Easy access to the beach , very clean , close to the mall, We get the gf room which is very near to entrance & the massage room❤️??

Good air conditioning It’s falling a part door to cabinet coming of the hinges the fridge didn’t have any shelves broken stain on the sheets. Couldn’t hardly close the main door and lock it didn’t even have a metal stopper for the dead bolt lock. Bad location had to walk in a very dark alley for a long ways before getting into the property from the main road. So many things definitely not our choice to stay there we made a mistake booking and we couldn’t get a refund so we knew we were coming back to Bali so since we didn’t get a refund we asked if we could change the date they accepted it but jack the price up. We were book for 3 nights ended up staying 1 night and walked away from the paid rental for the next 2 nights stay away not very nice

Location is great, a big mall in a few minutes away. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice pool, provides towels at the pool, drinking water refills daily. There is a restaurant at the area and we never stayed hungry or thirsty while raining or lazy to go out. Nothing

great location just next to the beach, mall and restaurants shower had a bit of a drainage issue , they could also use new towels for guests as the ones they had were really worn out and over used.

The staff was amazing especially JJ who always had a warm smile and always ready to welcome you and to help in any way. the shower had a drainage problem so that was the bit they would need to improve

The location is good, near Beachwalk and also Kuta Beach The restaurant is small, but it’s ok because I have breakfast at 7am and still quite.

The staffs were wonderful and kind, making the entire stay incredible. Everyone was happy to help and make it such an amazing experience. The room was great, food and breakfast was delicious. We had a great experience and great happy hours time and cocktails which was lovely. Thank you to everyone at Casa Wina Kuta for such a warm and welcoming experience.

Found this hotel through a friend recommendation and shocked !! It such a nice and comfortable place here, even though it's a bit tucked away and not on the main road. Although the entrance to the hotel is a bit narrow, the location is very strategic. It's just 5-minute walk to Kuta Beach and close to Beachwalk Mall. The road behind the hotel also connects to Benesari and Legian Street, where it is very easy to find good food, bars nightclubs, laundromats, rental bikes and many art shops. And the great thing about this hotel is that even though Kuta is very crowded, the location inside the hotel is very quiet and comfortable, so I can rest peacefully. The breakfast quite varied, and staffs are very friendly. From the housekeeping staff, cooks, and bartenders to the front desk staff, everyone talked nicely to me. My room clean, garden is great. I’ll definitely back and stay here again. There is nothing !! I just wish can stay bit more longer here.

I spent only one day here, but it felt special, the hotel is very close to the beach, the waves were great, perfect for surfers, the sunsets were beautiful, it was such a nice way to end the day, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome here.. overall, it’s a great place if you love the beach and want to relax. I’d definitely come back.
