Good location, good place if you only need a clean place to stay for a couple of nights. Clean rooms, and all the basics needed included in the room. Quite place with nice staff

I would have no problem staying there again. The staff was very nice. The bed was comfy. The charging places were convenient to the bed. I liked that the sink area was separate from the shower and toilet. That way a person can be in the shower while the other person is getting ready. Also they have a full sized hairdryer. Breakfast was tasty too! They some refrigerated snacks and microwaveable foods available for purchase in case you need a meal or ice cream. 😉

Didn't expect much for the price but was pleasantly surprised. Clean room, good breakfast and comfy bed. Definitely will stay again tomorrow.

The place was good in general, very nice staff yet our room had a chair with ottoman next to our bed with lots of stains which we asked to have replaced or taken out of the room and that never happened, there were two TVs (one in the seating area and the second one in the beds area) the one outlet in the seating area had a fridge and the tv plugged in it, that didn’t work so we had to pull the fridge to plug it else where so we can use it, also one day of our stays the room wasn’t cleaned neither the beds strengthen. Other than that everything was fine.

We found the location to be a very good value in Lakeland, where prices have risen a bit in recent times. Hotel was very nice, especially the morning breakfast. The attendant was Awesome and we will return.

Lived in Lakeland for years and always passed this property. Will admit haven’t always had the best impression, I was able to stay here for a friend’s travel into town and was pleasantly surprised! Megan front desk manager was fantastic and a joy to work with . Needed our stay extended and she made it possible . Definitely will stay again.

The gym didn't have an over abundance of equipment, but it was clean and was open 24 hours a day.
