falling asleep as I could hear him snoring but I could not get in. I ended up having to wake him up by banging on the door.
- 5/5
Great location and food. Easy check inn and out

I was also disappointed with the condition of the room. The shower doors were not properly installed, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor after every use. In general, the hotel feels outdated and had an unpleasant smell throughout parts of the property. I was originally assigned a room in the Mountain Tower with an undesirable rooftop/mechanical view that did not match the excitement I expected for a Las Vegas stay. Although another room was provided after I voiced concerns, it was still located in the same tower with another poor view looking over rooftops and service areas. The hotel has potential because of its central location and casino access, but room quality, maintenance, and customer service need significant improvement. If you stay here, I strongly recommend requesting a higher floor, king room, and Strip or city-facing view in advance. This stay unfortunately changed my initial excitement about the property.

I don’t like the smoking in the casinos

No bell boys to carry our luggage I mean why should we pay so much and no water kept as complimentary.water is basic requ for any traveller

Had the nicest lady check us in I really wish I could remember her name. She was so sweet and helpful. Excellent location to get around and has a monorail connection which made it easier to get to all the places we were hoping to see.

Checked in at one of the kiosks in the lobby and saved some time. Room was great. Keurig coffee maker in the room but no coffee provided. We would stay again.
- 1/5
We paid to upgrade and found a roach in our room. When we went back downstairs to let the front desk know, they were rude and wanted to place us in a cheaper room than we even started out with (a full sized bed instead of a queen that we originally booked) they seemed upset that we were complaining about the big roach we found. Terrible stay. I do not recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
This is our first time staying at Harrah‘s in Las Vegas. We rented two rooms and the price was unbeatable! The rooms were clean, well lit, and easy to get a good nights rest in.
- 3/5
Bathroom smelt strongly of urine then found urine on toilet seat
- 5/5
Pool was nice and the rooms were spacious. Close to the Sphere and boadwalk

Nice hotel. Very convenient
- 5/5
I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel with my mom. We have been staying at this hotel every time we visit Las Vegas. So this is practically our new home!!
- 3/5
The check-in line was insane around check-in time. Their check-in machines were broken so literally waited 2 hours just for check ins. The room was deep cleaned and they sprayed some sort of air fresher but the smell was still trapped in the room so we literally suffered through the night of bad smell. The bathroom glass door was practically useless. It was so short that it did not block the water so it got on the floor and made the floor soaking wet. With the smooth tiles and water, any kid would slip and fall in the bathroom. It is definitely a hazard. With all kind of fees added, this is the service you get.
- 5/5
Always good to come back. Rooms are so clean, the staff is very helpful and got to try the breakfast at the cafe this visit, which was very delicious.
- 2/5
I don’t like that they put a hold at check in and I still have to pay a daily fee at checkout
- 3/5
The room was barely clean if cleaned at all, carpet was nasty and air conditioning wasn't cool.
- 5/5
Great people
- 3/5
The room overall was good. It provided the basic things one might need stay in a hotel. However it should have come with free breakfast if one is paying facility fee. The hotel should have a better way help people check in. We arrive just at the time check in started and it was chaotic at first. The staff needs to be organized to help.
- 4/5
We had a good stay.
- 4/5
Elevators were slow or not working. Not sure which but everyone was crammed in elevators and/or had a long elevator wait. Other than that, great stay.
- 5/5
super amazing!!! staff was so nice and helpful when i was having trouble getting into my room and fixed the issue so quick !!! obviously gets super busy considering it’s near the strip but i had no issue with it! 10/10 experience!!!
- 5/5
Great location!
- 3/5
I loved how clean the room and property was but idk if it was because it was a long weekend but we had to wait in a long line just for the elevator every single time. We stayed in the Mountain View tower and omg every time it was a long wait, it was dreadful just thinking about leaving our room because of this reason. Also the rooms are paper thin. I could literally hear every single noise from our floor.
- 3/5
The rooms were clean and had no problem changing our room to be closer to the elevator but there was an up charge for it. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Did come with a coffee pot but if you used their coffee it was like $30-$40 for 2 pods. Ridiculous pricing on drinks and snacks supplied in the room. Go to CVS and buy your own coffee pods. If we would come back we would either pay for an upgraded room or stay somewhere else.

The stuff was amazing
- 1/5
El trato en la recepción es pésimo la chica que me atendió fue grosera y realizó burla de mi familia la habitación estaba aceptable pero solo funcionaban 2 elevadores perdí demasiado tiempo para poder subir o bajar de la habitación no recomiendo este hotel
- 4/5
The hotel was mostly clean. Behind the bed was gross, unfortunately we dropped something back there. The rest was ok.
- 3/5
The only complaint I have is the original room assigned to us on the 55th floor smelled like there had just been a weed-fest. The room physically looked like it had been attended to but the smell was horrible. For a person who doesn't indulge, there is no way that you could close your eyes and get a good night's sleep. We were offered to have someone come and spray the room but I really don't think spraying Lysol would solve the problem. Eventually we were moved to an entirely different floor. Other than that, I have no complaints about staying at Harrah's Las Vegas.
- 5/5
Great location for walking to back of Venetian for conference.
- 3/5
Rooms are old and kind of gross. But loved the location and ease of getting around with the monorail right there. And the staff was great.
- 5/5
Situated perfectly. Older hotel but clean and not as over the top as some of the properties but that said, it's prices were in line with caesars and the bellogio and the other high end hotels on the strip.
- 3/5
Room was pretty nice. I just wish they had a mini fridge. It’s a bit outdated, but it doesn’t work. It has a great location and it’s walkable to a lot of attractions, including the Sphere.
- 4/5
Good place to stay if seeing a show at the Sphere. Could walk to the Venetian, go through it directly to the Sphere. Place was clean, relatively quiet, good location for walking the strip, and food readily available in the area. Would stay again if visiting the strip or going to the Sphere.
- 3/5
No switch for light in headboard, no refrigerator, ..
- 3/5
It was ok but super expensive for being booked 2 months in advance. Valet very efficient. Friendly staff; Easy, fast check in; No refrigerators in the rooms; no door on the showers; shower sprayer not adjustable downward to avoid getting so much water on the floor; not enough linens; bulky, uncomfortable pillows; about 8 oz of milk cost $7.20; Might be better on a week day. Pretty paintings on the brick walls or cute figures on the roof out the windows would be more charming.
- 2/5
I booked a king bed pool-view room for my wife and me through Expedia and even paid extra for it. However, when we arrived, we were told room types aren’t guaranteed and depend on availability lol. Doesn’t That defeats the purpose of booking in advance. We ended up staying in a room with two queen beds instead.
- 4/5
Overall, my stay at Harrah’s was pretty good. The staff were nice and the property had a good atmosphere. The room was decent and comfortable for the most part. However, the shower had no door, so water got everywhere. The soap situation could have been better, and I wish the room had a microwave and mini fridge. Still, it was a decent stay overall!
- 4/5
The overall stay here was good, not great. I paid for an upgraded room but was told I only paid for an “assigned at check in” room which was literally not true but I figured it wasn’t worth fighting over. It was pretty clean at the property and we stayed 5 nights… out of those days, our room was only cleaned once because I called and complained. I also had an issue at check in because I need a mini fridge for medical use. In 2026, it still baffles me that we have hotels without mini fridges in them. Even after I said it was for medical use, I was told I would have to pay a fee. Not sure why. Would I stay here again? Probably not honestly as there are way too many options on the strip as far as hotels go. Not the worst experience, but not the best either.
- 5/5
Excellent location and good rooms. We didnt use any of the amenities. Not sure why they really charge resort fees. Overall if you don't mind paying few extra bucks to be at the middle of strip, go for it.
- 5/5
The staff were super helpful and friendly, quickly getting me a taxi at 4am and loading my bags. The location was A++, right next to all the big names without the big price. Perfect location. And, I came out ahead on the slots.

- 2/5
The only reason Im writing a poor review is that the a/c didnt work and there was no fridge in our unit. Outside of that we paid extra for late checkout (4pm) and they couldn't offer another night to our reservation. Hotel was pretty nice but when its almost 100 degrees outside and your room stays 76 degrees its rough to enjoy the stay.
- 5/5
Centrally located, coffee was not complimentary.
- 5/5
On the other hand the location is great. Several things in walking distance. We saw the Colin Cloud Mastmind show, which was on the 2nd floor. He was great! It was entertaining and very funny! Highly recommend, as it was a great price for a Vegas show. Highly recommend going to the Sphere to see the Wizard of Oz. Worth every penny.
- 4/5
The room was excellent, as far as the staff, once we checked in we never spoke with any one else. During check in they were no different than any other property, friendly and nice.

Great location on the strip. Easy access to and from for the monorail, food, and other casinos.
- 1/5
This was the worst experience I have had in more than 30 years traveling to LV. I booked a King Room as I am very tall, pre-paid, with a strip view and NOT next to the pool. I paid extra for this choice. When I checked into my room, as soon as I opened the door there was a strong sulfur gas smell, as though there was a leak in the room. I had to go back to the front desk where I was informed that the only King bed room they had was in the other tower--the one I didn't want to book in the first place. No help from the bell desk to move my bags to the other room, no offer to COMPENSATE me for the room downgrade (this is breach of contract folks), only a $50 credit to self-servingly use the dining facilities of your property. The next morning, I was awoken at 9 AM by a booming, pounding, pulsating electronic music DJ that continued for the next 8 hours. I complained to Hotels.com, but of course they did nothing. Offering me a discount on my NEXT stay? Again, self-serving nonsense. I will never stay at Harrah's nor book a room through Hotels.com again, nor will I recommend them to my many social media contacts. Good luck with your "policies" that endorse corporate malfeasance and ignore customer service.
- 5/5
Great stay. Thank you again!
- 5/5
Easy check in and check out. Middle of strip for convenience
- 2/5
We booked thru Expedia. Supposed to be a high floor overlooking the pool and king size no smoking. They only had double queen on a low floor overlooking rooftop mechanical equipment. Changed rooms the following day to correct it. The tv in the new room did not work well and continually buffered. Over 5 days the maid service only happened once. Great location. Good nearby activities. Security chased off people who were problematic.
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Hotel was clean, well maintained, staff was super friendly and helpful!
- 3/5
Room was very hot and stuffy (a/c seemed completely ineffectual) and there was consistent noise from somewhere in the ceiling (the lift/elevator operation perhaps?). Bathroom okay although shower was pretty weak, and why on earth hotels (not just this one) insist on a piece of glass barely half the length of the shower space to retain water, is beyond me. I would probably use again, but would request a room not close to the lifts, and would also check immediately upon entering the room that the a/c was working properly and effectively.

I always going to Las Vegas I never had any problems with anything but this is the first time I’ve been in Harrah’s in Vegas that was my worst experience I take my mom for mother day we can’t find a parking asking employees how to get the main door no want no where and how to get there it’s tak one hour to walk around the building it was very bad I ask front desk I will never came here again

Did an early check in when I got to my room smelled like chemicals which is a sign that was clean but no fridge, room smelled humid hot (with chemicals) called front desk members service if I can change my room or upgrade it? They said no I had to walk back down to do that.. front desk wasn’t really friendly.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay
- 1/5
2. They asked me when I checked in if I wanted housekeeping each day. Seriously? 3. They have a super late check in time of 4pm. However, they very conveniently have an early check in option available for the super low price of $25. With all the screwing Vegas hotels are doing to people these days, they still find time to find new ways of nickel and diming people.
- 5/5
Awesome stay. Would love to stay here again in the future!!
- 2/5
Barely any outlets to use. Doesn’t come with a microwave. Last day of check out our door malfunctioned and we couldn’t get in for an hour! And when we needed to extend cheek out time because of that they wanted to charge us. Otherwise it was clean and a decent room and bathroom
- 3/5
Bathroom was a little gross upon check in. Did need to wipe toilet and floor. Room was musty (mountain tower) and some mini bar items were out of date (expired). We weren’t planning to enjoy them, but it’s just the fact. Long line at check in and all employees disappeared for break or something all at the same time. Was not advised to use the auto check in machines but saw other guests doing it so jumped on board. The line hadn’t moved at all due to the “group break” that the front desk took. We stayed just to sleep and that’s all this building was good for. Do better Harrah’s!
- 5/5
Loved everything about the hotel the only recommendation I would make is for th to supply coffee in the room for the keurig it would be a nice touch and is done at most hotels other than 5 star !!
- 4/5
We were able to check in early and got a room looking out to the sphere. The place is huge and has several small stores to get seltzers and beer cheap. Great location. Didn’t like having to pay $50 resort fee since we don’t use Wi-Fi or the pool.
- 5/5
I've stayed at this hotel 3 times already. Great experience each time. The only downside to this hotel is the showers. It is partially closed meaning no door or curtain. As a result, water splashes all over bathroom floor when showering. We had to ask for extra towels multiple times to wipe down the floor and for footing when getting out of the shower. Other than the shower situation, the hotel room was clean and bed was comfy. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Location was perfect for the affordability since we were headed to the Sphere. Walgreens and Starbucks nearby as well as the beautiful Venetian. Pool was relaxing, quick elevator, many options for gambling. Harrah’s offered everything we needed and could ask for.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable
- 3/5
The Harrah’s was ok but don’t bee fooled by the room price. The room price you see will most likely be doubled after you leave with parking and if you check in even an hour earlier then 4pm. I thought I received a great price but that wasn’t the case after I checked out with all the extra fees it was double the price.
- 5/5
Mr. John C was awesome! He went above and beyond to make my birthday vacation a Excellent experience. He is definitely supervisor material! He is professional, patient and kind! Thank you!

My first time staying. Was very nice, I only wish the food court was open all night I could only get pizza or burgers.

Other rooms on my floor were loud and room was never quiet while i stayed. A true nightmare for a work weekend .
- 3/5
The room was warm, smell like cigarettes but it was a non smoking. Facility overall clean, close to other amenities.

Clean room and great property. In the midst of the strip
- 5/5

- 3/5
The stay was okay, but unfortunately the room wasn’t as cold as it should be,the hall way AC was way colder that the room. we weren’t there most of the time because we had 2 concerts to go too, as much as we fixed it it didn’t work, my fault for not calling, also the parking situation, I added to my room on arrival but every time we had to exit we had to wait to push the button and speak to an employee, we went to talk to an employee in the way back and they said it was fine but it wasn’t we exist again and had to call again. Aside from the the room was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Super affordable and has a lot of food places. Bed was comfy but was really disappointed that you had to pay for the basic coffee supplies for your room.
- 5/5
Everything was great but was surprised to see there wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room.
- 3/5
Well they had a coffee machine in the room but there was no coffee tea sugar nothing. The shower only had half of a door and that half looked like they attempted to clean but never rinsed it off
- 4/5
The air conditioning wasn’t working but they sent
- 4/5
There was no microwave . The ref-ridge was very small sitting on floor. Probably could have been placed on a table . Only three towels not four. Soaps were too little

Bathroom was dirty. Room was dark and view was terrible. Clean linens but floor of the shower was filthy. Room smelled like smoke.
- 5/5
Stayed here for EDC weekend and honestly had a great experience overall. The room was clean, the pool view was nice, and the location on the Strip made everything super convenient. Staff was friendly during check-in and the mobile checkout process was easy. Resort fees and parking do add up, but that’s pretty standard for Vegas. Would definitely stay here again for another festival or weekend trip.
- 3/5
Very minimal amenities.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 2/5
Being a well-known known property convinced me to give it a try. That said, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. The a/c took three hours to get to 70 degrees and no one picked up in the engineering, front desk or hospitality departments. I will not stay there again nor will I recommend that anyone else does. There are better hotels, in the same area, for the same price...
- 4/5
Room was clean. AC did not work for awhile. It did get fixed. Staff was nice. A bartender was rude right when I arrived. Breakfast was good.
- 4/5
The room was clean. Towels, hairdryer, and iron were available.
- 2/5
No special accommodations, upgrades, meal tickets. Zero for birthdays. Actually we were treated much better at hotels that we just visited. Pool was small. Drinks way overpriced. $40 pinas colodas, $22 beer.
- 4/5
Its a great property for the price, the only problem is that they charge $49.95 a day resort fee and when you go to the pool, very difficult to find a bed as most of them have a sign on them and you have to pay to use them, so please explain why i paid resort fee and could not use the pool!
- 4/5
Clean room and great staff

Clean room, nice casino and great location.
- 5/5
Newly renovated
- 5/5
Our room was near starbucks we got a nice cortado every morning, the staff was very polite. Room was spotless. Quick check in and ckeck out process
- 4/5
Our AC vent was covered in a thick layer of dirt and dust which we ended up cleaning because we didn’t want to breath all of that during our stay. The hotel collects a $50 a day resort fee and you still have to pay extra to lounge in most of their loungers in front of the pool, other than that the stay overall was great in a perfect location in the middle of the strip for a good price point.
- 5/5
Nice!
- 2/5
The smell from the elevator to the rooms was enough to send me straight into an asthma attack. When you book on Expedia the pictures of the room show a great view of Vegas. We looked at the side of a building the entire trip. The casino has terrible payout. Drinks are free. Good luck getting a waitress though. And if you do she might be rude as hell.

The in room amenities are scarce. The fact that they don’t even have a tray to hold a used hand soap bar is a concern. The door had to be shouldered to close and the AC was not working when I arrived. Being in Las Vegas, this was a bit concerning. I generally try and keep my room tidy and limit using room service. When room service did come in, they refreshed one towel and didn’t bother to vacuum or make the bed completely. When I tried to reach out to the hotel to inquire about a lost item, getting a hold of an actual human was an immense challenge. They also neglected to tell me the hours (8am-4pm) when I arrived at 4:02, they were gone and I was told no one was able to assist. To ensure best service, only loose things during the hours above! A rude bartender just seemed par for the course, so wasn’t that surprising and what a way to end a trip. Again. If you need a room to sleep in, this will suffice. If you need anything else, look elsewhere.
- 3/5
Centrally located which is nice, but quality of the rooms and resort is below competitors in the price range. Also, onsite options for snacks and coffees are egregious.
- 5/5
Felt very clean
- 5/5
Pool was closed 😞
- 3/5
An older, scruffy hotel which is a bit of a throwback to the last century. I can imagine Elvis in one of the rooms with studded white vinyl panels, shiny metal patterns and swirly carpets. Regardless of the style the rooms have minimal facilities except a table top minibar of v expensive drinks. Nothing here to really delight customers The staff were helpful in moving us from a very noisy neighbouring family though.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the staff was very nice.

Great stay , affordable hotel

Clean room. Accomodating staff. As per my experience, I am recommending that it's good for families with children.
- 5/5
Typically fun. Best deal on the strip!
- 5/5
Very clean
- 2/5
We should have checked out then, but agreed to move to a third room. This one also had non-functional AC, they sent up a tech to fix it. Fine. Well cut to the bathroom reeking of sulfur/sewage smelling pipes and water, and a non- draining sink with black flakes coming up the drain into the sink. We left the next day. Hotel did comp our stay.
- 5/5
Pleasant experience, the room was great!
- 5/5
Loved the stay! Great customer service
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!!
- 5/5
Quick check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. Great location. Close to fast food restaurants.
- 4/5
Good location to walk practically everywhere in Vegas. Staff were funny and helpful. Feeling a little old, but still clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
Room only had 3 drawers for storage, had to call for a TV remote and a do not disturb sign. No mini fridge, needed maintenance to show us how to keep the room at a desired temp (just setting it by degrees didn't work). There was an active water leak in the casino with construction. Food prices were very high. The bed was very comfortable thankfully.
- 3/5
I booked the trip months in advance and requested 3 rooms next to each other all king rooms with pool views. Once reaching the property I was told they had no king rooms only double beds and nothing with pool views unless we were willing to the separated on different floors. That was unacceptable being I have guests unfamiliar with the area and a young daughter in a room only. They then found 3 rooms same floor strip view but after entering all the rooms are only view was construction sites and equipment. I’ve been to Vegas multiple times not a bad hotel staff was friendly but the confusion with the rooms was a let down.

I loved Harrahs pre Covid. Now the rooms are dated, customer service is lack luster, air condition didn’t work the first night no assistance just let us sweat. Location is about all there is to this place.

Room was clean but AC & TV didn’t work had to call work order - AC was fixed but not completely TV was never addressed. Staff was not friendly or helpful. I misplaced my phone and was only given the directions to lost and found which was not open either time I went there to check. Front desk clerk had attitude like hah good luck, never looked or checked with anyone else. Luckily my brother in law picked up my phone by mistake so it was found.

👍
- 5/5
Very happy from check-in to check-out
- 2/5
Weeks before my reservation I asked about oversized parking and was told there was a lot about a block away that I could park at (I needed 9ft of heigh clearance). The day we get there, they had closed the parking lot for a special event. So we talked to valet and they wanted $200 on top of the $40/night to park the truck in their VIP parking. When we explained the situation they said that the lot wasn't theirs it was another hotel but they do use it when its available. The lack of communication and knowledge of the area was very upsetting. Also there was no mini fridge in the unit either. Honestly for a strip hotel I was surprised at the lack of amenities.
- 5/5
Great location, close walking distance to all the attractions. Very fun piano bar!
- 1/5
First off I went in Heat for two days straight
- 4/5
The hotel was great, BUT a few things negatively affected our trip. AC controls did not work properly in our room and the staff decided to turn it on High and try to freeze us out instead of fixing it. We had to keep turning the fan on and off manually since the auto feature didn’t work. Toilet kept running, however they did fix this. Last day housekeeping never came to our room, we had a really early flight so I called for clean towels. I called again a hour later and my wife picked up one of our dirty towels from the hallway to use. Towels finally arrived after I called multiple more times. And with that trying to call the staff from the room was very difficult as you need to go through the automated system. I will go back, but they need to do better.
- 5/5
I always stay here atleast one night anytime I'm in Vegas
- 3/5
Hotel needs refresh. Very dated. Rooms marginal.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Great one day stay. Nice and clean hotel and room was spacious.
- 3/5
Cleaned my room put the trash away put all towels in one corner cleaned the room myself and they still didn’t give me my full security deposit back as well as never used the mini fridge never used any ameneties was only there for one night to get ready and leave and still didn’t receive my full security deposit back
- 5/5
Everything was awesome!! Staff was awesome and attentive
- 5/5
My room was cleaned daily. The staff was really helpful because I lost my key to my suitcase lock and they cut the lock off for me.
- 3/5
The air conditioning in the room was spotty, sometimes would work and one night would not come on so we woke up sweating. The location of the hotel is good however the bathroom had seen better days. The door to the bathroom looked like it was chipped in many places. There is no door for the shower so water gets all over the floor.
- 2/5
There was only one pool even though the site said there were more than one. No refrigerators in the room. $50 a day plus tax for resort fees
- 4/5
No fan in the bathroom, limited hours on the pool and limited seating unless it’s a paid daybed or cabana, no microwave or mini fridge in our room
- 4/5
Room for as cleans daily and fresh towels were left but given the option for cleaning on demand. We interact with very little staff but the few that helped at check in or passed in the hallway were very nice and helpful. Waite staff at in the casinos by the tables were 50/50 some being nice and timely and the other grouchy and slow. One of the 3 rooms we booked had a broken air conditioning that never got resolved but others were good. There was some food choices in the hotel but plenty more in the close vicinity.Gym was clan and well equipped with the small problem of no restroom unless you go down 2 floors.
- 2/5
Not worth the price , room was extremely dirty and the ac didn’t work
- 5/5
The water from the shower kept leaking all over the floor ! We were gambling and didn’t see one hostess come by for drinks ! Food choices were great . Enjoyed the connecting hotels as well
- 3/5
We had to ask for housekeeping every day even though we had already asked for daily service at checkin
- 4/5
Everything ok
- 2/5
Our room smelled like a sewer. There were noisy pipes or venting that made it hard to sleep.
- 5/5
The hotel itself was cool clean staff friendly my only issue is the room didn’t come with a microwave or refrigerator so I couldn’t store any leftovers or drinks
- 3/5
You get charged room fee daily stay unexpected. Out room wasn't cleaned up also and added on. Breakfast is fresh and staff wonderful but if you are a non smoker like me be prepared to smell a lot everywhere you go.
- 4/5
Big room, easy check in!!
- 3/5
Overall the property was good but the conditioner dispenser dropped and shattered while I was in the shower and I called guests services twice before security came to fill out an incident report. The air wasn’t working properly in my room and guest services said the engineer was supposed to come up but never came but the air finally started working. On the last day, the lights in the bathroom wouldn’t come on so I hit the restart button and it worked fine.
- 5/5
There was no coffee in the room
- 3/5
Great stay, a few restaurants on site, pool open until 8pm. The only draw back was a weird noose from either the door lock or A/C a few times in the middle of the night, but Im a very light sleeper.
- 5/5
Good and cheap
- 5/5
Loved the restaurants. Didn’t like cigarette smell in casino
- 3/5
The hotel is aging; elevator buttons not working, air conditioning only working the last two days of the trip, gross carpets and shower failing to drain properly. The staff were nice and helpful as far as they needed to be. It was fine.
- 2/5
But the entrance and parking were very difficult to navigate. The entrance off the Strip is very easy to miss. And the drive to the parking lot is more like a back alley than an entrance to a nice hotel. Definitely could use more signage in the parking lot, directing you to the Hotel.
- 4/5
Harrahs is an excellent choice at the north end of the Strip. The hotel is less expensive then nearby properties like the Venetian but still has modern and clean accommodations, a huge casino and sportsbook and excellent food choices. The help is very friendly and helpfull. The Sphere and the Linq food court and ferris wheel are also only a few minute walk away!! Check them out.
- 4/5
The room was clean except for the main light. It was not working. We just stayed one night so I did not worry about it.
- 4/5
The room was clean and extremely comfortable, although it was on the small side. The staff went out of their way to make the trip memorable. The location was perfect, right next to the Linq, a short walk to the Venetian and across the street from Caesars. I've always loved Caesar's properties and I'll definitely go back to Harrah's.
- 5/5
Great hotel great location
- 4/5
Staff could be friendly
- 2/5
The pool isn’t open
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff took care of any needs in a professional manner.
- 3/5
The rooms have comfortable and clean bedding and the bathroom was clean. The carpet in my room was filthy, and after taking my shoes and socks off and just walking in my room, the next morning my feet were black, it was gross! There are a couple Starbucks right in the hotel and that was convenient. It was quick walking distance to the convention center. For the money it was ok.
- 4/5
No good customer service!
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The air conditioner made a lot of noise. But only at time. Manageable.
- 2/5
They also don’t heat the pool whatsoever. Even though it was hot outside the pool was freezing & they had the whole hot tub area closed. No shade at all in the pool area. Everyday in the early AM the maid was outside our door vacuuming & talking really loud on a walkie-talkie and did this all morning long. The bathroom had a drain problem & only a half shower door,. So all the water went all over the floor. Plus no where to sit in there, just the toilet. Great location at least.
- 3/5
The air conditioning was not working at all in the mountain tower. It was 76 degrees and the window doesn’t open.
- 4/5
Close to everything
- 4/5
Relaxing atmosphere
- 5/5
The pool area was not even open to go sit by (it was “off-season,”), but other places were open. It was cl an and nice. The bartender was not particularly happy, and charged ALOT for Margaritas. Meanwhile, other facilities had $3 margaritas all day, every day.
- 5/5
Room clean
- 4/5
Staff at night very helpful front desk personnel helped us to bring our luggages in the room, even he is by himself
- 3/5
The hotel is dated and the smoke smell from the casino follows you to the rooms.
- 5/5
Good location on the strip. Love the piano bar
- 3/5
I stayed in a room in the Valley tower. Everything seemed a bit outdated, but the room was clean and comfortable. Had a good view of the Sphere. Can't comment on the spa as I didn't use it.
- 4/5
Hotel staff always friendly and willing to answer questions. Pool was closed and that would have been the only resort fee usage we would have used. Wish there was a way to opt out of the resort fee. Otherwise it was a nice stay.
- 5/5
Very clean room, bathroom and facility. No cheap food!
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms..kinda in the middle of everything so not a lot of walking.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Cleaner room. A/C didn’t blow cool enough and sink did not drain.
- 3/5
The "resort fee" is a frustrating add on (which we knew about before hand). We didn't need wifi (due to our excellent phone plan) and i only used the gym once (it was very busy) and my husband never used it. We didn't park here (I'm sure that would have been an extra free) and the pool wasn't open. So it was a pretty useless add on in my opinion. They also wanted to know if we wanted to opt out of daily housekeeping? Our room was small and there was no place to hang our towels. So we ended up taking the housekeeping. There was no corkscrew and they couldn't even loan us one, claiming not to have one. There was a keiurig in the room but no pods and nothing to put in our coffee and no fridge in the room (apparently you could ask them to bring you one for a fee, unless you required it for medical purposes) Anyway all in all in was fine but i wouldn't stay here again.
- 3/5
Quite a few additional expenses that weren’t included in the Expedia quote.
- 5/5
Highly recommend
- 4/5
It was quiet and most of the staff was good
- 2/5
2. $50/night "resort fee" on top of already booked price. 3. No fridge, no microwave, there is a coffee pot, but to use the in room coffee is $17. Otherwise check in was fast and easy.
- 4/5
Clean room. Nice staff. Unfortunately, pool was closed for the season, which was a bummer
- 5/5
I was unsure about the mobile check in n out & was pleasantly surprised how easy it was.
- 4/5
Nostalgic memories
- 5/5
Check in was alow but the room was clean well appointed
- 3/5
The staff is not very courteous
- 4/5
Friend ly services
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Good crowd at the Piano Bar
- 3/5
SO LONG UGLY VEGAS. Reagard
- 4/5
No complaints except the plugs on nightstand to charge phones are worn out. We always stay at Harrahs. Great location. Lively casino floor. Short walk to room. The best piano bar on strip
- 3/5
Room was a little dated shower sprayed water all over floor despite angling shower head down as much as possible room was clean however
- 5/5
Clean, staff was great. We had a great time
- 2/5
Dirty room, unfriendly staff
- 5/5
Amenities and staff
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
We stayed here one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big, the stag was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
- 3/5
We rented two separate rooms and each one had a different setup.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would change about the room, would be adding a microwave. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, everything was clean & tidy and perfect for my birthday getaway.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and spacious, especially for the price. The hotel is nothing extreme but it is very classic Vegas.
- 3/5
Shower was either very hot. Or there was Little to no water pressure. Bathroom sink was clogged for half of our day. This just made for a very inconvenient stay.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, center of the strip.
- 3/5
mold in the shower and all the funiture was all dated.
- 4/5
Prime location center strip with affordable rooms
- 4/5
Hotel staff were friendly! The staff at the restaurants inside the hotel weren’t always the nicest. Rooms were nice but you could hear everything around you pretty well inside the rooms! Beds were comfy but not a big fan of the sheets/comforters they were pretty scratchy! Over all really nice room and good experience!
- 5/5
Location and casino layout
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great for our walk to the Sphere for the Eagles concert.
- 3/5
Very long check in time. You will not be able to check in any earlier than 3pm! Expect to pay extra if you want to check in earlier or check out late.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean and modern. The only thing is the pillows were so uncomfortable. Super hard. But the room was good. Hada
- 5/5
i’ve stayed at hotels ranging from the plaza (please skip), aria, mgm grand, wynn. harrahs is def up there for me - great prices great value
- 5/5
Great strip view,spacious rooms, clean
- 4/5
Andre at the front desk of as very nice .
- 5/5
When you stay at the hotel ...and they dont refunded my security yet. So sad 😞
- 5/5
the place was great! the people so nice!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 1/5
Room was uninhabitable. It was situated over a music venue that was so loud, it sounded like the band was in the room. The room was so hot from direct sun that it was like a sauna and the temperature control didn’t work. I called guest services and they said I had to go to front desk, waited in line 30 minutes and they told me hotel was full and I couldn’t move rooms. Ended up staying at another hotel.
- 3/5
Not friendly staff. Once I said no to the more expensive room . Things changed
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Our room was nice and the bed was so comfortable!
- 5/5
I will be back soon.
- 3/5
One would assume when you book a package on Expedia that there would not be hidden room charges when you arrive. No where was it mentioned that there are expensive resort fees! If you want housekeeping it was an additional charge. It was the nickel and diming…expensive fees not covered when booked through Expedia.
- 3/5
Soon as we walked in the room it smelled of straight cigarettes!!! I’ve stayed at similar properties but I was taken back by the smell of this one. The shower and room cleanliness was a 7.5 overall. The staff on the other hand was great. So helpful and bartenders were amazing!
- 3/5
Room was decent. Needed a little deep cleaning in areas. Paid extra to have a supposedly remodeled room that wasn't. The mountain view was not as great as mentioned.
- 1/5
There’s no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The bathroom only has one door on it so the floor basically gets wet when you take a shower when the housekeeping came to clean the room, they never changed the sheets or clean the room. They only made the bed and gave you clean towels and washcloths.
- 5/5
It was a great hotel for the price. Staff was very friendly and close to the monorail.
- 3/5
Location was great. Lobby, bars restaurants were great. Room would have been perfect if it wasnt for the tiny bugs living in the shower and a weird food-like odor when you first walked in.
- 5/5
Nice clean room!
- 5/5
We went for our bach party trip. We had a great stay. Our room was cleaned everyday after we left, staff did not bother us 1 time, which is a rare find. The rooms were all clean and nice. The hotel is by everything! Out of all the hotels I have stayed at in Vegas this was by far my favorite! It had everything you could ever want in or near it. Thanks for making our bach trip easy, comfy, and magical. It was eevrything we could have asked for, our whole party really loved staying atvthis hotel!
- 5/5
Rooms and hotel very clean
- 5/5
Amazing hotel right in the epicentre of the strip. Clean rooms, many nearby restaurants, and connected to Monorail for easy travel.
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
After raping my credit card at check in. get in the room to find it dated laminate flooring in poor condition. Only a half shower divider so when you shower water runs out on the floor. Construction demo on the pool deck started at 6:30am. Promised a $50 credit for check in confusion. Did not see it on my account. We are in Vegas twice a year for a minimum of 6 days at a time we will not stay there again…..
- 5/5
Room was amazing nice and clean and was definitely close to everything. When I come back to Vegas definitely staying at this hotel!!
- 4/5
Clean room, cool view, easy elevators, great check in
- 3/5
housekeeping, room was not cleaned one night and we were told it is a courtesy. No fridge is also a negative as well as no coffee in room. Dirty carpet in hallway
- 4/5
Room was big and comfortable and clean. Surprised there were no complimentary coffee supplies but the staff was courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
Everyone was pleasant n room was clean

Fantastic
- 1/5
Room didn’t have a closet, fridge or microchip. I get that it’s Vegas but seriously, it’s too much. The service staff were exceptional really nice and helpful. I did not enjoy the stay but the hotel is near everything
- 5/5
Excellent staff.
- 5/5
Room was perfect and the people in there was fabulous I loved my stay there , couldnt have ask for anything else… The people is amazing and outstanding loved my stay there…Thank you so much
- 5/5
Cómodo, limpio y céntrico
- 1/5
Booked a King deluxe room with a pool view, Received a queen bed without a pool view. Room smelled like mildew and since there was no door for the shower the floor got soaked every time you showered
- 5/5
All was clean. Would reconsider the shower. Needs a full door instead of a glass panel. Water splashed everywhere. Could be hazardous.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, great staff. The only negative thing was discovering that the coffee in the room was at a charge. I found that unsatisfactory.
- 4/5
The lobby was way too crowded and not enough concierge staff to assist
- 4/5
Clean room and staff were very helpful.
- 5/5
Clean and a lot to do
- 3/5
Over all a decent place. The shower was really gross had the previous guest hair stuck all over the walls. If you’re wanting a spotless room this won’t be the place for you.
- 3/5
The staff was courteous. The room was OK. One counter had make up residue on it so it obviously had not been wiped down during cleaning. The beds were fairly comfortable but the sheets were very dry & scratchy like hospital sheets. Our room had a view of the Sphere & Ferris wheel but the glass was so dirty it wasn’t enjoyable to look out. Beware of picking anything up from the mini bar. It is pressure sensitive & we got charged for cookies because we didn’t put them down quickly enough. They reversed the charges but it was a pain to have to go get that done.
