It was super clean Mattress is terrible, there's no staff really, it's just a building transformed to an airbnb that is pretending to be a hotel

There were always snacks available and a coffee machine, plus a fridge and a microwave. The apartment is close to the metro station, so it's easy to reach the city center. The room service left the room tidy and clean every day. Sometimes we could hear the noise from the train rails close by, as well as the other people in the building, during the night. The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable, and the bathroom didn't have a window.

Train from airport runs to the closest station. One bed on the room seemed to be a box spring it was so hard. Trains run by every 5-10 minutes. Not a lot to do around the Hostal.

The room was very clean and it was freshened every day. They left cakes and tea bags in the room which was very nice. The communications with the hotel were very good and the location was very convenient. The facilities were a little worn, but I didn't mind this as I was looking for mainly value for money and location on this trip.

The place is very nice and comfortable. Very clean, cozy dining/living room. Big room, no need to wait for hot water in the shower or tap. AA/CC available. And the owner was always available and caring for the guest to feel comfortable.

Perfect location, everything is easily accessible. Clean room,clean towels every day. Quick and easy communication with the hostess. As our flight was way earlier than check in time, we asked our Hostess what she can do about it and she got the room ready earlier..Thank you very much for that. Cannot say anything.

Like you can hear neighbours tv like its yours (given they are mounted on a plaster like walls. The same way you can hear even the not so loud conversations. Train Rail adjacent to hostel, so every time it goes by you are able to hear it. Windows 2 meters of the ground, you won't be looking outside. No reception, forget about leaving the luggage before checking in. Self-check-in. I've managed fine but I'm never happy to be greeted with keys in a plastic box with a code. Florida Metro station nearby, It's neither super close to centre nor to the airport. TV , but no cable nor streaming logged in. Additional fee apart from booking.

Though the day-to-day cleaning was in order, i.e. the beds were clean and all surfaces wiped, the room could definitely use a deep clean, i.e. much dust under the bed, black spots in the shower cabin. Also, when we were there the lock of our room was barely functioning (only the case for our room). Hopefully this is fixed now.

Very comfortable room, clean and responsive staff. Excellent value for money. Shared kitchen was a bit limited.

Clean, all the basic provided. Simple and easy to find, shops, battery and market near by, close to the metro (easy transport to get around) Owner very helpful. Would return after a day out to find someone (assuming owner) had been in room to clean, nothing was ever missing but first day did take us by surprise as there was nothing to state a cleaning service.
