Nothing Everything

The staff were nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was filthy. They need to do a deep cleaning as there were yellow stain and what looks like mold on the walls. The swimming pool was not in service the three days-two nights I was there. Looks like it has not been available for a while.

The staff are nice but since the walls are too thin you can hear them play around talk out loud ( MORNING,AFTERNOON and NIGHT) I don’t recommend if you want just to sleep it’s okay for one night or if you have a very deep sleep+towels are stained the sheets too and the washroom area is very inhygenic , needs an investment for sure, despite everything for that price is okay nothing to expect more

The AC worked amazingly and the bed was nice and firm. Linen and towels were stained but clean. Staff are lovely and friendly. Location is excellent. There was a fair amount of noise as my room was close to the road, but luckily I had ear plugs.

Very simple service, but very efficient. They respect your privacy and deliver breakfast on time (one of the best breakfasts I ever had in Bali) bed is comfortable, services of streaming, good hot shower. You must visit the 4th floor and try their peach iced tea!

Friendly staff and great location with good WiFi Very thing walls/no isolation and some very loud guest sadly. It’s good that they do some tiny renovations which are also necessary but therefore a bit louder midday

The location is good, quiet and away from the main road. Walking distance from the beach. The place is clean and there is a swimming pool where you can relax as well.

Room was nice, big with everything that you need Cleaning, the bathroom it’s not clean properly. And also they were on redecoration so there was a lot of noise from morning to evening

The location was good. The entire place was dirty. The room was even worse. It was obvious that the bedsheets had not been changed since the last person. There was a lot of hair between the sheets and they were dirty at the foot end. The floor had not been cleaned. There was dried urine on the toilet seat. Peeling paint falling everywhere. Blood spot stains on the sheets and pillowcases. Any service or extra amenities they offer are over priced for even the local market. The deck at the pool was falling apart. When you step on a board, it goes up on the other end. Someone will get hurt. For the amount of money, it was definitely not worth it.

Nothing We booked a double bedroom. Had our booking confirmed to be given a room with 2 single beds. Upon complaining we got a free "upgrade" to an "executive" room which conditions were worse than first room. The room smelled awfully bad, the toilet was in the shower in the middle of the room with barely any space to actually shower. And that was disgusting! Of course no refunds...

Close to the beach, spacious room. The room had no windows, got extremely damp and humid. There was lots of noise coming from the lobby during the night.
