The staff were exceptional, the room was a decent size and reasonably quite. Parts of the pool decking were coming apart and the rooms were a bit dated, The lack of a power outlet near the bed was inconvenient.

Nice pool and bar area. Friendly staff. Cheap room service. Price rise of nearly double when attempting to extend my stay from 41aud to 71aud per night. I understand this is due to peak holiday period however new years had passed and my stay from boxing day til Jan 3rd was cheaper.

The laundry service is very good and convenient. The location feels a bit dangerous and very dark at night. I didn’t feel safe walking there. The rooms are a little old, and the housekeeping could be improved.

relaxing place. Not a fan of smokers near the pool area. Most of my Deaf friends are non smokers. Need to have an area for smokers only. Otherwise, perfect place to sit back and relax by the pool. Smokers near the pool area. I had to move away from smokers. But its hard when you want to be with your friends and have fun and relax. No one at the bar area and the waiting kills our relaxing time.

Rooms look cheap and definitely need to be renovated. The canteen area is outside and if the weather is hot, you're not gonna have a proper breakfast as you're gonna be sweating while eating your meal The parking assistant was always moving away my motorbike from the initial place that I parked, I asked him once politely not to do so, then another employee came and started "scolding" me for talking disrespectfully with his fellow peer and even asked where I am from, commenting that Australians do not behave well in Bali and should not be allowed there. I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel for such poor hospitality apporach towards its guests.

Room needs updating, air con poor even though they tried to fix it, the bathroom door jammed on the ground hinges but was quicklyattended to. The woman at reception put us in the most distant room from the entrance and on level three, she was not concerned to change. We were staying for seven nights and I am seventy one years old.

Friendly staff, good location, comfortable room, good pool Breakfast is a bit same same, rooms are tired and need renovation, restaurant/cafe menu is limited, no soundproofing, no elevator.
