Good breakfast, veg options available. If you are looking for beach property not right option. Beach is 5 mins walk which is also not clean, was not open for swimming. Good market and restaurants nearby. Pool was good Not a beach property. Not a good option if want to enjoy beach at walking distance

Hotel was presented as a beachfront property but there is no direct access to the beach. Also the beach was really realy dirty and all the construction didn’t help!

The hotel offers a great pool with a poolside bar, along with basketball and volleyball activities in the pool and clean, well-maintained water. Breakfast features a wide variety of menu options, while the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with Internet TV. Its excellent location in the heart of central Kuta makes it even more convenient and enjoyable. Although there is a balcony outside my room, unfortunately, the door cannot be opened for access. In addition, the corridor lighting is somewhat dim.

The rooms are spacious, and the pool area is nice. The hotel has clearly aged without much effort put into renovating it. I have no idea how does this hotel have a 5 star rating as I've stayed in other 4-stars hotels in Bali which were much better than this one. In our room, the light switches barely worked, all doors were old and creaky (including the balcony door which could not be completely closed) and the furniture was falling apart. Breakfast was ok (eggs were good, the rest not so much). There is a parking lot next to the hotel full of stray dogs which were barking and howling all night. While the hotel is right next to the beach, there is no direct access so you have to walk through very narrow and congested streets full of touts to reach it. Last but not least, for checkout they make you wait until they checked the room, a practice I never saw in any hotel before. All in all a bad vibe and not a place where I would stay again (unless it gets completely renovated).

The room I took was spacious but old needs renovation, the room towels require change coz they are very old, and breakfast was very good.
