Only a bit far from what we like to do

It was a large property at the end of a street with a guard shack keeping everyone safe. Relatively close to the beach. We walked to go surfing. There was also parking available for our car. Close to many restaurants and shops. The price was unbeatable. Check out time was a generous 12 PM. The pool was great, but we didn’t use it. They provided a very large room and a comfortable bed with great sheets and pillows. Everything was great

good size room, comfortable bed, daily towel change if requested. clean and no smell. great air conditioning! enjoyed the pool bar and 2 hour DJ set on Tuesdays. we had to move room because of the noisy laneway behind the rooms however the hotel staff were very accommodating. average breakfast, nothing to write home about.

A kettle in the room with tea and coffee would be a bonus.

The location is great as are the pool facilities. The rooms are comfortable. We booked 4 rooms with double/queen beds and requested they were as near each other as possible with at least 1 on the ground floor for my elderly mother. This could not be confirmed prior to our arrival and on arrival the only ground floor room had a single bed. The other 3 rooms were scattered on various levels.

Great pool. Breakfast was basic but nice. Staff we friendly and very helpful.

Conveniently close t the things we wanted to do The WIFI is garbage, We had to get sim cards just for data while in the hotel room. When I asked at reception they said "but its good here" Mate I don't want to sleep in reception, I want to have down time in aircon comfort doom scrolling Facebook

That the staff were so understanding and when I had a problem with my room they fixed it straight away. The standard rooms need a little softer light as it's quite harsh and overwhelming

The pool. The water is to hot to swim in and isn't refreshing. Some shade would solve this problem

The bar staff in the morning is really friendly and accommodating and loved the happy hour and drinks. The bar staff in the night is horrible, they have a 24hr room service, I stayed on the fourth floor, no elevators and we called the night staff to bring us ice, was told to come get it myself and on top of that my sister had reported that her bed was broken it took two days just to replace the bed. We were treated as though we borrowed money to stay at the hotel instead of paying the full price. Was given comp. Spa vouchers for the bad service, thank you but still we left very dissatisfied, because the morning front desk Staff were full of attitude, treated as though we were being ridiculous complaining about a broken bed that was already broken when we arrived after we asked to kindly change rooms from the top floor to the lower floor(again, no elevators) And they had limited beacon, if I'm paying for breakfast why does it only have limited beacon? Staff needs to be trained on customer service please

Pretty much everything - staff and service excellent All went well - a little bit of gurgling from the pipes at randon times but shut the door to bathroom and heard no more

Room was great and a good size, nice big shower and hot water supply always good.
