Wonderful stay. Excellent rooms, very nice pool and excellent breakfast. spa under renovation, however very good massage available in room. Location close to airport and area has many good food outlets. Overall all the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Special thanks to front office manager Mr. Agus,, staff Ari, Rafael and Dewi, trainees Intan and Diana and Sara for massage for a very enjoyable stay. Highly Recommended. At the time of my stay restaurant was temporarily closed in the evening which was a little disappointing the menu looked very good.

Honestly, nothing bothered me during my stay. Everything worked smoothly, the room was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities matched what the hotel promised. For what you pay, the experience feels more than worth it.

I like the size of the unit and a lot of windows. Value for money. Good breakfast. The staff are wonderful. Would love to come back.

Felt uncomfortable with all staff doing matinence in restaurant area strong smell from paint and stain the were using made it very difficult to get to room rooms need a serious upgrade and matinence

The room was specious and clean, bathroom was a bit outdated, but clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Just used the breakfast restaurant, plenty of choice and good food. Just a few small things, one of the stairs from to pool has very big steps, for older people hard to use. Sometimes the staff is a bit disorganized, but that also has its charme.

The staff were humble and polite. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to nearby attractions especially Kuta beach and the beach walk mall. The rooms are quite old and run down that needs a lot of deep cleaning and maintenance. They do not match the pictures as shown on the booking.com website or the brochure available at the hotel. There were way too many mosquitoes in the room (in comparison to the place I stayed in the middle of the rice farm at Ubud) and centipedes. This forced us to change our room in the middle of the night. Also, the shower area and private pool was unclean and looked totally run down. The restrooms near the shared pool were disgusting with no napkins/tissues. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Pool Breakfast Very ran down. Mildew/mold present. Needs some updating. I also heard my neighbors baby crying all night but this place is reasonable and close to airport. Just needed a nights rest.

Best property, with very good facilities with the best price... indian guys must try..

There was no water in the plunge pool. Smoking in the restaurant at breakfast was disgusting. The room was old and needed renovations. Staff were not very helpful at reception. My left luggage was not secured while I waited for Mt 2pm check in.

There were lots of selections at breakfast. I really like that you can order egg as you like. The staff were all very nice & helpful. I like that we have a villa type room & not a regular/typical hotel room. It's quiet since it's not on a busy main street. Near the Benoa cruise port. The room needs updating. The towels are old and not white. The hotel is located off the main street but the side street to the hotel is dirty with garbage on each side. The tub is slippery getting out of it. A tub mat should be available if needed.

I stay here for a few days each time I come to Bali. It's a good value for money. Breakfast has an excellent variety. Wifi is fast enough to work. Staff are extraordinarily helpful and rooms are always clean. Restaurant is good, but there are also lots of restaurants and convenience stores within a 5-10 minute walk. There are 2 best westerns in this area though, so make sure you put the correct one in on Grab. I prefer the rooms without the bathtubs personally. Depending on the location of your room, it can be a little loud (or not at all) when cleaning starts in the late morning, but I don't mind.

10mins to airport Villa units furnishing are run down. I do understand thats why it is very light on rental.
