location is only a few k from the airport. we stay there often. great staff

Clean, breakfast included, comfortable beds/pillow, hot waster cold AC. Walls are so thin. Was woken up by children screaming in the pool (pool is on floor 5. I was on 3) and terribly loud construction right above us. I don’t know why they would put us in a room near construction. Did not get good rest. Location near airport but not really near shopping strip.

This is not my first stay at a Primebiz hotel, only my most disappointing. What did I like was the question? My initial dealing with the customer service personnel was pleasant. As was the last two customer service personnel I dealt with. I asked for a barista coffee, and that was provided with cost, and it was adequate Okay, now what didn't I like? I had a two room suite with a lounge, and due to that, you think it would be at least good? Here is a list of things wrong with the room. 1. The room was dated and old. 2. The lounge provided had several stains on the seats. 3. The dressing gowns provided were dirty with stains on. 4. The room was not adequately cleaned, as in dirt on the floor, stains on the toilet and shower, and bathroom vanity. 5. Bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, we went down to have dinner in the restaurant only to be told no! Go into your room and order room service, all while there were people in the restaurant eating, time of refusal was 7 pm. Yes, 7 pm. I was surprised at the state of the room and not being allowed to have dinner in the restaurant at 7 pm. As I have said, this is not the first PrimeBiz hotel I have stayed at,I have stayed at PrimeBiz Surabaya multiple times, and they continue to improve.

Breakfast was small but it was okay. Good location to go to Kuta area or any other location because it was close with airport. Staff was all kind. Nice budget hotel for your short term stay. It was very noisy at night because of all the motorcycle and cars. It's on Jalan Raya(big road) so you need to know about this before you booking this hotel.

Very close from the airport, beautiful pool at the rooftop and rooms new and clean. Just small things, maybe the dinning room is too small, sometimes i had to wait standing for breakfast. But is ok.

It is a small room. The top of the toilet has stained. The street traffic is noisy but better after 22h00.

Great price for what you get. Good breakfast and restaurant food. Comfortable rooms. Nice rooftop pool. Good location if you want to be close to the airport. Reasonable massage/spa prices and service.
