There was mold on the bedroom ceiling. The bathroom vanity had dried mucus on it, and there was mold in the bathroom. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk refused to accept my credit card; she was uninformed and claimed my MasterCard wasn't accepted because it was a PayPal card—even though it is a credit card—and she was very rude. This will be the last time I book with this company. It was not a pleasant experience. There was a lot of noise in the hallways at bedtime, and the staff was neither professional nor friendly. The breakfast was terrible—more like a light snack. I do not recommend it.

Very friendly staff. Very clean property. Reasonably priced for the accommodations. Very safe.

The room itself was a bit above expectations, and the check-in staff were very nice. I was assigned a room next to some other people who appeared to be living there and made the experience less than ideal including smoking weed and loud conversations just outside my door in the early hours of the morning. If I had been placed in a different area of the hotel I might have had a different experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had the room was not clean, they had clean sheets and all that, but they need to do more detail cleaning with baseboards, walls and bathtub, the pool was good and breakfast, just a bowl, of cereal, and little goodie bag, they need to do better with that.

The customer service was amazing. All the staff at the front desk were so nice and accommodating! I tried to go swimming and there was a bunch of debris floating on the top of the water. And it was really hard to swim or to enjoy being in the pool. However The temperature was amazing.

I ended up not staying at this property as I did not feel safe. I did not even checked in. I was trying to see if they could give me a refund and they did not I felt unsafe

This is a horrible hotel. They have a drug house in the back with crack heads and drug dealers coming in and out all hours of the night. They allow vicious pit bulls to roam off their leash. The rooms are filthy and run down with black mold everywhere in the rooms. Their is a bus depot in front of the hotel where you get stange people walking around the property who are waiting for their bus to come. The housekeepers are sweet and helpful. But the front desk ladies are not nice and helpful. They also have a crappie breakfast. Its truly not a good nor safe hotel to stay at.
