Modern, beautiful, clean, and spacious. Refreshing drink offered to all in our party while checking in. Many thoughtful touches and art throughout. Recessed lighting is sophisticated and I love the ambiance! Lots of light everywhere, including lighted magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Great shower with lots of hot water and good pressure. Love the washer/dryer. Breakfast buffet was amazing and serene, lots of options. Easy room access and everything worked - although the large, main bathroom mirror light may have been out. Beds were very comfortable and loved the extra pillows! We stayed at 3 different places in Bali and this is easily #1 or 2. (Depending on if city or country is preferred). We will absolutely stay here again in the future! The in-room espresso machine water compartment lid had mold growing on it so I did not use it for coffee. My eggs were made to order elsewhere but came out too late - I had already finished breakfast and dessert! Breakfast was not 100% ready at opening time. Coffee water was cold and we had to wait for utensils.

The stay at Beachwalk Residence was very comfortable and pleasant. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with almost all essential amenities available for a relaxed stay. The location is excellent — right next to Beachwalk Mall and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops — making everything very convenient. The staff were polite and helpful, and overall the property felt safe and well managed An iron and ironing board were not provided, which would have been useful for longer stays. Also, while the location is ideal, traffic around the Kuta area can get quite heavy at peak hours.

I love the 2 bedroom apartment with open kitchen area, cooking facilities such as stovetop, frying pans, microwave, fridge…. It is within the shopping centre where there are many nice shops, restaurants. It is perfect for family stay. The swimming pool is very small. The design of the shopping mall is not good, so easy to get lost in directions

Location was top notch. Great place to stay with group but we were couple and it quite spacious! Other positive aspects were water dispenser and microwave in our room also 2 bathroom units! Staff helpful and friendly. We’d say if you plan a trip with friends for couple of days go for it. If you are a couple better to pick another option that suits you best and worth the value. Also better to just get your own breakfast.

The 3-bedroom suite is very spacious. The water coming from the shower seems not very clean.

Up to date apartment unit with in room microwave, washer and dryer. Very convenient, lots of room for a family of 5. Long private patio and there was even an extra working room with toilet. Awesome. - There is no in house spa/massage. - The walk to the beach has to go through a mall that is not open 24 hrs. During off hours w hade to walk through meandering driveways/road.

Nice place, close to everything. Great service from the lovely Esty at reception A proper light in the kitchen would be a big improvement. It's dark and gloomy for cooking and eating. A shelf in the shower would be nice too. And a drainage outlet that works too.

The location of this place was fantastic! It was perfectly situated, making everything convenient and enjoyable. Whether it was exploring local attractions, dining options, or just soaking in the surroundings. Our stay was disappointing overall. The first apartment we were given was far too small for six people, contrary to what was shown in the pictures online. We had to request a move to a larger apartment, which, while more spacious, still had its flaws. The balcony was small and could only accommodate three people at a time, and one of the bedrooms had wooden blinds in need of repair, raising privacy concerns. Additionally, the elevator had a putrid smell, which we assume came from the basement. It would be helpful if measures such as perfumed incense were used to mask the odor at the very least. Breakfast at the Yello Hotel was chaotic each morning. We had to constantly ask for basic items like cutlery, butter for toast, and other essentials. The breakfast selection was underwhelming, seating arrangements were limited for a group of six, and the overall experience fell short of expectations. Considering the high cost charged, we anticipated a far better experience and greater attention to detail.

Absolutely stunning, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, even the sheets and pillows were top of the range. Beautiful swimming pool and very close to all amenities including a shopping centre and the beach. The staff were also extremely accommodating and kind. Nothing, would love to stay again!
