The property in a good location, walking distance to the Mall ( Beach Walk) , lots of restaurants and stores nearby, 2 big swimming pool Free drink water sink and bathtub the drainer is clog, and smell bad I got bruise from the Frame of the bed sticking out

The breakfast was simple but nice. The hotel also offers Balinese massage services inside the hotel, which were very relaxing and reasonably priced. The location is very convenient for shopping, with Sky Beach only about a 5-minute walk away. Transportation is also easy with Grab available nearby. Location was ok The room was quite small considering the premium price. Additionally, there was a strong odor in the bathroom; although we were moved to another room, the issue persisted. The bathroom itself was also very small. Furthermore, the restaurant prices were high relative to the ambience, and the quality of the food did not meet expectations.

The location is great, the bed was very comfortable, staff were super helpful and attentive The room was older than the photos make it appear. Breakfast is just OK. The hotel attracts a less cultivated clientele, but that's more about the price point. Some guests were yelling at 1am with no regard for others. More Western TV channels would be welcome.

Easy access to beach and market.big hotel having two swimming pool, breakfast very good and lot of option. Clean room and big room . Value for money , we stayed there for four days with family. the location of the hotel is the center of the Kuta town and very nearby the beach. you can go for a evening walk at the beach. It’s very nearby. So many rats were running around the place. The AC was not working properly. there was a smell of sewage when you flush the toilet and it will stay inside the room. And the breakfast that we have taken with the booking wasn’t good at all. The food was very tasteless and feels like low quality products are used to make it.

The pool areas were always very inviting, breakfast much the same every day, but sufficient to our requirements. The rooms are basic and clean. Air conditioning working very well. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. They always greeted us whenever passing in the gardens/pool areas. The water in the shower was poor at times. The water in the shower was poor at times.

Staff is responsive at anytime and are very nice. Alot of chlorine in the water and the bathroom seat had stains even though they clean it.

Location, pool. Beds are very hard , felt like i was sleeping on a concrete slab. Had to put pillows under me to try to soften the bed.

The pools are very nice to swim in I only utilized the one with the swim up bar it was nice and refreshing. The back exit leading into the back laneways which leads to poppies lane one-way and then melasti the other way came in very handy. It was ok for the price I probably wouldn't stay here again only because I'd prefer a closer option to legian. Hafe to ask at the restaurant for someone to serve you at the pool bar sometimes more then once around the same swimming period. Bintang not cold enough would be warm before finishing. Cocktails are a bit expensive for a budget hotel.. There fitness room has equipment that doesn't work and smells way to dusty you can't breath in there.
