Great hotel—very clean, and the lobby staff are exceptionally friendly. The property is located close to I‑4, so you do hear some traffic, but it’s not too disruptive. While they don’t offer breakfast or morning meals, there is a coffee station in the lobby and a coffee maker in the room and a IHOP right next door. Overall, it’s a good value and a comfortable place to stay. We’ve stayed here on two separate occasions and had a positive experience both times.

The hotel appeared to be recently renovated. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The deodorizer used in the hallways was not the most welcoming scent. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, even though it faced the interstate. The access in and out of the site and nearby businesses was tricky yet once you figured it out, it was workable.

The fridge/freezer (we needed a small cooler with us this trip). Room was spotless. View from our room wasn't good, but that didn't really matter.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean it definitely could use a deep clean. The hotel needs major updates. No carpet in the rooms is a plus. The hotel is right off the freeway so its pretty noisy. Near major shopping and plenty of places to eat. IHOP is right next door almost attached. Staff was amazing and very helpful to me as I am a patient of moffitt and I was able to rest

Entire property dated. No Complimentary breakfast? Lei at Hotels.com assured me Complimentary breakfast, elevator and 3 floors, which they only have 1 floor. Vicky, in housekeeping texted me that 2 towels were missing and was charging us $20? When we did not take any towels. Why would we want, any old stained, tiny towels? We could not believe she would acuse us of such. We will be contacting their corporate office to make a formal complaint. We certainly did not appreciate that at all being accused of something we did not do. We also will be putting in a review on Google to let everyone know about our experience. Shame on them. Everything is ancient old from the inside of the room to the outside of the property.

Rude, unfriendly staff, the smell of weed wherever you go, including outside our room, old, filthy room and hall. People also living in the hotel, felt unsafe with my daughter, I was even concerned about my vehicle with the odd activity. We were looking forward to getting in the pool after our long day, we didn’t feel comfortable. The only positive were the clean white sheets and the mattress was fairly comfortable. Way too expensive for what we experienced. This is the equivalent to a $60 motel.

I loved that the staff was able to get us into a room that was easily accessible to both the parking lot and the pool (mobility issues). We adore the outdoor patio with adirondack chairs, great in the evening to sit and talk. We love the pool area - clean, comfortable, beautiful pool. But the best part is how clean and comfortable the room is, every time we visit. It can be a little loud, but it is worth it to us.

No elevator for a 2nd room floor. Hotel required a $100 deposit that was not disclosed when booking. And at check out, when I inquired about the return of the deposit, the clerk informed me that it would take 5-7 business days!!. That's unacceptable-

The room bathroom floor could use some maintenance, and it would be nice to have something for breakfast other than liquids. Still, we would definitely book here again.
