The services system in this hotel very bad. I couldn't enter the hotel and also couldn't check in. Then, I moved to another hotel. I want to refund my money

The check in was easy, all done on WhatsApp, didn't see any staff. The kitchenette set up was nice, little cakes, coffee, fruit etc for guests to help themselves to. The price was good for a private bathroom. The location for a solo female traveller, it felt a bit remote ( dark street with lots of grafitti, 11 mins away from the nearest metro station). My room was right next to the main door off the street which again wasn't ideal and was noisy.

Worst experience ever! I booked this place for a few hours of rest after a late flight, but when I arrived, there was no key in the lockbox as promised. The owner had no clue what happened and just offered a refund – like I needed my money back instead of a place to sleep! My wife and I were stranded in the middle of the night with nowhere to go, and I ended up paying to some random guy for a last-minute stay. Total nightmare. Don’t book this place – they clearly don’t care about their guests.

Good location near metro, walk only 10 min (uphill), or taxi about 10-12 Euro from Barcelona Sants train station. good value for money, staffs are very friendly.

It was amazing! Very clean and tidy, and there were some treats for the guests as well. There wasn't a cooktop. And only attention that the hostel might not belong to the zone 1 for the tourist transport ticket. It works for the metro, but not for buses, though.

Room was near an important metro stop. Easy to get to and from the airport.

The location was great near to Metro and public transportation The house keeping was good Wifi was good There were cockroaches! They said it’s because it’s a ground floor and what they can do is to spray them But everyday we saw these insects was extremely uncomfortable, one day we found them in the coffee machine! Room size is relatively small. Unfortunately Without this our stay would have been great .

It is not an hotel, it is actually an apartment, so it has to be clarified at first. It is in the ground floor , so you can find insects

Property was registered as a "Youth Hostel" yet no where on the add showing this fact. Situated in a very poor area of Barcelona. The room was tiny and facilities were very much outdated. Bed was very uncomfortable with one tiny flat pillow per person supplied. More importantly it was infested with cockroaches! Photos on advert and description did not really present reality. Everything was wrong about the property as mentioned above.

The maid came to the room every day to tidy up the room, change the bed sheets and give us clean towels. A small shared kitchen with a microwave, fridge, kettler and a coffee machine was very handy. The host was very helpful and kind via WhatsApp communication. The humidity in the room was high and there was almost no daylight in the room since the only window was looking to the inner part of the building. The closest metro station is 0.5km downhill, which means you have to climb uphill every time you are getting back to your room.
