Is a 3 star hotel, away from busy streets yet is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff are friendly. Thank Gd there is a bidet in the toilet. For the price point, it is certainly value for money. Do not expect excellent facilities and you'll surely enjoy the stay. Barely could sleep on my first night. I can certainly tolerate the hard matress but the pillows are so hard too. Luckily they have soft pillows which you need to request at the reception. The bathroom is clean but very old. Hot water shower isn't instant, you need to let the tap runs for couple minutes for the hot water to come.

I had a ground floor room towards the back of the property and opposite the pool (which was in the sun most of the day). Water wasn't supplied to the room but they had water coolers which I used to fill up my bottles.

It’s great value plus has everything you need (WiFi, AC, housekeeping, bfast, money changer, secure storage, scooter parking), lovely staff (++) and good security. It’s a little bit dated Walls aren’t sound proof But that doesn’t bother me, it’s a quiet enough to sleep well.

The only 2 good things were there staff were nice and the gardens and pool area were very nice. Where do I start, the mould smell as soon as you walk in the room was horrible. The bathroom was disgusting we didn't even shower it was that bad. There was mould all around the seal of the fridge ?The towels were dirty. I do not recommend this hotel at all. We only stayed because we got to Bali late and it was for only one night anyway. Otherwise we would definitely changed hotels the next morning

The staff are wonderful and very accommodating, pools are lovely and having the beauty salon on-site is great. The location worked well for us, a short walk to many restaurants and shops and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are very reasonable but are in need of some repairs, the bathrooms in particular have areas that need rendering/ repair work to be done.

Great location, 2 pools, nice gardens, room is clean and tidy. The hotel is getting old however this is just superficial, everything in the room was clean and functional.

This hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic (they even cooked separate fried rice for me every morning as I can't eat eggs). There were two really good sized swimming pools and we used both of them many times. Our room was a good size, with plenty of shelving. The onsite day spa was absolutely wonderful and slightly cheaper than 'on the street'.
