Good buffet breakfast. Nice pool. Well appointed room. Bathroom has an older. deep bathtub. There is no grab bar and it can be difficult for older person to get in on to take a shower.

Location. Very close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pre-arranged driver from the airport to the hotel was not there to meet me, even although I was delayed. After phoning the hotel, the driver said he would leave immediately but I was still waiting AT LEAST 20 minutes later. The shower curtain was marked and dirty. The hotel deigns to charge for stains on anything, basically, whilst providing a stained shower curtain in room 305.

Clean and comfortable Communication problems Booked one night but only planned to stay a few hours till our late night flight home. I told the staff many times we will check out early and not stay the night. As I checked out that evening before my flight, the staff still asked me questions why I was not staying overnight and I was told I could not check out till the next day. My flight was leaving same night, we only needed the room to rest and shower I quickly went and took photos of my room, cause if any damage had happened after I left and room was not checked out from my name I still don’t understand why they said if could not me done. I had already pre paid the full price

Despite getting a email from the hotel about my upcoming booking, 3 days befor arriving. But when we arrived at the hotel the staff couldn't find the booking in their system.. Luckely there where 2 rooms available. So something went wrong there.

Did not have breakfast, was told not included but paid a fairly high price. Location very run down which should make hotel very well priced but is not. Staff very helpfull. The price of the accomadation

Room was nice and comfortable. Food was reasonably priced. There was smoking everywhere even in the eating area. I got incredibly ill will Bali belly and I had only eaten from the restaurant.

All staff were exceptional. Ketut (hotel manager) organised so much for us and made our stay memorable Nothing. Our first trip ever to Bali has been amazing, only enhanced by the help and kindness of Ketut and all the staff.

The location is good The rooms are old , like the sink was broken, water kettle mugs were dirty stained, breakfast looked sad luckily i hadnt opted

The staff was good and helpful. One of the rooms we stayed in had 2 doors and one was broken and sealed closed. The only access was through an all glass door that lead to the pool area; it did not feel safe. If there were a fire or any other emergency in the pool area we would have been trapped; the door needs to be fixed. The rooms were off the pool and the pool area was loud all night. The breakfast was cold horrible; not clean looking and bugs were flying all over the food. There was little to no food and it was only 8:00am when we ate. The best thing about breakfast for my youngest child could order hot eats.
