Febri's Hotel & Spa

You get what you pay for- really comfortable and clean stay. Very basic/old bathrooms but great location for walking to waterbom The rooms are dated and basic but this is reflected in the price.

Nothing complain

Everything. The restaurants food is not expensive, the hotel room is spacious and clean. It was worth the price.

Arrived after midnight and checkin took only a couple of minutes taken to room straight away. The room was clean and very quite.

The pool was great, the restaurant in the front was good. The massage spa was great, I have nothing to complain about. It's such a bargain. Bed and pillow were comfy. There is a kid's play area which my kids enjoyed so much. It was small very good

rooms were well appointed and fridge was a good size. Breakfasts used to be buffe style. now they are not as good.

Clean comfortable great value

Rooms were good size and very clean. Enjoyed the location, close to good eateries, entertainment, and shopping Breakfast was boring and rejimental. No bar pool to mingle and get to know other guests. Have stayed at Febris many times in years before covid and was very happy, but needs to be updated.

Staff where amazing- Cleaning staff where brilliant. Location is great for Kuta Beds and pillows very comfortable. Pool was great, plenty of sun loungers. Would have liked an iron in the room ( ironing services are available at a small cost ) but as a female I change my mind every 30 seconds.

Close to the airport, we just had one night between connecting flights. Clean rooms with good showers set in lovely gardens. We had one room overlooking the quiet pool and our adult children were in a separate block closer to the main pool but not too close to it. Very much a family atmosphere around the main pool, we appreciated being in a slightly more private and peaceful part of the hotel. Location is practical after a late arrival at the airport. Lack of communication ahead of arrival, case of social engineering with booking.com and no one is taking responsibility (extra payment charged to my credit card but no one is helping to solve the issue), elevator under maintenance at time of check-out (not great when you have heavy suitcases).

We have stayed at Febris a few times and it is always lovely. It's a great location, being so close to the airport so, so it's a great spot if you're coming in on a late flight or leaving on a late flight. On our recent visit we weren't flying out until 10pm and for a small fee we were able to get a 6pm checkout for one of our rooms, which I really appreciated and made life so much easier for us. We will definitely be back next time we come to Bali. Breakfast was a little disappointing, last time it was a buffet which I preferred. The menu was a little confusing too and not many options for vegans, despite saying that their was.

I love the playground. Although it was very small, my toddler had fun and we had a good time tiring him out. The location was also convenient

Location, friendly staff, near to amenities. beautiful greenery around the premise. Bedsheet is not too clean, small ants everywhere in my room. Although the house keeping sprayed the room, the ants still come back. Room 6024 needs thorough clean up!!!
