Beautiful hotel with a nice clean pool and lo ely gardens. The room was immaculate. Big bed with four pillows, two firm and two soft so you're comfy no matter your pillow preference! A/C works well. The shower is very big and has both a rain shower head and a hose style head.

It was close to the airport and staff was very nice and helpful Everything was great

The rooms are spacious, staff is great, location is in a local neighbourhood and 7 - 8 minutes walk from the main street which is the only issue i faces tbh. Kuta beach is 20 minutes walk. Over all good value for money. Nothing

The location is ok, you can walk to the main road where some restaurants are, taxis found the place. The older woman at reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful my entire stay. I booked this hotel for the pool (something my daughter begged for), but it was closed both days we were there - with no notice given. The WiFi had major issues the entire stay, and during the 1.5 hours I stood at reception trying to sort it out, three others came with the same problems. The rooms were really run down, smelled of damp, and in both rooms the sheets had gross stains and mold around the bathroom. The phone in the rooms didn’t work so you had to walk all the way to reception, and they don’t even provide bottles of water. It was a very uncomfortable, unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

This place was so cute and the staff was friendly and helpful! Room was big and so was the bathroom. It was clean and comfy. The laundry machine was clutch for me. The location was decent. It was quite just a quick trip to some more main streets.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good simple breakfast. Clean facility. Big bedroom. Cold a/c. Location is convenient near(ish) to the airport, but neighborhood isn’t exciting. Biggest downside is the bed had massive depressions from so many people… new mattress is necessary.

The location was good for me to catch a flight. The staff were very kind. The room was comfortable. I did not have time to swim, but the pool looked nice.

Liked the bed comfort. Pool was really good. Staff behaviour was good. Location was horrible. There is no restaurant for lunch & dinner inside the hotel premises. And if you want to book from grab you can take it to your room but there no table to dine inside the room. Everytime you have to go down to their hotel lobby where there is a sitting area to have your food. Though hotel personnel permitted us to eat inside the room but not much facilities there to eat in your room other than bed. Breakfast is very simple. More items could have been added. Even fruit platter was also very small.

I stayed just one night before heading to the airport, and for that purpose, the accommodation met my expectations. The staff at the reception was very helpful and even gave me a ride to a restaurant late in the evening, which I really appreciated.

- swimming pool was clean and the kids had loads of fun - breakfast was good but would be better if there were more choices - family room was very spacious but the bathroom was too small for a family - the location was far away from the main road, there was only one restaurant in the neighbourhood (in another hotel)

Very nice hotel for the money and well kept. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great value for the price. Shower wasn’t hot enough a few days but they came to adjust it and it worked better. Also they had to come adjust the AC because it wasn’t that cold one of the days we stayed there. Location is a bit far from the beach with traffic.

Very close to the airport (convienient for our short stay), night late check in was smooth, staff was really adorable, pool was clean and beautiful, room very clean as well, cosy, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Everything was perfect thank you!

A very quiet property and clean rooms I had requested for late checkout which was a part of my booking.com deal. Had spoken to the receptionist as well and planned my day accordingly. Later when i was out, the team messaged me for checkout as per the time or they would charge half the room tariff. I had to rush back to the hotel leaving what i was doing. For early checkin also i was not well and had requested for early checkin as my flight was early. The hotel charged almost half the tariff. No kitchen on the premises. Had to order food from outside.
