This was our second out of three stays at Kuta Angel, and we could not be happier. Great value for money! Our room was very spacious, clean and filled with natural light. The bathroom was also large and had a bathtub. The hotel is small and well maintained. We loved the breakfast! The staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was close to everything. money changer, Beach Walk ten minutes away, beach is 5 minute walk and amazing sunsets. The hotel itself is very clean. Staff were incredibly helpful. We were in the 1st floor, it was faster to go up and down that stairs than to take the lift. The hotel bedrooms need a little reno. By this I mean, the toilet seats need to be replaced, it looks like its been there since the 70's. There is alot of water damage on the walls. Needs a sand and paint. Though it does not alot of work, some attention to detail would be good.

Location was at Kuta area. There are lots of shops along the road in front of the hotel. 5mins walk to Kuta Beach. 8 mins walk to Beachwalk Shopping Mall. Lots of restaurants and massage along the road. The hotel needs some renovation to the toilet which is old. The bedroom is nice and decent with comfortable queen bed.

Late check out was disappointing only because I was told I had to give 100,ooo rp for every hour I stayed longer and it was not busy

I like the smart TV that you can explore YouTube and Netflix other than local channels. Beds are comfy. The staff are very helpful. Nice location.

Very kind and helpful staff. Room was huge, comfy, hard bed, strong a/c, mini fridge, kettle, bath robes and slippers... Much more than I needed for my short stay. If there was a a socket near the bed, I couldn't find it. Strong smell from drain when taking a shower. I like to walk barefoot but noticed that the floor felt a bit icky so I started using the white hotel slippers, after a while the bottom turned completely black. Maybe change the floor cleaning water more regularly? You could see a bit of wall crumbling on the window sills.
