nothing was told they don’t use booking.com was shown to a room 30 minutes before said was booked out at a more expensive price no air con , no hot water no toilet paper as above end up paying twice once to property and once to booking.com a week later have tried booking.com for refund they have no interest in helping

We arrived late at night , i had contacted the property prior to arrival to make sure someone would be there to check us in . We received a reply confirming there would be someone. We arrived and there was no one there, the place looked abandoned. We were left with no place to stay at 3 am in the morning . Unacceptable for booking.com to have this sort of scam on their website

Property was clean, pool was good , tv was good close to padma and beach and comfortable bed very affordable for the price I didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food when I checked out there was no one at reception and it took long time for hot water in shower

Large room, big comfortable bed, nice big pool, 7 mins to Legian beach. Bad lightning in the room, dirty and old bathroom.

The location was good. Near shops and beach The aircon was broken and wouldn’t turn off in the nights and was stuck on 18 degrees (it was freezing and I slept with a jumper on most nights) they came to fix it 3 times but it still wouldn’t turn off in the night. No hot water most nights. Had no water at all one afternoon. No one at reception most of the time. I actually left a note with my key as my check out because there was no one there to collect it. Sheets and towels were dirty... blood stains on the sheets and one of the towels. Bathroom was entirely white? Guess maybe from chorine/mould/ calcium build up?? I did read a lot of the comments before hand but as I wanted to be close to this area and I literally just wanted somewhere to sleep and shower I wasn’t after much but I feel like I wasn’t even able to do that. No one to really contact or speak to at the times the issues were happening. I just had to hope there would be someone to tell in the morning. No change of towels or sheets in the 9 nights I stayed.
