Great value, friendly staff and excellent location. We will be back! Addressing few minor maintenance issues would go a long way, but we love the Melasti and we will be back.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the Melasti. I cannot fault the value for money of this hotel. Great locations, wonderful gardens and welcoming and helpful staff. Thank you Sri and the team. The hotel is getting a little tired with age and whilst I can see some minor upgrades in the rooms (eg. new showerheads etc). the main pool could do with some significant maintenance.

Decent location, lots of places to eat outside . The rooms were big and had a bathtub It need maintenance, there was moho in one of the pools, the sunbath chairs had mold on the cushions and the outside aesthetic of the place is not great. You can tell they used old photos for the website . There are better cheaper options

Location is good 1. Few lights were not working in our room 2. Less power points and few of them not working 3. Rooms are not dusted well, lots of dust behind the bed. And some dust in the cupboards 4. AC cooling is not that great. The AC size in comparison to the room is very small

No cold water for days then no hot water for days. Toilet wouldn't flush and when we finally got cold water it was black for a couple of days.

Great location, right on the beach, the kids loved the pools, large rooms 3 items of clothing were taken from my husbands bag in the room - a rashie, a shirt & a pair of pants. The staff said they would look into it, but then stopped replying to my messages when I was asking for feedback. He didn't take many clothes with him, so the missing items were noticed immediately. The breakfast was very average. The beds were hard & the sheets weren't changed - every night we were getting into a sandy bed :( The bathrooms were mouldy & the toilets didn't flush well
