Our only issue was no access to laundry :( when we booked the site said we would be able to do laundry but upon arrival we were told it was out of service which was very disappointing

The room was so nice and cozy. Staff cleaned the room regularly. Facilities are great. The overall vibe of the place was good. 3rd floor balcony was such a great spot. It was nice and breezy and quiet. The hotel was in Kuta, which is usually a noisy place because of the crowds and traffic, but Cara Cara Inn was a quiet spot and a retreat from all the noise. The staff were also really friendly and accommodating and the concierge spoke good English. Rooms are not so noise-proof so I could hear my neighbors talking and laughing, but it wasn't so bad.

The booking indicated that check-in was available between 1:00–2:00 PM, but we didn’t receive our room until 3:20 PM. Upon entering, we found several issues: there was no Wifi, the water pressure was too weak for a proper shower, and there was no hot water for shower. Before we going out after taking rest an hour, we informed the staff about the lack of Wifi, missing towels, a non-functional kettle, and the shower water issues. They said they would check and restart the router for wifi issues. They also asked if they could inspect the room while we were out, which we agreed to. However, when we returned at 10:30 PM, the water pressure was still weak, there was still no hot water, and although they replaced the kettle and provided towels, the Wifi was still not working. We contacted them again, and a staff member came to provide an alternative Wifi connection. They confirmed that the water pressure was weak s the same in all rooms and promised to check the hot water the next day. The towels appeared old and worn out. The shower area was very very small, and placing clothes inside would definitely result in them getting wet due to the fixed shower head. The toilet’s drainage was poor, leaving the wet floor cannot getting dry overnight. We booked a family room for four, but only received two pairs of slippers. When we requested two more, we were told there were none available due to full occupancy. Additionally, not all electrical sockets in the room were functional

The hotel is near a school, so early in the morning it is so noisy that you cannot sleep. I mean the location is really good it is missing just acoustic isolation in the rooms.

Location is near to the beach and most things Washing machine was broken from last year and was never repaired.

Have been a regular resident since 2016 I visit Bali 2-3 times a year and it was always my stop for 1-2 days every visit in Cara Cara inn. Unfortunately this time I booked 12 nights and had very bad room in the beginning. Staff were helpful and changed my room but the ac was not working properly and had always to ask for maintenance. Ac was dripping water and very loud and every time they fix it was working for few hours and then not working again. This was big suffer plus they refused to cancel as booking non refundable Ac very old and not working properly. MANAGMENT isn’t flexible to assist , thou staff was always trying to help.

Good location in Kuta, comfortable beds, nice TV The outlets next to the bed didn’t charge our phones causing us to leave with no battery and our phones died on the way home. Bar and restaurant were closed and the only option for breakfast was a sandwich. The guy at check-in didn’t seem very comfortable with English and then told us to wait to see if our room was ready or not and it was 6:00 pm..

Super friendly staff Lefi super nice girl at the recpetion, nice equipped modern rooms, towels, soaps, flippers, water, tea set. Only few minutes walking form the beach. Nice chill out are, with pingpong and swimming pool with floatables.

Lovely good located hostel in Kuta.. Close to the airport and the central part of Kuta..I used it twice at the beginning and end of my trip..
