The location at the beachwalk mall and a few steps away from the Kuta Beach The rooms had ample space for a small family The staff was very courteous and welcoming The lobby had a pool table and a lot of Jenga to play with the kids The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options The food options for room dine-in, too less to pick

Location, cleanliness & friendly staff The noise caused by bands or parties took place around the pool, because our rooms overlook the swimming pool

The hotel is okiesh, near the beach and in the shopping mall. 1. So poorly thought construction of the hotel. Kind of circular design, and had to comeplte a circle to reach the room from the lift. Keeeeeeep walking 2. Reception is not so welcoming. Just ok enough to check in. Didn't see the warm Indonesian Hospitality. 3. The room is not ready even if checked in at 3.30 pm. Didnt take long but usual check in time is 3 pm. Please follow that. 4. Room service is poor; I had to wait for 30 minutes even for water. 5. Hotel location is near the mall, and rooms are located near the road; so, good luck with the sleep. 6. Breakfast is 5/10, with limited options. Again, breakfast staff was not so welcoming.

I have booked for pool view and they gave me the last room in the corner where the pool view is invalid. So basically i pay money for pool view and i got standard one. Its really bothering me. I didn’t want to tell them other wise i would be in serious conflict with them and i might have ruined my trip.

Very helpful and responsive front desk staff. Room is clean and is of good size for couple. Good location with a shopping mall. Hotel rate is, I think, higher than I would have expected given its room size. But this is personal views.

I would have given an excellent rating which is deserved had it nit been for the noise coming from celebrations in the mall. A suggestion would be to have better sound isolation. That said the reaction of the ten was excellent and they proved to be extremely helpful whenever we needed something. Noise from the mall. Nothing to do with the hotel and uncontrollable
